Arashi winced a little bit at the pain, but other than that there wasn't much.
"Indeed it is Captain. I had hoped not to make frequent visits but... well when your in a 3 way duel with two of your seated officers, these kinds of things were bound to happen. At least it was only one of Maikeru's daggers that went through my foot. I'm certain it could have been much worse.
The foot hurts a little bit, but my pride is what stings. I know I was out ranked but something still tells me I should have fought through the pain and stuck the battle out. I don't know if there is anything that can heal that....
On an other note, would you happen to know anybody skilled in Kido? I'm looking to improve mine." Arashi knew that most Captains should be able to help him out with Kido. He wanted to know more so that he didn't have to resort to using his blade unless the situation was dire. He didn't exactly know what it was, but it had this strange feeling about it lately, especially since he joined the 10th Squad.
"And Kasen doesn't ring any bells, I'm sorry that I couldn't be more of a help."

Lerato stood up after a few minutes, swaying slightly on his feet before he was able to shake off the drunken feeling that had been cast over him. "Well Captain Aio, I think it's about time that I got out of your hair." He laughed, still slightly tipsy from the bottle of pain killing sake that Yamoto had given him. "Please, feel free to call on me if you ever need some help. I owe you at least that." He turned to bow to the Captain, nodding to each of Kei's patients before leaving. 'Shunpo training... this ought to be interesting.' The thought played in his head, a mini scene of him stumbling to learn shunpo while slightly intoxicated lifting his lips into a small smirk. "I wonder if he did it on purpose..."

Kei Aoi Captain, Fourth Division Sereitei, Soul Society Arashi's Treatment [1/1]
Kei Aoi smiled at Arashi's words at once. "Oh, being here often means many things like being reckless or being ridiculously weak that aren't able to defend yourself often at practices; however, it does not mean you cannot visit the Fourth Division, too. We do appreciate the company from time to time, y'know." He said as he cleaned his wounds. "Ah, the ever-famous daggers of Maikeru-sama. Maikeru kept giving me headaches and he got beat up for several moments of his own. Did you know that he had to resort to the roof one time when he came here? I believe that was Maikeru."
As soon as Arashi began talking about his pride, Kei began to focus slightly and looked at him often to listen. When he was done, Kei laid a hand at his leg and then smiled warmly once again. Ah, always like that; new ones overshadowed by the higher ups. Kei remembered the time when he was new here, exactly like that. "Pride... Arashi-sama, is a really difficult opponent to beat; however, it is also a friend, who sticks out when all the values in the world reverses. Healing pride is one of the hardest thing to heal not just for us but for everyone. But one thing is for sure," he said and then tied the loose end of the bandage, "if you learn to accept and move on, then, you'll get better. You'll be on the recovery stage in no time." Then, Kei stood up. "You just have to know yourself and your limitations, Arashi-sama.
"Oh, you're looking for a Kido instructor? I do believe that Yamoto-sama of the Fifth Division would prove to be a good instructor, all business you see. Other than him... well, you could ask around. I am sure that all of the captains can give you an assistance." Kei Aoi said, rubbing his chin slightly. "I could have given you training, since I am captain; however, my training is not done yet. I have a lot of loose ends to fix."
It was this time when Lerato stood from his cot and then motioned for Kei. "Be well, Lerato-sama. Please visit us whenever you feel not normal or ill; the Fourth will always be of assistance." Kei Aoi said, bowing respectfully at his late patient.

Arashi nodded and listened carefully to Captain Kei's advice. "The fifth division huh? I heard that they had something to do with a kido base. I'll go check that out."
Arashi stood up and wriggled his foot a bit. It felt like knew really. "Thank you Captain, and maybe I will drop by from time to time, just to check up on ya. But right now I need to go see a man about some kido training."

Kei Aoi Captain, Fourth Division Sereitei, Soul Society
Kei Aoi smiled at Arashi. "The Fifth Division has everything to do with Kido, well, save for the Chiyudou which totally out of their hands." He said as he fixed all the bandages and things he needed from the operations earlier. "The thing is, you might want to consult them for some training, indeed. So, 'checking it out' is never going to be a waste of time." He added and then put the things in the right cabinets and shelves.
After that, Arashi began moving and seemed satisfied with his healing. "You're welcome, Arashi-sama." Kei Aoi said, smiling once again at his patient. "Please, feel free to visit us anytime you want. Meanwhile, I must advise you to refrain from moving too much with your foot. New-seeming as that is, there is no promise that the wound might not open again." He said and then made a bow. "Be safe, eat well."

Tomoya slow came awake finding himself in the Relief Facility and wondering how he got he, then he remembered his Shikia training and unleashing that terrible blast. Blinking as if in a daze Tomoya slowly sat up but quickly laid back down as his muscles screams in pain for some reason extremely sore though it was no surprise seeing how much power he had ran through his power to pull of that last attack so much power going through such a small and weak thing like Tomoya was going to be to much for the body to effectively handle as in the case of Tomoya.

Kei Aoi Captain, Fourth Division Sereitei, Soul Society
Kei, who was tending to the small plants by the healing room windows, turned to face Tomoya. At this, the captain smiled and then walked towards his subordinate. The boy had just slumped back to his bed due, possibly, to muscle soreness and ache. "Good evening, Tomoya-kun." Kei Aoi said, picking up some medicine from the medicine cabinet and then sitting by Tomoya's bed. Of course, with all those training and stunts on their last session, Tomoya would feel terrible aching this day. The boy had been sleeping for several days now and was no surprise to see him twitch for all the pain he received.
"You have been sleeping for three days now..." Kei Aoi said, tipping some medicine to a tablespoon. "The Shikai training too much of you and had been under an intensive rest; I couldn't blame you - you pushed it too much. On the other hand, I would like to offer my apologies for encouraging the training. I should have known your limitations." He said and then offered Tomoya the medicine for him to drink.

Tomoya nodded at Kei when he came over to see how he was doing and didn't seem all that surprised he had been out for three days seeing how he knew how exhausted he had been. When he offered him some medicine to drink Tomoya gladly drank it cause he wanted to get better fast so he could get back to his duties that were hard enough with him being shy and would only be made harder by all his soreness. When Kei started apologies for encouraging him to train Tomoya held up his hand and shook his head no before pointing him and Kei would be able to figure out that he was saying that it was his own fault not Kei's.

Kei Aoi Captain, Fourth Division Sereitei, Soul Society
Kei Aoi smiled as soon as Tomoya drank the medicine willingly and then took the blame for the training and all. Then slowly, the captain stood up and then put back the medicine in the cabinet. He turned to Tomoya before closing in the windows for the night. "Well, you should take your rest then, Tomoya-kun. After this night, you'll be all well." Kei Aoi said, putting out a small lamp that was giving light beside Tomoya's bed.
"After this, you can go back to your duties and all." He added. "Maybe you could do some Chiyudou training or, perhaps, some trials for vice-captain position." He said and then winked at his subordinate. "Well, sweet dreams, Tomoya-kun. Be well."
After that, Kei Aoi retired to his quarters for the night, too.

The Medical Admission Chart
Patient's Name: Arashi Naiya Patient's Division/Squad: 10 Patient's Injuries: Mild concussion, broken coccyx, broken nose, right and left arm have severe lacerations, right hand is severely broken, left hand still has a large sapphire embedded in the palm, reiatsu exhaustion. Purpose of Visit: Healed to the point of being concious Other Useful Info: The sapphire seems to be exerting a strong reiatsu unlike any other, and definatly not of Arashi's, and his sword is still clutched in his broken hand. He clearly went over his personal limit when he obtained his shikai. Arashi wasn't quite sure how he had gotten to Squad 4, he knew that he had depleted all of his reiatsu and fallen unconscious after the battle with the captain and he had been trying to get information out of Ranpushin and Lothnorixius but to no success, all they told him was it was time for him to rest and take it easy for a little bit, they would discuss more later. Though Arashi wasn't awake or conscious, he knew he was in squad 4 simply by the way the air had changed around him, it no longer smelled of dirt, rock, blood and sweat, but rather a peaceful smell, though it still smelt like blood.

Kei Aoi Captain, Fourth Division Sereitei, Soul Society Arashi's Treatment [1/2]
*time skip from last Kei Aoi post*
The captain of the Fourth Division, Kei Aoi, just entered the healing room and found a patient lying on the bed, extremely 'battered'. Kei gently walked towards his patient's side and then looked at the information sheet, which was on the table beside his bed. He quickly read the information stated within and then measured the gravity of Arashi's situation. He was broken, but not horribly damaged, so to speak. Suddenly, Kei remembered that this man was here some time ago with a damaged foot.
Then, Kei shook his head and saw the sapphire that was embedded on Arashi's palm. The object exerted a strange reiatsu; however, it didn't seem harmful or anything. Thinking that it was quite dangerous that he touched it if he had no information about the object, he decided to leave it until Arashi's wake. He pulled out a small bandage and then began to wrap the object in his hands. The bandage was special for it was reiryoku-charged, aiming to heal the bandaged part in the slowest manner. It usually takes a lot of time before it completely wraps the damaged part to fullness but Arashi was unconscious so it didn't matter much.
After feeling the man's damaged bones around his body, he pulled up his unusually long sleeves and then decided to begin the healing. He pulled out Arashi's sword from his broken right hand and then began to remove his clothes. When he was done changing the unconscious man's clothes into a clean white Shikahusho made by the Fourth Division for its patients, the captain then positioned by his side to begin with his Chiyudou operations.

Arashi could feel things, but could not see, nor hear anything around him. And then just as suddenly things had changed, he was in a world completely different from The Seretei. This world was green, vibrant, almost alive with every single thing, and then it was suddenly ablaze, a great shadow being cast over the world and a mans laughter that would ring in his mind for all of eternity.
When he did open his eyes, he was not in The Seretei, but in the calm and smooth world that Ranpushin and he had first met.
"I see that you are here now young one, no doubt you have many questions. So, I will tell you what you need to know about your physical bodies current location and condition. From your battle with your captain you sustained many more injuries than you believed. For example, did you know that when you fell down upon her blade with all of your weight you managed to successfully break nearly every bone in then hand you were using my own? Not only that but Lothnorixius didn't dissipate from the Shikai state, as you didn't grasp the sapphire properly, it has caused some severe cuts and damage, not to mention the concussion that you suffered after falling unconcious. It would be wise not to go overboard like that again.
"Now as for where you are, I used what little reiatsu I can in this world to take you to Squad 4's healing facilities, where you had managed to limp over to the first time you needed healing. The Captain in looking after your injuries.
"Now then, ask whatever other questions you may have young one."
"What was that world I saw earlier? And the great shadow that fell over it? And what was that laughter I heard?"
With a boom of thunder and a rush of the wind Lothnorixius landed behind Arashi.
You ask many questions, but you are not ready to hear all of the answers young one. You cannot do anything about the fate of that world, Dragusinkusekki is in the hands of Ivellious and Raikoushin now. That shadow is never to be brought up again, you do not need to worry about that being, he should not be able to access this world. As for the laughter, it isn't your problem, so do not worry about it. Do you have any other questions at the moment?"
Arashi looked into her eyes for a moment, she was beautiful by all means, she was tall and strong and her eyes showed a great deal of power and anger in them, there was much that he was not told, but he suspected that what he was not told was not for him to know.
"No, I have no other questions other than one: you have given me advice on the use of kido, but you've never told me how to use one directly and I get the feeling you know far more to it than you will tell me... why?"
It was Ranpushin's turn to explain
"Kido in our world was far different, though the spell and effect may be simmilar the overall result is far different that what would happen in this world. If you used one of our world's spells it would create massive devistation and likely kill everything around you, yourself included."
Arashi just nodded as time seemed to just drift by, Ranpushin and him seemed to talk for hours on end, but he knew that his body wasn't quite healed and he had much to learn and just as much to do to prove his worth to those he wanted to protect. He wanted to make sure that those who would otherwise never get a voice be heard.

((Apologies about this; I must have forgotten.)) Kei Aoi Captain, Fourth Division Sereitei, Soul Society Arashi's Treatment [2/2]
The Fourth Division captain raised his sleeves and then put his hands over Arashi's right hand. Kei then closed his eyes and then began to slowly release his reiryoku for the Chiyudou he was about to use. "Chiyudou #45," the captain began, "Hone no Shuuzen (Bone Mending)." He finished.
At once, a green reiatsu flared all over Arashi's body; however, the focus of the Chiyudou was to his right hand and other broken bones. The reiryoku slowly surrounded the broken bones and then entered its system. "Forgive me, Arashi-sama, this will hurt a little bit." Kei Aoi said softly, smiling to the still unconscious Arashi; hopefully, the patient heard the medic because the Kido was extremely painful for mending the bones were no easy task. Turning back to the Chiyudou, Kei Aoi focused on the healing of the bones once again.
Slowly, the reiryoku inserted to Arashi's bones began to release a healing aura that caused calcium to replicate themselves and other nutrients required for the reconstruction of the bones. It was a painful process, yet, effective. Then, the marrows began to slowly to reproduce themselves as it is an essential component of the body, too. The Chiyudou took a large amount of time to heal; seconds became minutes, minutes became hours and so on...
It took several hours before Kei Aoi finished the operation. The healing took the mending of the bones, reiryoku-replenishment and wound-restoration. The captain then sighed and then his hands drooped by his sides because of extreme exhaustion. He then took bandages and then began to wrap up Arashi after the intensive treatment. "You'll be fine, Arashi-sama." He said softly, his voice weary of the healing.

Arashi could feel his bones fixing themselves, the pain was indeed severe, but it would just be better for him to suck it up, take the pain and survive. That was what Lothnorixius was trying to tell him earlier, and by complaining about the pain he clearly wasn't meeting her standards.
After several hours of treatment and waiting, Arashi finally opened his eyes,in what had seemed like weeks.
He stood up slowly, noting where he was.
So what Ranpushin said was true after all....
Arashi looked up to see a very weary Captain Aoi, clearly this had not been easy. He stretched his arms and legs, feeling like everything was in place, other than Lothnorixius's sapphire was still embedded in his hand.
She might have given the Captain a heart attack if he tried to remove it....
"Captain Aoi, it is good to see you again, thank you so very much for what you've done. But there is one thing I'll need my zanpakuto for, where did you store it?" The sapphire felt weird in his palm, but he knew one way to get it out, without Lothnorixius getting pissed off.
Just what are you planning young one? Her voice rang clear in his head.
I'm going to use Ranpushin to cut you out of my palm, and then let the wound heal naturally, as painfull as that will be, your right it's about time I stopped being a baby. I can't do anything if a little thing like pain will stop me. Arashi's thoughts were adamante, such will Lothnorixius had not seen since Raikoushin and young Ivellious, and that was many centuries ago.

Kei Aoi Captain, Fourth Division Sereitei, Soul Society
Kei Aoi looked at his patient as he stood up and the stretched his arms and legs. The captain smiled and then it felt like as if his exhaustion dissipated into thin air; for that, he was thankful that he been able to help someone. For another moment in his life, he felt so accomplished.
When Arashi asked for his Zanpakuto, Kei Aoi was alarmed. The patient, at all costs, must not be allowed to used their Zanpakuto after being freshly healed. But he knew deep inside, Arashi needed to prove something. So, although reluctantly, he took Arashi's blade from the other desk and then held it out to his patient. "I must warn you, Arashi-sama. You are not allowed to release massive amounts of reiryoku at this crucial moments; you're body is still adjusting to the Chiyudou that healed you. They are still at work." The captain warned.
