*nod* The things women go through... pantihose.... high heels. O the pain.
I haven't made any progress in getting any. I wonder how much they cost. I could always use them to tie up tomato plants from falling over. lol
Thanks for sharing your experiences Sergeant. I can just picture an 8 year old hiding in mom's closet.

Well see, I am not having a lot of luck either. I believe if my mom had any they are long gone a while back she may not even have any anymore.

Ah it seems your mom has reached her Crone Years, when vanity gives way to wisdom and comfort. No more pantie hose. Good for her!
We boys may have to give up our experiment since it's not that quick and easy to get hold of pantie hose after all.

Damn I didn't even think about the small town grapevine. Just what you don't need -- everyone talking about that guy who bought pantyhose. I live in a small town too. I'd have to drive a long way to the next town to buy pantyhose. That's it. The Great Pantyhose Experiment of 2010 is officially over. For now.
It snowed here yesterday. Again. But there are signs that Spring will be here soon so no ski mask will be needed this season.

Yup there's definitely a down side to small town life. The up side for me is the ladies at the post office know my name, ask how I am, and they really mean it. People say hello on the street. People in the shops take the time to talk about this and that. It's friendly
What do you like about small town life? If anything.

I do as well love being able to talk to everyone and catch up on news and happenings in town. I love being friendly with everyone I meet to being able to usually depend on people in town when I need help.

Grabbed 279/70 thanks smile
If the town news is especially "interesting" there's always a possibility of writing a tell all book. With the names changed of course.
That's what Jackie Collins did for her "Hollywood Wives" book. So she says.

Yup that's what she said. I watch the morning news (and gossip) so these little trivia tidbits come my way and stick in my brain. I was paying close attention to her because she's a best selling author and I think I have a book in me. Just not sure what it is yet. My Reiki teacher says everyone has a book in them.

Hope you're ok buddy. It's rare that you don't post every day. Your absence is noticed. Maybe you're catching a little extra sleep, gathering more interesting dreams?

Yup feeling sick does seem to bring on wild dreams. Best forgotten. I hope you feel better soon. Sleep really helps the body's healing process.
