I look up. How long had I been out? It was more of a deep sleep rather than my normal sleeping state. I feel around next to me, and my hand falls on a sphere like object. I yawn, and in a flash, I am standing near a large Mansion like house. I look at it. Whoa... I head for the front door, and then I am surprised to see a young man walk from it.. A Vampire! I back off some, but in spite of me being straight ahead of him, he walks past me. I follow him, and then see another large estate, this one being darker, like.... I jump from a large sword, and look around. "You no doubt had to come in in my review of these secrets. Axel gave this to you, didn't he? Of course, he and only he would. Be careful young man, and here, for your journey ahead." I am handed a wicked looking sword. I try to protest, but the man clad in armor leaves. I look around. Secrets? This would be interesting.

"DRAKO!ENOUGH!" Scarlet's words echoed harshly like venom in one's blood.
"I will not permit you to use someones body withtout asking first.I might be the queen of death but I am fair!Enough is enough!"

Scarlet looked at Jarin or rather Drako since it was his eyes this time and hung his head.

I walk around in the strange world. I could still remember Kahlan, so I hadn't gone anywhere per se, but... I look at the sword. I am a hand to hand fighter, what in the world would I do with a sword. "Use it" I look around. What? "Use it and help your friends, your journey will require you to use a wide variety of weaponry. The sword, and your hands and gloves, being the up most used." I keep searching for the source of the voice. Where was I anyway? "The orb, this is where you should retreat to when you must think. Memories are stored here, I am stored here, the voice of many families I am, the Wolfgangs just one of the many I serve. You were given this by a Wolfgang, now I shall serve your family as well." Creepy. "Haha, many who witness this place call it that at first, but you will learn to harness the reflective properties. Eventually, you will no longer need it, and will keep it until you must pass it on. Jacques, learn and heed me well, for you shall come in contact with those whom you have thought powerless, those whom you have never seen, and powers well above your level of existence. I will only help you in times of need, do not abuse me." I nod, okay...

"Of course i can't go! Yeah that's right, he's in love with that girl back in the camp......Well fine I can't go, you happy now Jairn? Of course not! You can't see your own daughter...this is a win lose situation of the highest caliber. Man, why did you have to be so much like me?! Why couldn't you be a helpful person? Hey im helpful sometimes...."

I opened my mouth but Drako spoke first, "Well Scarlet had our first baby, its a girl, but Jairn refuses to go to the netherworld to let me see her because he would forget Kahlan and well he wont do that because he's in love with her. Yeah...he never knew that. This is just the beginning of my revenge. That's just dandy."

"Pfft you're like half-human Deific human technically. Exactly. Well your not exactly a normal human either, you have me in your head! That is pretty out of the ordinary....whatever."I stood back up and this time Drako didn't try to move me to the portal. "Say Drako, why can't your wife bring the baby here? Or at least bring her to the other side of the gate. No idea/

"Hand to hand fighters aren't that great if they can't use magic in my opinion, their reach isn't even as long as a man with a short sword and yeah punching stuff is fun, but I always preferred weaponry. Usually a sword but that's because their are just so friggin many of them, and their the easiest weaponry to enchant too. Though the enchant for a ranged weapon like a gun or crossbow to never run out of ammunition is probably right behind most sword enchants....But you know its all about personal choice. Heh you look pretty clumsy with that sword....have you even ever swung one before?" Big talk for a man with those tiny little daggers. Big talk for a man that got sucked into his own mask"
