Dante walked into the office and nods to the Mizukage. He glanced at Saku for a moment before taking a seat waiting for them to begin

Zane opens the door and sees Alex there. He looks at him, "Listen, I'm having a meeting right now, I'll agree to teach a you a couple of things about jutsus, so just meet me at the Training facility after I'm done here," Zane said as he closed the door behind him and locked it. He froze the entire door, not leaving any cracks so that no one could eavesdrop on the conversation. He then went over to the windows and made sure they were closed too. "Okay, now that we're in a room of trustworthy people..." Zane said as he went under his desk and opened the safe, taking out several buckets of wings from hooters. Thankfully, they were still fairly hot, and smelled fresh. He handed a bucket to Tares, Dante, and Saku, and started eating wings himself. "Now go on Saku,"

Dante took the bucket and started eating, which was a bit fast for he was hungry but he slowed it down. The wings were really good, a bit hot but then again he dealt with far hotter. The heat did nothing to him and besides the wings were delicious. He looked over at Saku waiting to hear the news about the Sound Village, which he went to previously but unfortunately noone was there. "You have my thanks Zane, so what information we have on the sound?"

I managed to calm him down with my Genkiatsugan and got him to speak. He told us that they attack suddenly, before the Kage had died. They were using it as a base of operations for a short period of time. They are after something they call...'the stars.' Do you have any idea what that is?"

Tares took the bucket and was very grateful. He knew there was a reason why he was a mist ninja and this was it. Although he never had hooter wings before he still dug in to them, it was a foolish move because they were so delicious but so hot. The problem was they were addicting and he couldn't stop eating but he did slow down a bit. They were so hot that his eyes were watering but he kept eating just at a reasonable pace this time. He leaned over and tested the Mizukages wings to make sure they were not poisoned, afterward and sat back in his chair and fell silent drinking a glass of water and nibbling on some wings.

"The Stars?" Zane exclaimed as he saw Tares eat one of his wings. "Oh and Tares...thanks," Zane grinned as he thanked him for eating a wing first to check it out. He nibbled on one of the wings while he thought about stars. "Dante...what do you make of this considering the fact that you've done the most traveling out of all of us...I do have my suspicions though." Zane said

Tares leaned forward holding his bucket out toward Zane and offered a wing to Zane in exchange for the one he tested.

Dante paused for a moment. He heard rumors of this but wasn't too sure. "Hmm....rumors has it that an old village named Village hidden amoung the stars existed, however it died out in a war and the place was left in ruins, completely abandoned. But they held a special object known as a meteorite, which supposeively made others stronger or something of that sort and also the probable cause of the war to begin with. It went missing over the years and the chances of it being around still is slim, but possible. Its an old legend, but possibly exists since the village really did exist, and it had to get the name somewhere" He said thoughtfully, he heard of this back when he was a small child, the teachers spoke of it once because some of the kids loved to hear about stories like this. Was it real?

"Wait a second?" Zane exclaimed as he denied Tares with the flick of a hand and rose out of his seat, pacing around the office, thinking of everything about Sound and Leaf, trying to recall every single incident. "The Otokage's death...Zarud blamed it on the Leaf, yet he was very evasive about this. What if there was a silent coup in Sound...Zarud and Joey being the leaders...believe me both of them would be capable. Then blame it on the leaf to purposfully start a war with them...but why? Maybe...if just a regular shinobi of leaf stationed at an oupost knew about this...then what if that meteorite IS in fact hidden away at the Leaf Village? It would make sense why Sound suddenly invaded as Saku and Reiniku told me," Zane explained what his hypothesis was, "Saku is there anything else? Dante, Tares, what do you think of this?"
Edit: "And considering the bug sitting on the opposite side of the room, Blade is listening to this conversation right now..." Zane added.

"Im thinking one of two things. One, your correct and the events do add up, leading to the possibility of the leaf holding onto the meteorite and sound wants it, or two we may be wrong and they merely want revenge for what happened years ago....unless..." Dante stood up setting his bucket to the side. "Its both!" He said in amazement. "Sound wants the meteorite and revenge against konoha"

Tares leaned forward and sighed. "But if that is the case, what do we do about it and when? Ill agree with you both on the fact i believe sound is up to something. But to what, i dont know. I dont want to get ahead of anybody here, but if there is something between sound and leaf. Who side do we take, if any. Maybe leaf does have this 'Star' and maybe sound does want it." Tares sat back in his chair pissed at himself that he made more questions the solutions. He didnt like it, he didnt like it at all. "Either way i see it, we are going to war."

"If that is the case...then we side with neither..." Zane stated as the temperature in the room suddenly dropped...Zane's persona completely changing to that of the emotionless and cold leader of the Mist that he was known to be. "The only ally we have is Cloud...and even that was a tactical move on my part...for I will not be enemies with the Raikage. If they do have this star, then I say we use the chuunin exams as our excuse to get in, find it, and steal it!" Zane exclaimed as he clenched his fist and held it out as if punching the air.

Dante smiled slightly. "My thoughts led to the same solution....we can find out way in, not to mention if either leaf or sound gets ahold of it it may mean trouble for us. We raid the village for the meteorite then. but we should plan this out carefully. Of course if they see me they will come swarming in whereever I am in, this may be useful actually.....that and I don't like the fact leaf may have a powerful object like that." He said standing up. He ate another wing and looked at the Mizukage. "Oh...do I get my handband?" He asked
