"C...CloudFang... i..im...s..sorry..." Willowpaw said with great effort. CloudFang swiped her tail over Willowpaws mouth. Willowpaw watched as CloudFang mixed herbs.

Arrowshine and Dustmoon woke up startle by the sound of Willowpaw wailing in the meicine cats den, they rushed itnto the den to find Willowpaw with blood all around her mouth. "Oh no! Starclan!" Arrowshine yowled with sorrow. Dustmoon was whispering,"It will be all right." In her ear. There was nothing they could could do, it was all in Starclans paws now.

  Watching the cat leave, Caesar flexed his claws in anger and said loudly, "That is a stupid way to think if it's going to cause more of your comrades to die in your absence, without your help."
[His fur bristled. He rarely got angry, but for some reason he was on edge. He fluffed his fur down. Slightly interested in the injured apprentice, Caesar stood and padded near the den, ears pricked.
If her spirit left her, he'd see it. He'd seen cats die before, and it was the most beautiful thing imaginable. If the cat wasn't evil, that was.]

 (Willowpaw and CloudFang are in the apprentices den.)
CloudFang licked Willowpaws ear. "It will be alright." She told her. CloudFang gathered Coltsfoot and began chewing it into a pulp. She also took Feverfew, honey, juniper berries and lavender. Then she gave Willowpaw Poppy Seeds and Thyme. "Here. eat this. it should help." She gave Willowpaw the Poppy Seeds, thyme, juniper berries, and feverfew to help with her illness. She continues to chew the coltsfoot.

~Skye~ ***A cat with broken dreams......[Skye stoped walking and turned around to face Mosstar.]
"I don't know..."
[Skye said, seeming tempted to join. She had heard about the groups of cats that live in the forests, but she never thought she would meet one. Her ears twitched at the sound of finding a remedy for the curse. She didn't know much about the cats, but traveling to find one sounded like something she would be able to do.]
"If I join, will I be able to help in the search for the remedy. I don't know much about what has been happening, but I have heard some about the curse and have seen some cats go crazy because of it. I want it to stop as well."
[Skye said calmly.].....who stands so strong. ***

[Caesar sighed. It seemed the apprentice was being healed, so there was nothing to worry about.
He made his way over to Skye (( but he doens't know her name >> )). ]
Flicking his tail, he said, "You fought bravely out there, for a non-clan cat. You could've died fighting for this Clan."
[His eyes twinkled.]
"I believe you have the true spirit of a warrior."
[He sat, folding his tail across his paws. He wanted to see Mosstar's answer, so he planted himself upon the ground, intent to find out.]

CloudFang turned around to find Casear looking at the apprentice. "You have no right to judge me and my ways of thinking. I will not let any cat die because of this stupid illness." She hissed at him, so no other cat heard. "If you are here to witness death, then i suggest you leave." She growled at him. She was mad at the fact that he dared to judge her, mad at the illness, but most importantly she felt pain... she didnt want arrowshine or dustmoon to feel the pain she did when she lost her mother. She turned and padded back to Willowpaw. "here. this will help your breathing." She told the apprentice calmly.

Willowpaw ate the herbs that CloudFang had given her. Imediately, she spit the feverfew out. Breathing Heavily. She groaned in agony. * StarClan help me!* she yowled in her head. She tried her best to eat the Coltsfoot CloudFang had given her.

She had seen him earlyer when she was fighting the cat with the curse, but right then she had only been paying attention to the cat with the curse. Her eyes showed her surprise, but she quickly hid it, her face becoming calm again. She nodded quickly to Caesar as a sign of modesty.]
"I just didn't want him to kill the kit. Kits are too inocent to be killed before they have a chance to live their life. It was nothing."
[Skye said looking at Caesar. She stared into his eyes for a second, trying to find why the cat seemed to know so much and how he knew about the remedy. After a few seconds she looked away, not wanting to be rude and caught staring.].....who stands so strong. ***

Troutail woke up again in the medecine cats den and slowly got up and padded outside. What he found out there made him wish he had stayed in the den. He saw 2 kittypets, Ceaser, Willowpaw and Cloudfang booth looking extremely scared and rushed. He went over to Mosstar and looked around at all the cats "Could someone fill me in on what happened; about Willowpaw, these kittypets, and Ceaser, and anything else that came and left."

Mosstar looked to Skye,"Well you are rather young to be a warrior so youll be an apprentice,and Ill be you mentor!" Mosstar said, and almost the whole clan turned to face her ans was shocked to hear what she had said.

Troutail was now light-headed and about ready to collapse yet again. He saw the other cat was upset and apoligized "I'm sorry, we just usually call any cats with collars kittypets, then again they do look hard to get off. Anyways, I think I have part of this, you're joining the clan as an apprentice and you mosstar want to teach him, I must say smart idea. You'd be the one with the most knowledge about the clans. Now I need to know about Ceaser and Willowpaw".

  ll ядveишiиg ll Ravenwing's eyes widened as he heard Mosstar announce that she will be the kittypet's mentor. But...a kittypet! Surely the clan cannot afford to feed another hungry mouth in this hard season! The rarely serious Ravenwing was still thinking about fighting for the cure. Yes, it seemed like a good idea, but the price might be too high. Cats were going to die, trying to find the cure. Would it not be better to move out of the territory entirely, to find a "clean" place to live?

"Willowpaw is ill TroutTail. Do not fear i will help her and soon she will be back to normal." CloudFang said to TroutTail without looking his way. She realized that her voice had cracked because she had burst into tears earlier. Silently she cleared her throat and her voice returned to normal.
