Doton: Doroku Gaeshi (Earth Release: Rock Shield)
Description: In the jutsu, the user lifts up a giant piece of earth and uses it as a shield. For every rank, the shield grows 5 feet by 5 feet, and thickens by 3 inches.

After making the clones havik said "This is a earth clone it has great speed but is slow" then havik walked to the dust clone and said "This is a dust clone it is faster but not such a good defence."


Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Clone Skill)

Koujin Bunshin no Jutsu (Dust Clone Technique)
Description: A simple bunshin jutsu, using dust and small particles of dirt found everywhere but the cleanest of places, the user is able to form a clone. The clone itself cannot attack, but can pose as a good distraction, since once it is hit, the dust and dirt particles burst open, entering the enemy's eyes, mouth and nose. Also, the clone can be dismissed at will

Sho found a quiet and secluded part of the training grounds and opened te scroll. Sho looked at the words on the scroll intently as it described his families Kekkei Genkai, Crystal Release. He looked at its history and its jutsu getting ready to practice the jutsu.

Deil walked into the arena after changing clothes in the locker room, and came outside to do his usual stretches. Afterwords, he set put at a light pace around the track, working on his endurance instead of just sprinting all of the time. After working up a nice sweat, he moved on to one of the punching bags in the corner of the room, working on the accuracy of his punches as he worked.
[I have been carrying weights only my ankles in secret, however it has been recorded. Therefore, along with walking normally and working out, my character now has 9 posts of physical conditioning out of 10 needed for a taijutsu class rpc conditioning to use the first gate.

Deil arrived when the air was still cool, and decided to begin immediately. He did his normal reunite of warming up by stretching and jogging, but tripling the weight on his ankles made it really difficult. He decided to resulting to squats afterward, doing 300 air squats to prepare his body for lifting heavy objects and for high jumps. About 220 squats in his butt began to cramp, so he went over to the punching bag and worked on punching with power and accuracy this time. The sound of heavy thumps could be heard throughout the training arena.
