"Will you stop that?!" My voice rose a few octaves. "It's melting!" Rivan had left and somewhere in the argument Kuro had said he had to go shopping... so I had no magia at my disposal.

My face was red and my tail whipped back and forth. "Fine... that one was almost finished anyway." I ran into the kitchen and grabbed another. "Ha!" This time I protected it from Vlad.

Vlad then got up, wiped the melted parts of the chocolate bar off with his finger, licked it off, and gave the rest of the bar back.
"All a guy wants is a measly hug. That too hard to get?" Vlad shrugged and sighed. Then lied down as Rivan walked through the door with Kuro who dropped a drink into Vlad's hands.
"Thanks." Vlad tipped his drink to the two.

Kuro threw me a bottle of milk as he passed. "Thank you!" I smiled at him and he flushed and hurried into the kitchen. I still don't understand that...

I was laying on my stomach on the floor staring out the window. "Take a picture it'll last longer." I mumbled to Vlad, feeling his gaze. I took a swig of milk... sometimes I can be so much like a cat even I notice it.

I didn't look over at Vlad. I stared at the clouds. The sky is so blue... It reminds me of Rivan's hair. A bird sang outside the window and my attention shifted to it as I took another drink.

I wonder why my hair is gold... when Rivan's is blue? I mean shouldn't we have the same hair color? Well maybe not.
