How about this.
-leans down and picks ph3nomII up by the head using his index finger and thumb-
-looks up and using his free hand rips a large hole in the roof of the arena and flings ph3nom out of the stadium-

The ref better count this before he suffocates.

Well, I did fling you.
But I guess being moved around like that and then suddenly stopped like that must've winded you and knocked you unconscious.
Oh well though, I'm off!
