Legatoblue (( You know what? Just start on Theta Halo. All Marines who are from the Titan will act as if they've been there from the reinforcement drop, and all Marines from the Armengald will act as if they've been there from the beginning. )) ((OK))

Shaderone Shaderone Cole turned on his bed to the side and saw his friend and engineering partner, Markus Boot. "Cole, they need us for some touch-up jobs on the Pelicans in Hangar B". "*Sigh* Okay, lets go." Cole got off the bed and grabbed his utility belt, joining his friend at the door. ((Why is the Titan thread closed? Sry bout all these questions. redface )) "Jesus Jack! How did you get all these dents to the control panels?" shouted Cole. "I just patched these up last month!!" "Hehe, sorry Cole, just a wee habit 'o mine." said Jack, the pilot of the Eregion, Pelican class-B2, embarrassed. "Well, habit yourself on something other than THE DASHBOARD!!!" Enraged, Cole threw his screwdriver to Markus, and marched out of the hangar. *Geez, goin a wee bit overboard, 'innhe mate?* whispered Jack to Markus "Nah, he's just got some anger issues when it comes to his 'Precious Pellies' gettin nicked" he responded from under the Pelican. ((Gotcha Legato.)) "GIT MOVIN' SOLDIERS!! UP AN' AT 'EM!! THE COVIES ARE GETTIN' CLOSER!!" Cole jumped up, still half asleep. He thought back to that day again, when he had been picked for the reinforcement drop to Theta Halo. On entry, the Covenant had hit the Eregion with a plasma cannon. Jack didn't make the impact. After that, all of us replacements knew what it was like to feel true fear. Fearful for our lives, of our friends, and of the fellow Marines. Rolling off his cot, Cole reached for his Battle Rifle and helmet. Walking out of the bunker into the morning light, Cole heard explosions in the distance.

The COM link that Tom had with, well, somebody, had just gone to static. Obviously, he was a bit unnerved by this.
"Hello? Is anybody there? Please, will someone answer?"

LAAG Since he had never made much distance from the base he walked back plucking dogtags off dead marines as he passed them. He walked around to find Twombley and he walked up to Twombley giveing a slight nod insted of a salute incase enemy snipers where still watching. "Sir here are the dog tags I collected" he handed him all but one, the one was Gapenski's his eyes drifted form the Tags to Twombley "Sir if you don't mind, I would rather like to keep these, just mark Gapenski as MIA" The Lieutenant had quickly nodded back. He held out his hand, taking the dogtags in hand. The cold metal against his hand as he clenched his fist over them. Twombley had been staring down at his clenched fist, but then looked back up at the Marine, replying to his comment about Gapenski's tags. "Alright Marine...I'll have him marked as MIA, keep that tag to yourself though..." The Lieutenant finished, showing some emotion on his battle tired face. He turned away, tucking the tags away doing so in a small pouch on his pants. Every now and then other marines would bring him several dogtags, until he had around 120 in his pockets...

"Thank you sir" he turned and started to help with the clean up. He would drag one or two bodys at a time after he had striped all weapons. He wanted everything out of the way incase there was another attack on their weakend forces. It wouldn't do good to be trippng over burned bodys. After clearing many bodys and ammo he felt as though this war would never end, How many Covenant are there?, are there enough humans to match them all?, But this was no time to get lost in thought. He looked over at a few Marines slacking off and yelled to them "Get your asses into gear, no resting till everything is cleared!"

Among the vast fiel of Covenant and human corpses the UNSC neural transponder of Sergent Walter Jenkins reads his bio signs faint but stable. "Uhhhh...." He sits up and wipes the gore from the butcherd grunt he had passed out on. He activated the Com, "This is Sergent Jenkins....does anybody read me...? I could use a medic..."
((How was that for an entry and first post (rp wise) ?))

Can you give a location, or maybe I should just go to the butte?Tom sighed, and then set the alarm in his helemt for 10 minutes later. Either the alarm would wake him up, or Gangrel would.

((How was that for an entry and first post (rp wise) ?)) ((good job)) Sergeant Jenkins message com over the small speakers in his helmet, the voice sounded battered and tired. He took the task of responding to the message, 'I hear you Jenkins, loud and clear. This is 1st Lieutenant Twombley, what is your location? Are you near the Base on the Butte?'The Lieutenant decided he would go directly to Jenkins himself since almost all of the medics were dealing with more wounded marines then they could handle. Mathias made himself to remember to make sure they were supplied more Combat Medics in the next operation. Twombley began to slowly turn his head and body looking around, waiting for the Sergeants reply.

Tom's alarm went off at the same time as him COM link did with lieutenant Twombley and Jenkin's conversation.
"Hello, this is Sergent Tom, and I am kind of lost as well, can you transmit your coordinates? over."
Tom never really saw the point of saying over, because heck, if anything else, it wasted an extra second of his life, but he did it anyway, because it was regulation. And it was kind of funny.

He was only ten feet from Twombly and could hear him talking to someone, and from the oneside of the conversation he heard, he figerd someone was a little lost, he walked up to Twombly and gave a slight node. "Sir, I will go and search for the marine if you like, I mean I was trained for some rouge missions before" he looked at his bullet counter on his battle rifle, it read "31" alomost a full clip, and he had five more.

Jenkins tried the com again, "I see a large rock.....Ill grab some covie weapons and take cover there.....i spot no contacts where I am now....i should be good for a bit...im getting thirsty though...Jenkins out." He slowly felt over his body for any battle damage. He had a nasty plasma burn on his right leg and another on his left arm. Jenkins slowly stood up putting as little weight as possible on his hurt leg and collected 2 plasma rifles, 3 plasma pistols, 5 plasma grenades, one frag grenade, and a MD 6 pistol with and extra clip off a dead marine. His name tag was melted all to s**t as well as the left side of his face. "Ugh....poor kid...." Jenkins limped off in the direction of the rock he intended to use for cover with his are load of weapons.
(( I think Im getting the hang of this...how am i doing so far? ))
