6+6+4+1+5+6+6 = 34!
Such s**t defense will probably get my genitals blown off though... I guess I'll heighten it in my release..

Depends.
25 + 1/Rank {S=5} + 1/Release {how many you got?}
That's what the total would be for you. If you need to train for Mu, meaning perfect bankai for Vizards, then you'd have:
25 + 5 + 2
which = 32.
