Right, there was one problem with her logic on that one. He wasn't ten foot tall like she was, swinging at his head would mean she was striking roughly five foot and ten inches above the ground. He was at least six foot six inches off the ground, meaning her swing would hit nothing but air. She was in absolutely no position to parry either punch. Both punches would connect due to her failure to do anything else, her nose likely spewing blood at an alarming rate.
But anyway.
There was a wall on her left? Ignoring how she wouldn't be able to swing a mace around if there was a wall nearby enough for her to swing him into, he noticed his leg had been grabbed. Well, that just wasn't nice at all.
"OH SHI-" He hit the wall at speed, luckily it was fairly thin- for a wall anyway. He smashed straight through it, tucking his head into his neck and covering it with his arms as he did. This meant her swing with the mace would hit nothing but air, because surely she hadn't intended for him to smash through the wall.
He groaned and just kinda hung there.

Of course there was a wall. She was sneaking through an alley, not out in the open. She was trying to be stealthy, remember. She hadn't expected him to go clear through the wall, but nevertheless it worked to her advantage. She walked over to her travelpack, pulling a wand out of it before slipping it around her shoulder. Turning around, she pointed the wand at the ninja. "This is where we part ways, for now," she said, before speaking the wand's command word and covering the ninja in thick, sticky webbing, plastering him, and everything else around him, to the floor. Wand of Web Web Conjuration (Creation) Level: Sor/Wiz 2 Components: V, S, M Casting Time: 1 standard action Range: Medium (100 ft. + 10 ft./level) Effect: Webs in a 20-ft.-radius spread Duration: 10 min./level (D) Saving Throw: Reflex negates; see text Spell Resistance: No
Web creates a many-layered mass of strong, sticky strands. These strands trap those caught in them. The strands are similar to spider webs but far larger and tougher. These masses must be anchored to two or more solid and diametrically opposed points or else the web collapses upon itself and disappears. Creatures caught within a web become entangled among the gluey fibers. Attacking a creature in a web won’t cause you to become entangled.
Anyone in the effect’s area when the spell is cast must make a Reflex save. If this save succeeds, the creature is entangled, but not prevented from moving, though moving is more difficult than normal for being entangled (see below). If the save fails, the creature is entangled and can’t move from its space, but can break loose by spending 1 round and making a DC 20 Strength check or a DC 25 Escape Artist check. Once loose (either by making the initial Reflex save or a later Strength check or Escape Artist check), a creature remains entangled, but may move through the web very slowly. Each round devoted to moving allows the creature to make a new Strength check or Escape Artist check. The creature moves 5 feet for each full 5 points by which the check result exceeds 10.
If you have at least 5 feet of web between you and an opponent, it provides cover. If you have at least 20 feet of web between you, it provides total cover.
The strands of a web spell are flammable. A magic flaming sword can slash them away as easily as a hand brushes away cobwebs. Any fire can set the webs alight and burn away 5 square feet in 1 round. All creatures within flaming webs take 2d4 points of fire damage from the flames.
Web can be made permanent with a permanency spell. A permanent web that is damaged (but not destroyed) regrows in 10 minutes. Healing herself again and wiping the blood from her nose, she walked off to the cemetary - finally. ... Unless the ninja still wants to play.

As she began to open her pack, she would find that he had drawn a short sword hidden in the folds of his ninja robe and stabbed it through the back of her neck. How he got so close so unnoticeably? He was a ninja, that's how.

That may have worked, had he not been thrown through a wall and laying upon it's rubble earlier. Unless he took the time to ensure nothing shifted when he moved - such as dust and crumbly bits of whatever the wall was made up - her keen elven ears would pick up the noise, and she would whirl around just in time to see the sword coming for her, moving her arm to block it, but not completely. Instead of her neck, the blade would pierce her right shoulder, and she'd stumble back a step or two from the force of the strike. Too much pain to concentrate on another spell, she pulled the sword out with her off-hand, and attempted to run him through the chest with his own sword.

He didn't let go, nor did he relent on the pressure enough for her to remove the sword. He continued to push, and grabbed her off-hand at the wrist, slicing it up with those gloves of his.
"Give."

"Never!"
She thrust her forehead at his, hoping the headbutt would be enough to daze him so she could then push him into another wall. It would probably drive his sword all the way through and impale her shoulder, but if it meant knocking him out, it'd be worth it.

It was all too simple for him to yank the blade out and reposition it, meaning she drove her own head onto the blade through her left eyeball. Remember, she was still nearly twice as big as him, so he had plenty of time to anticipate it.

The pain would stagger her though, and he'd lose a handhold on her, other than the wrist he was holding, the hand of which would grab hold of his wrist. The headbutt would never come because she instead cried out in pain, and anger. Her eyes grew white opaque again, as she hissed out, "DIE!" in a voice that was not her own. Her hand glowing red, she exerted the maximum amount of energy through a spontaneously cast spell into him. It's a shame her hands weren't on him. Just to be safe, when he noticed the headbutt didn't come, he jumped backwards clear of her reach, and waited.

Lilith stumbled back a step or two, glaring with hatred and anger. Her eyes grew opaque white and her left hand, blood dripping from the wounds on her wrist, glowed red, like her amulet was. "DIE!" she cried in a voice not of her own, thrusting out her hand and unleashing a spontaneously cast spell with maximized effect. It wouldn't kill him, persay, but it'd surely weaken him to a certain degree. Divine Reach (Su): A hierophant with this ability can use touch spells on targets up to 30 feet away. Oh look. An elevator.
Decruda stepped up to the structure in the rockface, looking for a button or a panel of somesort to open the door with.

Armed group of guards armed with their special rune rounds. The elevators were among the most highly guarded areas in the Underground durring a lockdown. And it just so happened that Decruda would come face to face with another large patrol group, this one also armed with heavier weapons. As soon as they took note that he wasn't wearing their uniform, which only took a second or so, they opened fire, a massive hail of bullets streaking towards Decruda's form, as well as a few explosive rounds from heavier weapons. Intruder sighted by elevator 3! Opening fire! Requesting sniper assistance!

Considering that he was coming out of an alley, and already knew where he was heading, he'd notice the huge group of guards mulling about in front of the elevator, either as they noticed him, or much more likely, before they would even realise he was not one of them sincew they'd have to notice his clothes were different. This one second time of course, would be more than enough for a person to duck back into the alley.
Pshaw, the guards can fire all the want at the corner of the building, he was already out of eyesight.

Red happened to find a cheap sushi restaurant, but they were only serving tofu and beans for some strange reason. Still, 7.99 creds, all you could eat, what the hey.
Amazingly the restauraunt was as close as she could get to the elevators without being stopped by a bunch of guards. So, if she couldn't do anything else, she could keep her eyes and ears open.
She ate slowly, peacefully, with thought and deliberation.

He had by chance seen her walking down the street, seemingly aiming for the weirdly-smelling restaurant he had been across from for hours now. The flash of red hair was all he needed in a dull place like this. 'Yep, it's her all right..please not in there..' After watching her enter the cheap eatery, he sighed and closed one eye in thought, wondering if he should bother her or not. The sound of gunfire distracted him, and being slightly exhausted, it took him several minutes to come to a conclusion. Finally, he clumsily picked himself off the ground of the dirty alleyway and began to trudge over to the sushi restaurant. It seemed to take forever to just get to the door, and by the time he had his hand on the handle, he was tired and regretted his desicion. Not one to chicken out, he opened the door and scanned the area where she would be. After quickly finding her again, he hastily checked his breath (as to not offend) and slowly made his way to where she sat. Nearing her seat, he extended an arm and reached to tap her shoulder. "Urm..hey Captain.."
