It stings, but I wouldn't call it painful. No, painful is breaking your foot in third period and walking on it until the end of sixth period. But then again, I have a high pain tolerance.

Well it depends on the birth control, some does actually stop you having your period completely

Far as I know your period only completely stops on Mirena and Depo. Possibly progesterone-only pills but I'm not sure about that. So while it's possible to stop your period with BC, it's way way more likely that you're going to have it. Especially since doctors in the US tend to be picky with who they give IUDs and Depo is the devil.

oof. so I started my period 5 days early which really sucks. especially since I'll have it on the weekend now. but. funny stuff.

I didn't have a tampon, so i was asking people in my third block. We were working in groups and my teacher had told us not to talk to people in other groups. so he was like "lindsey stop talking" " I'm asking her a question. chill" " if you have a question, ask it to everyone" "okay.-stands up- yo does anyone have a tampon? cause that'd be awesome" My teacher is this middle aged man who is just.. iduno weird and awkward and I really don't think he's ever seen himself, let a lone anyone else, nakie. The look on his face, and how much he blushed, was well worth all the tampon jokes today.

@ Cave, I know dear. but sometimes we just have to deal with those horrors. Mine like to slip all the fecking time when I'm at work or at uni. when I'm at home they are fine, but as soon as I go anywhere, all hell breaks loose

From my experience, those things just don't work. There's not anything holding them up, so they slip down, and you can'r really adjust it in public, now can you?

@Shiori and Foam: I think it's something to do with my street. A few months after my foot had healed, I was standing at my bus stop (the bus was late). Across the street, two kids were going to their stop. One had slipped and fell on the ice. If I remember correctly, he sprained his wrist, but he, too, just kept on going to the bus stop.
