The first few are ridiculously hard because you're trying to get the hang of it. But once you get the hang of it, they're hard because they're just that difficult. But, don't worry, you'll figure it out.
If you want a small hint:
Just name the song. It's two words-- one for the username and the other for the password.
You will need Google.

problem #2: will be fixed. its just a matter of xxx having enough patience to wait it out and not setting the admins houses on fire.
