"Ugh, when it rains it pours" he said turning to luciano "Looks like it is just you and pen" he said starting up his bike "I have to go deal with the other one" he said roaring off to durem.

"Careful sir, we have a rouge Twi on the lose." Pen chuckled after him. Why would Twi pick them off, it would only show his location and then the entire gang would be after him. If Twi wanted the gang gone he would have done it already, before he left.
"Have it your way, but you were the first to leave on your own," Pen smirked. She could sense the concern in his voice, but still she was a bit hurt that he would think she needed to be protected.
She knew why of course. He just found out one of his friends had turned on him. The prospect that he might lose another would kill him. Though Luciano was a higher up, Pen saw him as a friend and kinda of a brother from time to time. And thats probably why she came looking for him.
"Lets get going," Pen said as she left to get her junky motorbike.

Waffle was still at the table with her book, except she just saw Skotti ride off on his bike, towards a rising smoke plume.
I think it'd be good if I headed back to HQ and read these later... Wait, I'd be too slow to head back by foot. I should just teleport there. I hate teleporting though.
She focused energy into her orb, careful to hold on to her stuff too. Speaking a different incantation, both eyes glowed.
There was a flash of light, and she was gone from Barton Square.
Back in HQ, in her room, she put her books on the shelf and was looking for the nearest painkillers.
I swear I am NEVER going to do this again!
Waffle left her room and headed into the lobby, praying the pills would work quickly for once.

Skotti got back to HQ to find his building burned and wet from the fire department intervention. They told him most of the things where saved and the building was still stable, but the bar was toast, so to speak.

Senkaru steps outside and approaches Skotti, favoring one side.
"Skotti I don't know...Maybe there's more to this than we thought. And if Shandi isn't bad then Twi might not be either...I dunno. Everything is so backwards these days."

Waffle picked up the scent of something burnt as she was in the hall. She walked down the stairs and noticed the bar was completely burnt out.
Fricking great. My birthday was next month too.
She shook her head and walked to the entrance of HQ. Skotti and Senkaru were outside.

Luciano started to laugh "No, not on that thing you don't. We're taking MY ride." he motioned for her to his car and then he jokingly opened up the passenger's side "Ladies first."
