Aludra Yvette... "Whenever I'm ready huh? Let's test those reflexs of yours my love." Aludra smirked and she swished her wand and the unbroken dummy floated into the air. About 8 feet up, without warning, she moved her wand away from it and let it fall towards the floor. ...6th Year Slytherin

Watching the statue fall quickly to the floor I flicked my wand out and said, "Spongify."
The statue landed softly on the ground, supported by an invisible cushion. "My reflex's are quite good, got to be quick to catch the quaffle."

His fear became reality as he was put on the spot. He wanted to object or offer some excuse as Dorian lifted the dummy, but it seemed he wouldn't listen. He flailed pointlessly like a pigeon trying to dodge a car before barely aiming his wand at the dummy just before it was about to hit the floor. "S-Spongify!" The dummy didn't so much crash as it... squished. It turned to a runny, liquid-y substance, rolling off in several directions, resembling fruit dropped off the top of a building. It had been awhile since he had out-right failed at something and he had been getting used to partial success. This reminded him that his magic was... lacking, at best. "Uhm... well... thank goodness that wasn't a person." He shied away lamely, burying his face in his hands. I'm acting like Ciara, he mused.
He was glad to hear that the teacher would be back, but a little sad to have Sing leave. This had given him an opportunity to interact with his headmaster on a slightly more intimate level. "Thank you for teaching us, Headmaster Sing," he mumbled into his palms, forgetting he was holding his head.

Slytherin. First year."on the bright side... the dummy did not shatter. And were it a real person, we'd only have to worry about it going down the drain or the gutter..." he chuckled as he said this and placed his hand on Nam's shoulder,encouragingly. Perhaps they should both work on the boy's confidence, Dorian thought.
