Hike? or Cruel and Unsuaual Torture?
Jack recounted events in his head, and was still dumbstruck as he pulled the black tank over his head. The prospect of going on a hike wasn't entirely fun for him he could say, but since she was going to be there all the way he felt little choice. Especially after what she planted on him before he left. He had grabbed some rations and stuffed them inside a pack a few other things he couldn't remember as he hefted the pack onto his back and walked slowly out his room door. She was already ready of course waiting there for him. It brought a grin to his face, as They headed off towards the brush of the forest to get started. She eventually took the lead not that that was hard. At his size it was a wonder he was dodging the greenery like he did to keep up. Not that the view was something to complain about. " So Scarlet. Why the hike?" . No sooner the word leaving him that they stop near a toppled log.
A sip of water and they'd be moving again. It cleared abit though and he was able to keep pace with her, closely. He couldn't say he was watching the area around him, she occupied his eyes a fair amount of time which caused him to stumble over a rock or two. At the next break they got which felt like a long few minutes he dropped the pack off his back and took a deep breath. He still wasn't use this type of exertion and even though his ticker was good as new old habits died abit hard. He went behind her for a moment only to walk right back into her view picking up the pack and all. IT was a clone though. The real him tapped on Kerrigan's shoulder, and stole stole a surprise kiss much like she did back in her room. A smile across his face he looked up at his other self, told him to take it slow and easy to catch up with all the supplies.
He helped Kerrigan up and continued hiking with her wherever it was she was trying to take him. His clone out of sight was obviously taking his time, and without that pack Jack was doign better and keeping up with the redhead. They were' easily alone unless his duplicates counted. Even then he wasn't keeping them around long, just the grunt work. He might as well be carrying it himself, but atleast this way he was comfortable now.

Alpha: Making sure everyone is good to go... Sophie & Raine's Room Sophia smiled when Christian agreed, and Raine didn’t seem to mind him… Another girl she didn’t know too well, an Alpha, popped in, and Sophie nodded her head reflexively. While Christian had the foresight to ask if Raine minded—The floramancer wasn’t quite her usual perceptive self and dropped the ball on that… But it wasn’t as if it were a bad thing, so again, she doubted her kind roomie would mind all that much. “Of course you can join us…Here!”, she passed the pitcher of juice to Hoshi and grabbed another cup to tuck into the crook of her arm, a few extra plates and silvers for Hoshi and Christian in hand as she followed the group back upstairs to their shared bedroom. It seemed that they’d just missed Shandra, Antonio, and Aren coming into the kitchen by a few minutes. Sophia set down some of what she was holding on the little table in the room, leaving space for Christian to set down the extra waffles, and Hoshi room to set down the juice, her own plate already made up and in her other hand. The various chocolate sauces she’d gathered sitting beside it, she was about to go sit on her bed, the waffles too much to ignore—When there was suddenly a very tall boy in the doorway. He looked familiar, but tilting her head, she couldn’t place him… He said his name, and she was glad—Because she couldn’t remember, if she had known it in the first place. “ Bonswa Aren… Ah’m Sophia…”, she introduced herself with a bright smile, her eyes smiling with her. She grinned at Christian and took the large plate of waffles from him, replacing his empty hands with a clean plate and silverware—He looked famished. Setting the waffles down on the table she passed the other plate and silverware to Hoshi— “Eat, eat you two…”Hearing the word Omega, she felt a small twinge in the pit of her stomach… What did she know about Omega’s? Things… Lots of little things… Things that made her uneasy. But Christian was her friend… And he was an Omega…So it couldn’t be that bad. “A wolf stalking waffles is a hungry wolf…”, she responded seriously, before her face broke into another lovely smile, at the thought of their resident cook. “ Raine made them… That’s Raine…”, she pointed out, coming back towards the door, because she’d set her plate on her bed. “And that’s Hoshi…”, she pointed out the other dark haired girl in the room. Cutting into her syrup sugary strawberry covered waffle she offered Aren first bite, “Try it?”

Alpha: Too Happy
"She took all the shiny stuff," Evie said as Petra galloped off. Biting her lip she contemplated going and taking it back. She wanted nothing more than to collect all the shiny things on the beach. But the pain in her arm (and well most of her body) kept her at bay. Everything seemed to be warring with itself. Her brain didn't care but her body said to stay put.
"I'm okay, love," She patted Bella's arm. She didn't want to be fussed over even if her mind was sailing across the skies.
She ran her good hand across the sand ignoring her skin that was healing itself slower than normal. With a smile she tilted her head to her friend, "Relax. Come find shiny stuff. Frosty will help Eli. He'll be fine. Although I don't think you care and for the life of me I should care that you don't care but I don't care."
"When do we get to go home?" Evie randomly thought, "I miss home I think. I miss the team. I miss you guys."

Alpha - Catalina - It's Amazing How Waffles Bring People Together Raine smiled as the waffle procession made it's way towards the kitchen exit, only glancing back when she heard someone else fall into line. She saw the dark hair of Hoshi, another Alpha that she had not really spoken to since she moved to the more active team, but she smiled just the same. While the thought of company previously put her in a bad mood, now she liked the thought of spending time with others. Christian said that the girl would have to ask her if it was alright for her to come along for the waffles, but before she had a chance to really respond, Sophia responded with an affirmative, grabbing a few more plates and utensils from the kitchen to accommodate their new guest. When the rest of their group made their way into the room, she left the door ajar, moving to the side to allow those in the waffle procession to put their things down. As others started to get their own plates, Sophia moved to take her plate to the bed. Raine was patient, wanting to make sure that there were enough for the rest of the group that was steadily increasing in size. In fact, it seemed that her waffles were indeed irresistible as one of the newer students appeared in their doorway. He said hello, Raine instantly taking a liking to him for whatever reason. She smiled and returned his greeting with the others in the room, tossing her curls over her shoulder as she fixed her own plate of waffles, slipping onto the bed with her legs crossed indian-style. He apologized, Raine shaking her head though she had already taken a bite and was incapable of speaking without coming off as rude and lacking in manners. Of course, there was no greater compliment he could have paid her than telling her it was the waffles that brought him there, even if it was phrased in a pretty funny way. If anything, it suggested to her that he was not really from around there. Her whole body perked up when she heard her name mentioned, curls tossed over her shoulder as she gave the new Omega a soft wave. " Hoshi, Sohpia and I are on the Alphas, but please do come join us. These waffles are too delicious not to share with the rest of the world." Motioning for him to take advantage of the bite that her brunette roomie was offering to the new student, a smile continued to grace her face as she took another bite of waffle, releasing a soft "mmm." They were…words couldn't even describe the joy that these waffles brought to her. Looking at the newer student, she tilted her head to the side, swallowing the bite in her mouth and reaching for a glass of orange juice. For now, it was just nice to have all the company.

Alpha: if they all only knew. "Well as that quote goes 'Rome wasn't built in a day.' or something like that. It's the same here. And you can talk to me when you need to." Gideon said honestly. He also knew she would return to herself faster then she thinks. "Well yeah any guy that doesn't has something wrong." He was telling the truth. Cissa like Bella and nearly any of the X girls are all drop dead gorgeous. Bella is still the top of the class in looks for the girls but he was certainly biased on the subject. Gideon noticed a slight lift in her mood. Being trained to read people's body language and having enhanced senses makes that so much easier. He wasn't totally sure but something else was bothering her now something they hadn't really gone over. He wasn't going to press her about it. forcing her to talk in the first place was enough for one heart to heart session for fear of her shutting herself off again. There was her anger rising but she is was still able to quell it. It showed Gideon she certainly had the will power left to beat this. Gideon watched her reaction to his claws. It surprised him that she wiped the small amount of blood from his knuckles. He smiled lightly at the small but ever compassionate thing Cissa just did. Maybe she was closer to healing those mental wounds sooner then they both realized. It was rare for anyone other then Cissa's select among the Omega's to see that side of her, even before limbo. Gideon listened to her words about her own powers. He may not be one of the super brains like the currently absent Omega who had the wolf, and was one of the few Omega's to get through Cissa's defenses before Limbo. "Well that makes sense. I know I don't absorb energy but I am sure with my healing ability. I could help you dissipate some of that excess. If anything as someone who could take one of your blasts or get you to a open vacated area to let you just leak the energy on your own. Or maybe you should just find that energy absorber on your team Christian I believe and just bleed it out into him." He didn't like what happened back in Honeycutt. That whole situation was handles poorly by the leader at the time. Even if cissa is harsh she wasn't as bad as the precog and is certainly a more adept leader. "Well it would be nice. But even our version of normal isn't stable normal. Our version of normal is in constant flux. If that makes sense. As we live in the anything can happen at any given time to the enth degree." But I guess his idea comes from the fact that he has experience more in life then all the others. He maybe only in his 20's but in his short time in the world, Gideon has seen and done more then anyone his age even the other junior x's. After his statement he followed Cissa's eyes and turned to see Bella flicking Cissa off. Or both of them he wasn't to sure. All he knew was that she was clear upset about this. Gideon let out a sigh. Then he heard the commotion over where Bella was with Evie and the new one Eli. He probably would of thrown the chair at that Eli punk if it weren't for him passing out. And since Evie was there she is as protective of Bella as he is. He was going into a breathing exercise to quell his anger and push back the beast. His blue eyes slowly went back to showing no hint of anything being wrong. normally someone might see something wrong with that. Seriously the jealous overly protective Gideon not flipping out on the magnetic one for what he tried.

Omega: Catalina - Who knew the forest could be so romantic Kerrigan found that she was put in the lead, which suited her just fine. She hadn't had time to explore the woods the day before, and this seemed like the right time to try and find a pretty spot to spend more time with Jack. She made sure to keep the pace rather casual, though she had to admit that she got carried away a few times. After all, she couldn't help it! Her natural physicality sometimes made it difficult to know when she was performing above and beyond what was reasonable for another person, though she had a feeling he would say something if she pushed too hard. Besides, he seemed to be doing alright as they were. Turning to glance at him as he asked why she wanted to come on a hike, they decided to take a rest near a toppled log. She remained standing, taking a drink of water as she watched him rest for a moment. " Well, I dunno. It just seemed like a good idea at the time. Besides, nothing like getting the adrenaline pumping," she said with a slight wink, waiting until he was ready to move on before she continued their way through the woods. The thought never occurred to her that she was giving a goof view, but since he never complained that he was in the back, she never thought anything of it. It wasn't too much longer, climbing over a set of tangled roots so that they could take another rest. Her breathing came a little quicker than normal, her face flushed a soft shade of pink from the increased blood flow. She felt elated, even more so than usual -- like there was nothing in the world that could bring her down from this spot. Maybe it was the hike or maybe it was the prospect of being alone in the woods with Jack, but whatever it was, she wasn't complaining. She heard him take a deep breath, a slight look of concern crossing the redhead's face as she thought that she might be pushing him too hard, and he wouldn't say anything. He disappeared from her sight, the redhead taking a drink of water only to see him walk in front of her again, heading to pick up the pack he had dropped to the ground. She then felt someone tap her shoulder, the redhead gasping in surprise before she felt lips press against hers in a surprise kiss. As quickly as it came, he was gone again, the redhead cocking her head to the side as she looked between the two Jacks. What was once surprise melted into a look of amusement as she heard him instruct the close to carry the pack and hang back from the two of them. The one giving the orders had to be the real Jack, the redhead shaking her head as she tried to fight off the thoughts of what could transpire with two--no, three Jacks at the same time. The very thought made her blush. Thankfully it just looked like she was flushed from the hike. " You know, I'm pretty sure that's cheating," she said with a laugh, motioning towards the clone. Accepting his help up once more, the redhead smiled as the two of them headed forwards, she taking the lead once more. The sound of water drifted over to her, the redhead quirking an eyebrow as she steered them in that direction. Glancing over her shoulder, the redhead playfully darted around a tree, spurring them forwards with an excited "come on!" The pair emerged on a little cove, water rushing from a small stream into the ocean. The trees thinned the closer they got to the water's edge, the redhead stooping so she could remove her sneakers and socks. A laugh escaped her as she set her shoes to the side, wading out into the water until it was up to her knees. Rounding on him, she reached down, a swipe of her hand spraying water towards him. " This is why we came hiking," she said with a laugh, clearly enjoying herself as she tried to taunt him into the water.

இ คჩεn இ ტრεჟค Pretty girl can cook too.▀▀▀ ▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀ ▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀ Was there a reason that he shouldn't mingle with the other team? ...He couldn't remember Scott mentioning reasons why the Omegas and Alphas often had tense moments. Really, he couldn't even remember if the tensions were between them, or just the hell that they went through that caused a lot of drama to be bottled up inside some of them.
Not that it mattered. The waffles had been prepared before Shandra's meal downstairs... and no amount of food would be able to spoil the delectable morsels that Moahk would undoubtedly make.
The group seemed rather nice, Christian had been the first to greet him. His hand reached out and grabbed it in a firm, brief shake as a smile smeared his expression. "I'm sure it's a pleasure." Releasing his hand, Aren stepped into the room as the aroma of the waffles compelled him to do so.
The one girl clad in some sort of red dress had an accent that made it a bit difficult for him to understand, and he found himself haning on her words simply so that he'd get exactly what she said through the dialect. Her accent was pretty enough; it just wasn't something he was accustomed to, something he'd have to gain more exposure to so that comprehending just what she said wouldn't be such a chore when trying to hold a conversation. She seemed to be the one steering the others from the looks of it, or at least that was what he thought as he watched her hand the plates and such to the others so that they could partake in wafflie-goodness.
When Sophie gave the credit of the making the waffles to the brunette named Raine, Aren wiggled his hand in the air for a small wave. "Then I guess I'm a very hungry wolf. Famished, actually." He said, chuckling a bit with how corny the statement actually was. Being that he was the new guy, him being cheesy to break the ice wouldn't matter much. Or, at least... it shouldn't.
At the very least, she'd been obliging enough to introduce the group to him. Sophie, Hoshi and Raine. His chocolate gaze followed as she pointed, and the size shifter made an effort to commit the names and faces to memory, remembering especially that her whole face lit up with her smile; it was becoming of her.
He eyed the fork with a gaze that reflected he very much thought that biting into that waffle would be like heaven. The scent of it alone had been enough to make his mouth water in want, the sight of it just in front of his mouth made him almost willing to beg for what she so freely offered. "Sure." It didn't take much effort for him to lean into the fork and steal the bite. Closing his eyes, and regaining his posture, the most Aren could muster for a few seconds as a response was a very sincere, "mmmm."
Once done, the new Omega opened his eyes, allowing them to focus solely on the angel who'd prepared breakfast. "That, was easily the best waffle I've ever tasted in my life." He grinned at her, the expression only reiterating the truth in his statement. Involuntarily, Aren moved closed to the girl on the bed, not knowing exactly why his feet were moving him further in the room when Shandra and Antonio would be waiting for him downstairs. Or, at least... Shandra would be. The Hispanic? Maybe not so much.
"You're a very talented cook. Perhaps you should teach some of the lunch ladies at the academy a few tricks." One eye closed in a blithe movement, slowly for dramatic effect. ▀▀▀ ▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀ ▀ ▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ ▀▀▀▀▀

Omega: Condo = Mess Why was that girl flipping her off? Cissa frowned and flipped her off right back. Nasty bint. The sun goddess watched her go off and then start screaming at some seizing boy...Wow, Cissa hoped Bella got the sand out of her vag in a hurry... She was acting like she had turrets. “You should smile more often you know.”, she brought up abruptly, changing the topic as easily as one would draw breath. Cissa was good at leading things…Conversations, dances, people… It just seemed to happen that way. She wasn’t sure why. Nor why she felt the need to stay…Away from many individuals that she should have been easily able to call friends. Friends… They came for Narcissa far and few between. Why, she knew was her doing…But she didn’t really understand why. Delicately she rose to her feet…Feeling that a shower would be nice. She hadn’t taken one since the bonfire the night before, and no one liked an Omega several hours after their due date. Reaching out she brushed some of Gideon’s hair from his face, before she drew back, walking around him-- Past Madison and Forellen. “I’m going to shower… You should too, With me if you’d like…”, she purred with a mock tease as she turned away and slipped into the Condo with a swing of the screen door. She didn’t at all expect him to follow her—Into the condo, perhaps…But not to her rooms. No, he was too… Alpha. She couldn’t quite remember what the word meant, but she knew that phrase had worked for many other situations regarding Gideon before. At any rate, she smiled to those in the living room as she passed—Patting Jacen on the head softly. The living room was gross... A little torn up. Coming into the kitchen for a bottled water she spotted Antonio… And a mess. Good gods. There was…food, or remnants of it…Everywhere. Holy Christ. All she wanted was some water… And then a shower. And then perhaps to sun bathe for awhile…That sounded good. Stepping daintily over a cracked egg on the floor, and side stepping a pile of flour, she made it to the fridge with some of her dignity still intact. “Were we invaded by frat boys?”, she questioned herself, more than anyone else… Getting a bottle of water, she went around the slightly cleaner side of the island. “Morning Gyro…”, she spoke to Antonio, leaning up to peck him lightly on the cheek as she spotted Shandra moving around in the dining room. “Is everything okay in here, Shandra? It looks a little…Messy. In a way that a tornado struck or I missed an epic food fight...”

Alpha: Clouds She was angry, so angry that it felt like a fever…As if she were burning up inside. Yelling at Eli had brought little release to her ire—But it had taken some of the pressure off of her powers. It was the slight scent of blood in the air, her photographic memory of sound repeating the sounds of the bullets sucking from Evelyn that kept her wandering mind on task. Eventually Evie said something that broke through to her, and the instant replay stopped.
Home.
Dropping to her knees, the songstress buried her face in her hands, not realizing that her left hand was coated in her own blood from the rocks she’d been holding. So she was effectively wiping blood on her own face. “Home… I want to go home…”
Back to her mother, back to Columbia… That was her home. Wasn’t it?
Or was it the school…
Bella didn’t know… Only that she wanted to be home, whichever home was her home.
She didn’t want to be here on this horrible beach anymore, with that horrible, horrible boy.
Her hair in twin pigtails, she looked like she might have been a toddler at best throwing a fit. But this was very important to her right now. She wanted to go home.
After several moments she rolled onto her side and lay out in the sand—Watching the clouds go by as her fit faded. The anger she’d felt left her slowly, while she reminisced about being home. The sadness about wanting to be home left too.. Now she was just there. Watching the clouds, Eli forgotten, Evelyn’s wounds yesterdays news…
“That one looks like a bunny.”

Ants in a Farm
She laughed at some of the footage they were getting. Was this really what the boss wanted them to do? She watched the few on the beach, having seen the little boy snap— and the subsequent radioactive waves. They were just falling apart at the seams. She really hoped the camera nearest to them would catch all the audio. It was kind of like owning an ant farm. A nifty ant farm. With pint sized people in it. ~So what now?~, she spoke discretely into her collar, using her ability to shield her presence entirely. ‘How are they doing?’~Just like you said. Basket cases… They might kill each other off before you get a chance to.~ ‘I’ve come to terms with that. Tell me, what do children fear most?’~Depends on the child. About half the kids in the world? Their parents.~‘And you, what did you fear?’~…Spiders.~‘Spiders it is then.’The line between them went dead, and though she instantly grasped what her employer wanted her to do… She felt a little… Annoyed. She was hoping to cause more permanent damage on this mission. Get some of her yayas out…But no, she was babysitting the ant farm with her p***k of a father. Who had better make sure the kids in the woods didn’t get too far out. ~Very well.~ Spiders, large and small…Some the size of a thumb nail, others the size of a hand, others the size of a small dog made their way towards the condo in droves. They would overtake the beach goers first.

Dinning room Kitchen Area - My My Cissa Almost as though it brought pure joy, Shandra munched on the assorted fruits and meats that she'd made. Comparatively she didn't eat much of anything, there were still plates upon plates of food, but she felt sampling it all was definitely the best thing after all that cooking. There was even a song being hummed under her breath as she partook of the fruits of her labor as it was. Up until the point where she heard Narcissa's voice of course. Oh, it wasn't a bad reaction. Not at all. Surprisingly...she couldn't think of a single time she and Narcissa had been in direct conflict. And no, Limbo did not count smart alecs of the world.
With an innocent expression littering her face, Shandra looked up to Narcissa from her relaxed position in the chair with her plate in her lap. She bit on her bottom lip to stop the smile from spreading at the thought of how wreaked the kitchen really was. Of course, it didn't help but...well, couldn't blame a girl for trying.
Did Narcissa just say epic?
"You've been in the states way too long Narcissa," Shandra said, just barely restraining the giggle, and not exactly noticing the fact that she'd slipped into her British tone that she'd "picked up" from Nathan years ago. "Epic, honestly."
Shandra blinked, almost as though listen to her own words as she stood up with the plate in her hands. Well...hmm...she hadn't teased on accents in a great long while - why did that suddenly pop out? Not that it was noticeable as a tease...she was good at picking up accents if she was around the people long enough. Or, at least, she knew she could do a so called "posh" British (so dubbed by Nathan and Everette, but Nathan had been the first to dub it so) and Japanese. Seeing as she grew up in the United states...that was, of course, her default and native. Still...accents...honestly she hadn't done that in at least two years...
As she gave a bit of contemplation to accents and the amusement behind it, she went around and picked out a little of everything from around the table and put it on two separate plates. Sample sizes really. And for some reason...she was pretty quick at it too. Was this what hyper felt like? Go figure...she couldn't even notice the difference...
Walking back over to where Narcissa and Antonio stood, Shandra handed them both the dish. Or had she waited for them to take them? Oh, bother, who really cared?

Alpha: Late Arrival Bianca was sitting in the back seat of a cab currently looking out the window in silence as it made it's way to the vacation spot of the others. Sure she was quite late to the vacation and it was surely about over but that was her fault for stopping off to see her mother and siblings first. It had been awhile since she had seen them and in that time she had grown to miss them deeply. So naturally when given the choice Bianca chose to see them before meeting up with her new student team. Not to mention meeting her new teammates was causing her to be extremely nervous and wanting to put it off as long as possible. Surely they wouldn't like her all that much one sheer principle right? Her power certainly didn't promote friendship among others which was another of the reason she was putting it off longer. If they were gonna hate her then she was in no hurry to get there.
Dorian had of course told her she had nothing to worry about something her entire family seemed to agree on. If only her father had been there. Oh well Bianca had been able to pay him a visit during visiting hours and got to catch up a little bit. Naturally it wasn't the same but it was as much as her or the rest of her family could hope for given the circumstances. Letting out a small sigh she turned her dark green orbs towards the driver. "How much further?" The driver spared a brief glance in the mirror before speaking up in gruff tones. "Another ten minutes or so miss." Nodding to him a little for a brief second she returned her gaze out the window leaning her head against it and watching the scenery go by. It was peaceful and surprisingly relaxing in the cab given the driver didn't try to talk her to death. Something Bianca was thankful for. It made her feel like they wanted to know something specific when they asked to many questions.
Soon she would be in the company of other mutants and she couldn't help but to have butterflies in her stomach at the notion. The closer they got the worse the feeling got until they were about to arrive the she reeled in her nervousness. There would be plenty of time for the feeling again once Bianca arrived and had met at least a few people. At the moment however she needed to push the thoughts aside and be brave enough to at least introduce herself to a few people first. Closing her eyes it didn't seem like the were closed long before the cab stopped and she paid the driver getting out of the cab and collecting her small suitcase of clothes. While Bianca didn't know exactly how long she would be here before heading back to school she still couldn't leave her clothes she brought to her home. "Goodbye thank you for the ride." The driver nodded stiffly then drove off without so much as a word.
Closing her eyes softly she walked forward carrying her suitcase in front of her and looked around for anyone at all. Bianca was currently dressed in a simple black shirt and pants with sneakers on preferring to go more simple since she wasn't sure on the exact weather. "Hello?" Walking towards the front porch Bianca stopped in her tracks at the sight of the man on the porch (Gideon) hey looked rather intimidating. Instead she simply put her suitcase down where it was by the front porch and turned around quickly walking away for the moment to compose herself. Seeing the beach she decided it would be a nice little reminder of home and walked towards there. Of course people were already there why wouldn't there be people on the beach? Sighing she decided they looked a lot less intimidating than the man on the porch. That is until she saw the blood on the one woman's face (Bella) causing her to suppress the urge to panic.
"Uh is every thing okay? You have blood on your face miss..." While Bella was not hurt Bianca could only go by what she was seeing and that was definitely blood on her face. The other two looked fine mostly, probably because Bianca didn't have a clear look at Evelyn's back. Taking a few steps towards Bella to properly see if she was hurt Bianca froze in her tracks just as suddenly. At the sight of the creepy crawlies the little girl in Bianca wanted to scream and run the other way and she was sure for at least a moment or two perhaps it showed on her face. Thankfully see didn't see any of the rather large ones just yet. Trying to keep her voice steady she was pleased to see for the most part she succeeded. "Uh miss you need to get up right now. There seem to be quite a few spiders crawling towards you..." Taking a few steps back it occurred to Bianca that it was rather odd to see spiders on the beach right? Well maybe it wasn't so rare here...

Alphas: Chocolate and waffles and spiders oh my!
Hoshi grinned happily as she was included in the group headed, for some strange reason, to one of the rooms. she shrugged it off when she saw all the chocolate toppings and began piling them on her plate with only one waffle. as Sophia introduced her, Hoshi waved at Aren with her mouth full of chocolatly goodness.
after a moment she greeted him. "hello." she said, then stole a strawberry from Sophia's plate, attempting to look innocent as sin. She giggled and nearly choked when Aren made the crack about Raine teaching the chef at the school how to cook. She leaned out the window, gagging on her bite of waffle. fortanatly, it didn't come back up. Hoshi tilted her head as she spotted what looked like.... spiders crawling towards the mannor. she blinked, and turned to tell someone in the room about said spiders, but spotted a unclaimed waffle and jar of dark chocolate sauce. She pounced on both, growling softly in case anyone got any ideas about eating the chocolate sauce. She didn't think of the spiders agian.
"hey, now that we're all friends, why don't we say where we're from and pick our favorite home cooked meal?" she said cheerily. "I'll start. I was born in Japan but we moved to Colarado when I was twelve. My favorite home cooked foods are coddle and kushidongo." Hoshi looked around. "Your turn Raine." she said.

Alpha - Catalina - Bonding over Breakfast Raine was only smiles as her food was continuously complimented, her cheeks flushing a soft shade of pink as he said it was the best waffle he had ever tasted in his life. Sure, it was probably some sort of overstatement, but with the kind of mood she was in, there was no sweeter sound to her ears. Her smile, her soft shrug -- it all nonverbally accepted his words. " Well, you know, I don't like to toot my own horn," she said, trailing off with a laugh as he moved closer to her, taking a seat on the bed next to her. Her gaze moved from him to the floor as he said she could teach the lunch ladies at the academy something, brunette curls tossed over her shoulder as she turned to glance at him over her shoulder. " Hey, let's be fair. Those ladies get a bad wrap. They try their best, we just can't all be as perfect as me." Her voice broke into a laugh, clearly only joking with her statement. If anyone knew that she wasn't perfect, it would be those in this room. She had a reputation around the Academy that couldn't be ignored, but at the same time she liked to think that she was more than the numerous activities she was a part of around the school. It had taken months, but she was starting to feel like the balance required between academics, the student teams and some sort of social life was closer than ever before. Sophia and Christian, Katie -- she knew that she could count on them for anything, and meeting new people only meant the possibilities of forging real relationships. " Besides, you better be careful or all that sweet talking will get you everywhere," she said with a grin, turning her attention to Hoshi as she pounced on a waffle and bottle of chocolate sauce. Raine's eyebrow quirked slightly, tilting her head to the side as the girl suggested that they get to know each other a little better. She said where she was from, then what her favorite home-cooked meal was. Popping another bite of waffle into her mouth, she nearly choked when she heard that she was supposed to go next, having to swallow quickly. " Ok, umm, well. I don't really remember but I was born in St. Louis, but when my parents died I was moved to Malibu to live with Katie and her folks. They're amazing. As for the home cooked meal? Mom makes the best lemon-pepper chicken. Seriously, it is the bes- AHH!" A shriek left her mouth as she pointed to an abnormally large spider crawling through the window. Her legs, which had previously been dangling over the edge of the bed shot up underneath her, the brunette making a strange noise as it started descending on an invisible thread to the floor. " Ew, ew, ew, ew! Someone kill it!"
