Moni nodded excitedly, eager to help while Kori grinned smugly at hearing what they were doing and nodding. "Well, we better get started. The great spirit isn't easy to find." He told Moni, ruffling his hair.

Kori laughed. "I mellowed with age." he teased, and they soon set off, searching for the spirit that could change Moni into one of them. Moni was glad that they weren't running, since he always felt like a weakling when he got on fryma's back.

Moni nodded, nuzzling him before hesitantly stepping forward and bowing, the spirit before him silent. It raised a hand and beckoned him closer, to which Moni obeyed. The spirit didn't ask questions, or change their expression, simply laying a hand on his head. The spirit knew everything about Moni just from that touch. He knew that he was a mute, he knew his age, his deepest desires, his darkest secrets and more. After a moment, he nodded and Moni was encased in plants rapidly, all of them winding around him and hiding him from view. For several hours,it was silent without a sound coming from the multitude of plants surrounding Moni, then they slowly unraveled, pulling away to reveal him laying on the ground, everything about him more ethereal, from the new shine in his hair to the luminosity of his skin. He opened his eyes, the honeyed brown corneas seemed to glow, and slowly stood, bowing politely to the spirit, who nodded and vanished.

Moni soon got his balance back and smiled, writing in his notebook. 'Race you.' and then he took off, smiling at how fast he could go now, and how soon he reached the house. This was amazing!

Moni smiled and hugged him happily, kissing his cheek. His eyes were bright with excitement as well as his new spirithood. This was perfect! Now they could be together forever!

Moni shrugged a little, then a bear appeared, coming closer and cautiously sniffing Moni. Moni waited until the bear was satisfied and slowly petted her. The bear leaned into the touch and Moni smiled. Obviously, it was animals. It's a bit hard to misunderstand being able to pet a fully grown mother bear. He could tell she was a mother because two adorable cubs were right behind her.

Moni smiled, keeping the mother bear calm by scratching behind one of her ears. He nuzzled Fryma, declaring him as safe, and kissed his cheek. Soon, the mother and her cubs had to leave and Moni watched them go, smiling.

Moni blushed at the praise, nuzzling him affectionately. A few other animals appeared. Does, beavers, foxes, even the jaguars came, the cub tackling him as always as they played.
