Bavira shook his head. "I don't..." He froze and put a hand to his throat. He frowned as he felt like he might throw up. It really did, somethign wanted to come up, but it seemed stuck. He coughed. "W-What...?" He fell to his knees, his eyes turning hazy.

Bavira continued to cough, each time, though, it changed in sound. Then, it ounded completely unlike a cough, and more of a harsh barking noise. After a few more moments, it stopped, allowing Bavira to breathe. "Ow...that really hurt."

Bavira nodded. "I am now." He sat up, sighing. But that's strange, it felt like I was coughing, and yet...

The ship shook suddenly as the waters turned violent. The rocks around them shifted, blocking them in. The large rock wall in front of them, now, split in two, creating a path for them to follow.

Bavira thanked Jack. "So...that's why... It wasn't a cough...that was my real voice." He frowned. "I guess, that means I'm really young in my species..."

Bavira blushed. "Y-You really think so?" He smiled, then groaned as a shudder ran through his body. "Unfh!" He dropped to his knees again, but this time, it was because his body was changing. This time, both of his hands turned into claws. With wide eyes, he stared in silence as his body fully morthed into his dragon form. Since, like he said earlier, he was young, his body was small enough that he still fit on the deck. The tip of his tail hung over the side. "J-Jack!?" He sounded startled.

Bavira shook his head. "I-I don't know!" His tail swished in reflection of hsi worry, accidently knocking some of the crew over. "S-Sorry!"

"Who dares to impose upon me when I am resting?" A voice echoed, sounding both sharp and fierce. A face, similar to Bavira's dragon, appeared from the mist. It was llarger and more...detailed. The eyes were narrow and gleamed with wisdom and danger. These very same eyes widened as they fell upon the boat. "...Immortals? Here?"

The dragon blinked in silent consideration. "Hm...that face. You're Jonesy's boy, aren't you?" Then they looked at Bavira. "Is that? I see..." He face retreated into the mist. Moments later, a woman in silver armor appeared. Her eyes were closed. "There, now I can have a closer look." She descended upon the ship and smiled. "Hello, Jack. I heard about you. I am Lore, the previous Ocean Queen. And I'm assuming..." She glanced in Bavira's way. Her face softened. "...Askle."

Bavira could only stare in awe at the larger Storm Dragon. "So...this is the presence I felt!" He listened to them speak, and couldn't help but feel that the dragon was a female. He was proved right minutes later when a woman emerged. Lore... He said the name in his mind. No sooner he had, he froze as Lore turned his way. "Askle?"

Lore nodded. "I do. It's merely his body remembering me and transforming as a result." She walked over to Bavira and gently stroked his face. "My dear, sweet Askle... I'm glad to see you're so healthy. Here..." She kissed him on the tip of his nose, and he changed back into his human form. That must feel better to you, yes?" He gently brushed hair out of his face. "What do you call yourself? What name did the humans give you?"

Bavira found himself relaxing as Lore touched him. Her hand felt warm. Mother... He was surprised when he suddenly turned human again (w/ his clothes still on). He then closed one eye as Loer brushed hair out of his face. "Bavira. I am called Bavira." He heard himself say.
