That's kinda what I meant when I said Nemesis was more of a background character. I guess I should've been clearer and just said a glorified NPC with PC-worthy backstory. My seductress being undiscovered was supposed to imply she's a Force adept that's not actually developed as much or known/trained by anyone.
Anyways, yeah, it works as you said. Essentially my Shadow would be the only " real " one Force-wise, since Nemesis would be more of an NPC and the seductress just having untapped potential.
I'll even go as far on my main one there to say she's not an official Shadow, but that's her mindset, so that if the actual Shadows still remained, she'd be one of them. I just call her a Shadow because it's easier that way, plus considering her trainer is Nemesis, it makes sense she wouldn't be as " pure " as the others.

Let's just say that makes getting acceptance much easier if you drop the FU user count down from 3 to 1. Turn the Shadow into a "grey", make Nemesis an NPC, and reduce the seductress into just an adept (she's not a sith, anyway. To describe it as thus would effectively assume sith induction and therefore a FU). and you should be able to retain most of what you were fighting for.

I say make it a factory you built as you went. You started off small, and when you had the money, you purchased the deed to a small orbital platform, probably an XQ. then, as you get more profits, you gradually renovate it, adding defenses, better docking ports, more manufacturing capacity, etc.
Or hell, if you want to really be cheap, just use an old freighter, keep it in orbit, and hollow it out and renovate it for the production of your guns. It'll already come with ammenities and some basic luxuries, though you'll need to restock them probably every few months,

Should I still plan on making a bio for Nemesis? I did that for the Mandalorian NPC Angel had for a sidekick in Legacy, just to give detailed info since he was kinda important for her. Nemesis would be kinda important for my Shadow, plus it gives me a chance to tie in how she got there from CotS.

Just put it in the shadow's bio. Or keep it on hand. The only bios that are necessary to keep in public are the PCs. NPCs are kept out to make sure people don't overfocus.

Nah... for NPCs make a OOG entry if you want to deliver a lot of info. No reason to do a full BIO.
Just a note: Both Rodyn and I will have to deal with the NPCs of our sides... because Task Force Cygnus (And whatever Task Force name he comes up with) are only a small portion of both side's military presence.
A normal, full strength sector group has 24 star destroyers and 2,400 support ships of which 1,600 are combat vessels. Now I think this sector group will be severely depleted, maybe down to around 40% established strength, but that still means that there are a lot of small ships floating around. There'd be hundreds of freighters and logisitcs ships for pirates and new republic privateers/commerce raiders to target. Basically, I think I should just give my blessing to any spawning of sub-heavy frigate sized starships from the Empire. There's enough of em floating around for you guys to chew threw without me having to worry about replacing them in character. Oh BTW... aside from a few very specific instances you will not see Stormtroopers in this sector. Most of what you'll be facing will be Imperial Army not White Hats. There are only three stormtrooper regiments in the region, and one of them is on OPFOR duty so the two others have been given very specific assignments like guarding the local moff's world, or being dispersed among those ten Star Destroyers.
I will not control the entire sector group as my personal npcs, but I will control the destroyers as npcs. Mostly I'll just send them to places that are attacked and post when they are forced to withdraw... etc. NPCs outside of our direct chain of command shouldn't be played as aggressive pawns, we should limit ourselves to sending them into battle and taking them out, not actually playing their engagement out, that should be done by the PCs present since they're not really important to us Players.
But a word of warning, taking out a Star Destroyer should be a major accomplishment for the RPers, especially if they're neutrals like pirates or terrorists.
Also if you are attacking an Imperial NPC force in imperial space and they manage to get a distress call off, you should anticipate a response force in fifteen to thirty minutes deepening on distance from the Sector Group Headquarters. That response force is something you should anticipate. You should also anticipate that I may send my own PC to the rescue.

I guess that works. I was gonna go with my Shadow having been a slave that killed her master and escaped by managing to harness a bit of her potential, which got Nemesis's attention, so when she got away, Nemesis showed up and took her on as an apprentice, training her up to Knight level, and just kinda watching her after that.

Generated a random system for the heck of it. What it came up with?
Blue star with 5 orbits.
1st orbit: Ball of Plasma. 1 moon, which is also a ball of Plasma. 2nd orbit: Rockball. 3rd orbit: Asteroid Field. 4th orbit: Asteroid Field. 5th orbit: Asteroid Field.
If we need a mining system to make stuff with... >.>

You can add me to the list under Des. ( As odd as that sounds considering our past. ) Ill be his second in command. I think...

That OOG entry about Mandalorian Iron got me curious about Shatterpoint so I looked that up.
Looking that up in turn made me look up Corusca Gem, which I found interesting.
Now, I'm thinking that Nemesis would have a collection of those gems just for the Hell of it, and having taught the Shadow the Shatterpoint skill using them as practice targets. I'm also thinking that because of Nemesis's training, she'd also dabble a slight bit in craftsmanship, so her lightwhip and lightdagger would be pretty intricate.
Hmm, looking up the entry on lightsaber crystals, I'm thinking that Nemesis would've built them herself and given them to the Shadow instead, which was done before with Palpatine to Dooku and Vader. That'd make for an interesting twist or something I guess. If nothing else, it'd make her a bit unique. Like, you know its hers because only 1 person could have possibly made it, etc.
I'm gonna have to look up the specific crystals for some ideas I have now.

If i recall right, only those from Haruun Kal know the shatterpoint skill though. I haven't read the book in a while though, but Mace's technique was unknown to anyone in the jedi order at that time, and well known for it in lieu of it.
