Sci's eyes shot open at the shouts echoing through the town. Gently he shook Sheena softly." We need to prepare. Wake up sleepy one. We need to find out what going on." Sci left her to stand up on her own and chased down a soldier." Whats going on?" The soldier was frantic as he responded." Datons army is here!! They have come to finish us after the attack of Keishiro!!" Sci ran back to Sheena to tell her." Daton's army has come to finish us supposedly. I need to find Hokyo and the others stay here and stay out of sight. I will come back for you when I find them." Sci went to run off as fast as he could he had to find Yune and see what she wanted him to do. But the look sheena gave him stopped him dead in his tracks.

Sci was a little shocked at the kiss and smiled blushing after she kissed him. His face returned to its normal color though as she spoke of what was happening. He was about to stop her from leaving the tent when she called out to them. Sci pulled her back to himself and kissed her deeply and much longer than before." I have some one to live for now. I have someone to keep living for to protect and cherish. But you need to sit back and let me protect you. Ive already sat back once and let someone I loved defend my life and die for it. I wont let it happen again." Sci pulled his mask over his face and pulled on his armor as well. The twin curved daggers he slid into sheaths on his belt and walked to the tent opening. He then picked sheena up and set her back on the cot." Sit Stay." Sci said smiling." I'll be back when Im done."

Sci walked towards the oncoming hoard. He wasnt exactly at one hundred percent but, if they wanted Sheena. Then they would get all a half demon could throw at them. Sci stood at the main town entrance in the dead center of the path. He raised his hands to the sky to call on his strength and all that he could muster beyond his physical being. Sci's eyes burst into black flames as he began to focus loosening his muscles gathering the shadows from the town. Shadows of buildings began to move as if they were alive. Peoples shadows moved away from their masters and rose to look as full beings that marched to stand behind Sci. He would protect her. He would survive and for once in his life he would take a hold of all that was good in his life and keep it in his arms till his arms could no longer hold them and no breath left in his lungs to keep him alive. Sci's arms became fully engulfed in the black flames of his power that rose in two mighty pillars that could be seen by all in the town and the approaching army. They would know it before they arrived. They had something to fear. And it was waiting for them.

Panic was spreading around Wulfgar. Soon, he heard the voices. Men at the gates, a warband by the sounds of them. The head guard he'd been talk to ran off for his weapons, disregarding Wulf for the fight to come. Wulf's face twisted in his predatory grin. He hefted his hammer, and just as he turned around, he saw the pillars of flame. Well, tha' makes 'em alot easier tah find. Wulf ran in the direction of the flames, and upon reaching them, his grin only got bigger.

The army had already reached the gate, but one man faced down the horde, an army of shadows behind him, his arms creating the great pillars of dark flame. Wulf strolled up close to him, far enough away to not be too near the flames. Before he even got to say a thing, the gates fell. The soldiers came into the town, having no mercy. Wulf let out a roar, a challenge to all approaching the giant and the man next to him. He readied himself for the soldiers, letting them come to him. This is where we hold the line! Wulfgar roared in his mind.

Yunari bit her lips, people were being hurt, she didn’t like this. She tapped her leg and gave a bit of a nod “Alright we need to move here and those with special abilities over there.” She was taking to the front line. She didn’t know what was going on but this seemed different from Daton. She wasn’t sure why this felt different but she would soon figure it out. She pulled her long blond hair back from her face and tied it off with a string before picking up a bow from the armory, a quiver of arrows and a short dagger. She would not sit by and bark out orders. She may be the leader, but like Hokyo would… not like him. Like any good leader, she would fight with her people.

She felt Sci’s power flare, she smiled a bit and kept moving, she dodged a few fighting pairs and glanced upon a man she had never seen before. She tilted her head and gave a bit of a smile. He looked like he was on their side and he held his weapon to the enemy. So why not right? “Welcome to the Rebel army friend.” She called to him before rushing past and loading her bow. Her arm pulled back and she let loose three arrows into the enemy crowd. She would have to make enough space. If Bandi could form a barrier she could reinforce it and protect the women, children, elderly and other non fighters.

Could only laugh at the look on Dark’s face. He glanced at the other man who had been beside him. “Kohikri I want you to go get Blake and assemble the more ‘endowed’” The robed man that had fallwoed him bowed his head and retreated out. Then he closed his eyes and tapped his shoulder with the blunt edge of the sword once again. He felt the power, it started at his feet, a little swirling motion before his image faded along with Dark’s and Soma’s soon after. In prior days he would have just made his appearance right before Hokyo, but he had landed behind him. With the small military force in front of Hokyo, being behind him would be so much more fun.

He placed a hand on his hip and risked, his tongue hitting his teeth “Ho~Key~oh! Didja miss me?”

Adam finaly had come to a stop looking down at a city that was being attack. Screams was all he could hear as smoke raised from the city. His hands clenched seeing flashes of memories he could not recall from his past life, it started to make him mad and hurt not knowing what the reason was for. As quickly as the flashes came, his feet had already taken off towards the citys. Straight for the main line but by the time he would get their half of the army would be in the front gates so that means he would need to fight his way threw to know exactly what was going on and just maybe he could see more of these flashes he just had..

Adam ran straight for the front gates, his black cloak flew behind him runing swift as the wind rushing for the army. He reached for his Broad Sword from his back, It ranged 6 feet as tall as he was, it glowed red as if it was activated from just by touch. His aura was let out as soon as he touched his sword that connects him from hell, it reeked of death. His eyes burned threw the army as he got closer and closer, putting his sword to his side down wards alost sliding it onto the ground like it was ice preparing to swing it threw flesh, new flesh.

The blonde woman rushed passed him, but he heard what she'd said. Wulfgar smirked. No better way to know someone than a good fight! Wulf charged into battle after Sci, yelling to Yune as he ran by, "Wulfgar!" and engaged the enemy. Though he was not as agile as Sci, he could strike with the best of 'em, his hammer slamming into man and horse alike, shattering bone and mauling flesh. Armor caved into it's wearer, becoming an iron maiden.

He was no demon, but Wulfgar fought like a man possessed, giving no quarter, and expecting none in return.

Yunari gave a chuckle as she cut down one of the many men before her. She glanced to Sci and it almost frightened her the way he fought. So she figured it would be time to interject. “Sci if they run or try to retreat, you let them.” She called to him. She didn’t know what was going on really but she did know that they weren’t the bad guys and there for they would show mercy if necessary. She found herself ducking as a man struck out at her. She placed her fingers to her lips and a flame started. She pulled it down forming a thin line, much like a strong of fire. She then whipped her arm to the left and back to the right. The flame fallowed just like a whip and struck the people around her in a complete circle before connecting with it’s own tail end and dropping to the ground.

The circle burned around her angry and it lashed out at the people who rose against her while he embraced those who fought with her. Pain came to the enemy but warmth to her friends. It was a strange fire but she would not explain it now. She turned her attention to the man who called himself Wulfgar and bowed her head a little “Yunari, leader of the rebel army.” She wondered if it was okay for her to introduce herself as such. She had just recently became their leader, but if felt right to let people know even the high ups fought along side the lower and that everyone was actually equal on the battleground.
