You cannot start off in demon country.
You are not a genin, so you do not have the genin Rank Benefit.
Chakra points are wrong, in both that a clanless shinobi has low chakra, and that is not the correct calculation for medium chakra points. Reread the chakra system.
Please put the weapons section back, and list how many of each weapon you have. If you choose to carry none, simply put N/A next to the section.

Genin Shadow's Sight: Assassin's spend so much time in the shadow's that many of them gain the ability to see clearly no matter how dark it is. Kurayami no Jutsu (Darkness technique) Type: Genjutsu Rank: Variable (equal to Assassin's rank up to A) Cost: Variable (costs chakra equal to its rank up to B) Description: This genjutsu can be triggered any time the target's vision is hindered (through the use of a smoke or flash bomb for example). Instead of attacking the enemy by tackling them, the user pulls back his fist while running before delivering a straight powerful punch that knocks down anyone or anything. Blocking this attack takes inhuman strength.
Sledgehammer Heel impact (Hanmahirushou) Requirement: None Description: The user jumps far up in the air, gathers a lot of power into the right leg, foot and heel. Upon impact, the power is released and sent into whatever it hits. It deals an immense amount of damage to the torso, capable of splitting apart ribs and crushing inner organs.
Flying boulder (Hishoumaruishi) Requirement: None Description: The user grabs the opponent’s limbs or body and spins around while holding the enemy. When enough speed and power has been gained from the spinning, the user throws the enemy into something solid like a tree or wall. The user may also throw the enemy towards another enemy. The maximum throwing distance is 50 yards.
Abilities
Saido Nadare (Second Avalanche) Description: When the user punches a target, the natural resistance that an object bears is temporarily neutralized as it absorbs the shock of the impact. However, in this technique, the user punches his target once, and then punches a second time in a fraction of a second with the same fist, so quickly that it is undetectable to the naked eye. However, because the natural resistance of the object was taken away to protect against the first punch, the second punch deals maximum damage. This results in that object shattering completely, whether it be a rock or someone’s bone.
Gansaku Shindou (False Tremor) Description: When the user runs at his opponent, he purposely stomps on the ground with immense force every step of the way, causing the earth to shake and tremble like a small earthquake with chakra sent through the feet. This is meant to upset the balance and concentration of the target. When the user reaches his opponent, he can follow up with any attack of his choice. For obvious reasons, this jutsu has no effect on enemies in the air. This jutsu also affects allies

JJounin Not yet Jounin Shinobi Type(s) Ability Control ( Naga techniques ): The ninja who have a very specific jutsu type and style are called Ability Ninja. Considering their intense training in one area, these ninja are formidable opponents, normally well beyind their rank when using their specialized jutsu. However, when utilizing anything else, they tend to suffer a drop in power. (+1 rank in strength of attacks for abilities *ex. people who use bug jutsu only, bug jutsu attacks increase in power*, jutsu not of the chosen type are decreased in power by one rank.)
Two Man Team: This ninja type is that of jutsu which has a partner involved like a dog, animal, other object, or person. They are stronger in all aspects, including physical strength and combination jutsu when teamed up with another. In conjunction with their partners, these ninja are very capable and can effectively double the damage they can output. @Purple: Until you are accepted into your clan, take off your abilities (The summon aspect actually makes me want to take a look at it, clan based summons are forbidden) and change your chakra points to low.
As a jounin, you get three elements.
Choose 1 element, the one you list first under "Elemental affinities." You may take all gen or ninutsu up to A rank in that element. You may then take 20 additional jutsu from anything that applies. Clan jutsu are not counted against this.
@Blackandsilver: Pick a Shinobi Profession.
Put down chakra points.
Ice is not an element available unless you take the Hyouton bloodline.
You do not get a summon as an academy student.
Base range means how long the swords are, not what they're good at. And being "Better at close Range" but having "more of and advantage at long range" makes no sense.
@Neru: Oto is not accepting any more Nagas. Choose Kumo or Iwa. I'm not 100% sure that were even allowing any more Nagas.

Genin Shadow's Sight: Assassin's spend so much time in the shadow's that many of them gain the ability to see clearly no matter how dark it is. In addition these Assassin's come to realize just how much the average shinobi relies on sight, and more importantly they realize the advantage of taking away that sense. (can see clearly no matter how dark it is, can still be affected by supernatural darkness; gain the Kurayami no Jutsu [see below])
Kurayami no Jutsu (Darkness technique) Type: Genjutsu Rank: Variable (equal to Assassin's rank up to A) Cost: Variable (costs chakra equal to its rank up to B) Description: This genjutsu can be triggered any time the target's vision is hindered (through the use of a smoke or flash bomb for example). The Genjutsu causes the target to feel as if they have been stricken blind, the other senses are not affected. This effect lasts up to 3 posts or until the target breaks free. Chuunin Hide in Plain Sight: [need a good description] (The Assassin can hide even in areas that would normally afford no cover [such as a desert or well lit hallway]. Jounin Perfect Shadow: The Assassin has truly become one with the shadows, they can no longer be detected by even the most powerful extrasensory abilities unless they wish it or until they strike. Gangeki (Boulder Strike) Requirement: None Description: An amazingly powerful punch attack. Instead of attacking the enemy by tackling them, the user pulls back his fist while running before delivering a straight powerful punch that knocks down anyone or anything. Blocking this attack takes inhuman strength.
Sledgehammer Heel impact (Hanmahirushou) Requirement: None Description: The user jumps far up in the air, gathers a lot of power into the right leg, foot and heel. Upon impact, the power is released and sent into whatever it hits. It deals an immense amount of damage to the torso, capable of splitting apart ribs and crushing inner organs.
Flying boulder (Hishoumaruishi) Requirement: None Description: The user grabs the opponent’s limbs or body and spins around while holding the enemy. When enough speed and power has been gained from the spinning, the user throws the enemy into something solid like a tree or wall. The user may also throw the enemy towards another enemy. The maximum throwing distance is 50 yards.
Abilities
Saido Nadare (Second Avalanche) Description: When the user punches a target, the natural resistance that an object bears is temporarily neutralized as it absorbs the shock of the impact. However, in this technique, the user punches his target once, and then punches a second time in a fraction of a second with the same fist, so quickly that it is undetectable to the naked eye. However, because the natural resistance of the object was taken away to protect against the first punch, the second punch deals maximum damage. This results in that object shattering completely, whether it be a rock or someone’s bone.
Gansaku Shindou (False Tremor) Description: When the user runs at his opponent, he purposely stomps on the ground with immense force every step of the way, causing the earth to shake and tremble like a small earthquake with chakra sent through the feet. This is meant to upset the balance and concentration of the target. When the user reaches his opponent, he can follow up with any attack of his choice. For obvious reasons, this jutsu has no effect on enemies in the air. This jutsu also affects allies
