Aurelia saw the tears in Mandy's eyes, her actions revealing a subject that shouldn't be touched, that shouldn't be pushed any further. Even if at this moment they were members of either the Black Knights or the Court, she couldn't bring herself to be so cruel as to continue it any further. The Queen was about to say that she was sorry, but she didn't know what to be sorry for. She didn't know Mandy that much, thus it left her with nothing to apologize for, even though she felt an apology was in order. "You speak of true love, and yet such a thing has been described as impossible to see, to determine, until we are older." Aurelia moved a little more, giving Mandy more room. "We are only high school students, and still have many years ahead of us." She gave Mandy a brief glance before looking back at the wall. "So, I don't think that it is fair to say that we have missed our true love yet, thought it may appear so..."

((true, now i'm in the final paragraph of it))

“Then which one do you feel you want? All things aside, Court and the Knights, let them be forgotten for this moment. For these few peaceful moments, allow your heart to view the world Aurelia.” Mandy again started to scrub where Aurelia just was. “Jay is rich, loyal, loving, and a bit hot headed but he is a fire element. He’s... Well, he seems to be attracted to you.” She kept scrubbing biting her bottom lip softly. “Then, we have Riku, He is... Well, I don’t know. I do not know him that well. But he did not stop me or make any move to do so during my attack on him.” Looking up when she finished that spot she sighed. “Can you truly allow yourself to be with a man who... would willing let a woman do that to him? Wouldn’t you be worried he could do it while with you and you not find out?”

((I'd love to read it... I mean, if its in English. My other language skills kind of are non existant.))

Sighing, Aurelia found that Mandy was persistent on this particular topic. "Just to answer your question, no, I can't possibly live that way, or with a guy like that. However, I haven't given too much thought on such affairs. I mean, schoolwork and such right now are key. I don't have time for stuff like this." The Queen moved again, placing her forehead on the all and savoring the cool sensation on her forehead.

((sorry, gtg. goodnight!))

Mandy groaned and rolled her eyes. She had never done so much work in her whole life. “Ok, if you say so Aurelia... But we both know you do love them both. I could take Riku off the table for you... if you wanted that is.” She looked up and smiled. “I mean he is great at kissing. I wouldn’t know about Jay so, why not find out on your own?” Slowly standing up she placed her hands on Aurelia’s shoulders and rubbed them. “You look as if you’re about to pass out.” She kept rubbing the Queen of the Courts shoulders softly. “Do you want me to take you to your room? I mean I’ll do double tomorrow, what is important is your health... I don’t want the woman that might be with Jay or MY Riku to be sick after all. That wouldn’t be a fair fight.”

User ImageAnother burst of irritation flared up in the King, and only by extreme focus did he prevent himself from losing his battle stance to whirl around deck Misa in the face.

Alright, calm down.

His opponent was behind him, an incredibly disadvantageous position. So in order to regain a position able to attack...

Twisting on the toes of his left foot, Naoya spun to face his opponent, an open-palm right ready to knock her off balance.

Tai shook his head, "I'm not saying I'm the beauty of the element... although I will admit to creating myself in the ice." He paced around his figure, checking the finer details, "It's just a way for me to show the imitation of water. The reason the imitation is the beauty for me, is because I was the 'different' kid, even here. So I could only pretend I was 'one of the guys' I had to imitate myself to fit in. Thus, the way water imitates is the beauty for me. For you, the fact it is flowing with life, because you believe you're lacking the strength life should give you, that's why you believe the flowing water as the beautiful part." He smiled and took molded his sculpture back into the ice block from which it started from with a gentle tap. "If I could, I would let you. However, this chunk of ice is part of tomorrows class, the variation of strength in ice, and how much ability it takes to create one. I created this one when I was a freshman... and it's of the third strongest type. I still don't know how I did it either."

User Image

Ken looked at the little freshman, and tilted his head off to the side a bit at the request. Now normally, he would shoot them down on the spot, and tell them to get over it... if they had the guts to ask at all. However, while he didn't want to help, some of the circumstances made him feel a bit sorry for the kid. And the way Trey said it didn't make him feel any better about the thought of denying this kids mom a good Christmas... "Depends on the task... and how well you word it."

Riku didn't hear Jay appearing next to him like magic, and the sudden jerk on his color didn't help much either. Once he was jerked back, he let out a noise to signify he was captured, "Ack!" He was yanked back so hard that his headphones landed around his neck, and his MP3 player stopped playing music. Noticing it was Jay, he sighed, but smiled anyway. This was his escort to a 3 hour D-hall... longest one to date. However, his question caught him off guard. "What do you mean? Or a better question, who do you mean?"

Jay shrugged softly as he let go of Riku’s collar. “Mandy or Aurelia doesn’t matter to me. So, do you like them? I mean...” He sighed and leaned against headed towards the infirmary. “Come on, I need my pills...” He grumbled softly as he kept walking.

Trey groaned, was Ken hard at hearing? He had already told him what he wanted him to do! She shook her head, wanting to smack herself in the forhead.

"You really don't listen, do you?" she said, her voice having a dry dull tone as she averted her gaze from Lunaru to Ken, back to Lunaru. She couldn't keep a straight face, she really wanted to laugh.

She smiled at Lunaru as she waited for Ken's responce, how could he not of heard Lunaru's request? It was kind of comical. She closed her eyes, the weather was getting the better of her once again, making her sleepy. Her limbs starting to feel heavy again, god she hated Winter sometimes.

"If you mean Aurelia, then I think you got it wrong. We're..." Geez, what were they to each other? Not only that, but saying they were friends to a fellow Court member would set a few things off. He was a Black Knight, and Court members despised them. So, he went with the normal, and prepracticed answer. "We're arch enemies. As for Mandy..." This answer was obvious, "Maybe friends since she too, is a Black Knight. But nothing more, after all, she kidnapped me... and why are you slurring your words?" He asked, curiously.

Upon hearing Trey's words, he thought back... and realized that the kid had said something about his task. All he had to do was wheel his mother around and keep her warm with his fire magic. It was a mundane task, and for some reason, he didn't know how to respond. As a Black Knight, it was generally in his best interest to deny the little kid. However, he wasn't after anything school wise, just a chance to make someone happy. Not to mention he didn't want to disappoint Trey... "I... guess... but I never want you to request anything from me again. Got it?" He said, trying retain his bad a** attitude.

She felt the drowsiness come on a bit harder as she smiled at Ken's accepting to the Court kids request. Seemed like he had a heart after all, he was able to put aside his hatred for the Court to help this kid. Really, he wasn't helping the kid, he was helping his mother. She shook her head as she heard him try to keep his status. He really wasn't that bad, so she didn't know why it bothered him to give in to kindness every so often.

She sighed as she sat on Ken's bed, she could barely keep her eyes open now, which usually ment it was practically a blizzard outside. Her head kept falling as she dozed in and out of consciousness, she really should of gotten up and made effort to get to her dorm, but she had a hard time staying seated up, much less standing up. A yawn erupted from Trey's lips, her hand quick to catch it, she hated people watching her yawn, so she usually covered her mouth to cover them up.

"How sweet.. " she mused, trying to kid. But the words didn't want to form, they only stopped at her lips, wow, she really was tired..

“Arch enemies huh?” Jay questioned, not believing it at all. “Then why would she wish to rescue you? After all, wouldn’t it be against the order of the Court and Knights to... Save one of you?” Jay kept walking slowly his hand rubbing his jaw. “I don’t truly believe you are arch enemies so do not lie to me dear Riku. If you love her let it be known and I will try and get her to listen and forgive you for my cousins actions.” He turned to him as he placed his hand on the infirmary door. “If not... You’re doomed.”

Stepping inside quickly Jay grabbed his pills and headed back outside. “As for the slurring, your friend Ken broke my jaw.” He said downing three of the very potent pain killers. “Serves me right though, I tried to make the brute think, I bet he doesn’t even have a brain. However, if he does I’m sure it is smaller than a grain of rice.” He quipped heading towards D-Hall.

Riku chuckled. If only people would be brainless enough to actually try and attack him... oh well, not his problem. "Fighting him was your mistake. And you got away lucky. You haven't seen the last kid he bloodied up yet have you?" After they were back on course for the D-hall room, Riku had to really think hard on how to answer this. "Well... it gave her a chance to bust a Black Knight, didn't it? She busted me for earlier today, and Mandy for... whatever rule she broke. Simple as that..." He silently mouthed the words 'friends' and hoped he didn't catch it, as he had to keep their friendship secret. Although recently, he had to admit being around her for their late night talks were somewhat... different now to him. "But I would like you to clear the misunderstaing up. Had I fought back and said no... I could've been in a worse state than I was. By the sound of it, you could probably vouch for me on that, too."

User Image
Ken looked over at Trey after she had commented on how he was being nice. Looking over at her with a scowl prepared, his eyes lightened up a bit when he saw her getting ready to fall asleep on his bed. He walked over to her scanning her for any signs of a fever... without contact. "Are you..." He trailed off again. He couldn't pull himself to say the words 'feeling alright'. He opened his mouth once or twice trying to say it, but could not. So he simply said, "Tired?"

Pausing at the door to D-Hall Jay shrugged. “If you say Riku... Here we are. Er, Can I borrow your cell? I left mine in my dorm, I need to tell Aurelia that you made it here and I didn’t get killed trying to do so.” He asked holding his hand out. “I mean unless you don’t want me to start the timer...”

Frowning Astin felt as though she had somehow offended Tai, she got off the desk and walked towards him, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to say your views were wrong. But you mentioned earlier that you knew I was in the Court based off my uniform and if you were able to create something so powerful your freshmen year it makes me wonder if you were a court member."
She leaned close to him expecting his face to see if he looked familiar.

Riku walked into the D-hall room, and sat down when Jay asked for his phone. Oh yeah, here." He took out his cell and tossed over to Jay, and watched him catch it with ease. "Careful with it, I can't get another one. Parents already said they couldn't afford to get me another... at least, not for another month." He sat back and looked around, and waved at someone familiar, "Hey David! You in here today, too?" Riku got a reply back from another 'regular' saying, 'Hey, all the regulars are here today!'

User Image
"You are correct, Astin. I was a court member my Freshman year, the Ace, to be exact. However, I left the spot my sophmore year because that's when I graduated from this place." While she leaned in towards him, he leaned back. He was never good at working with close proximites with people, and people of the opposite gender didn't help matters either. He turned slightly pink, and shifted eye contact so he was looking anywhere but her eyes. "I-is something wrong, Astin?"
