"The usual doom and gloom stuff. Death to mortal beings."
Kai said quickly. She then shot off the flair in the sky, with a kick the beam of light was shot into the smoke lighting it up.
"Let's find it while we have light."
Kai said jumping up into the air she flapped her wings keeping air born. She flew just below the smoke. "Maybe if I can get it show it self." She thought.
"feohte démon."
Gar could see the dark figure appear after what Kai said. It was moving through the smoke. He transformed into a falcon flying through the smoke quickly towards the demon.
Kai flew in after Gar keeping close behind him. Silhouetted figures is all she could see in the clouds, she could barely decipher distance. Two flying figures came quickly towards her growing bigger. The demon flew right into her digging it's claws into her back pulling her towards itself not allowing her an inch of room to move.
"Beast... Boy!"
"ic i cealla undéadlicne ond unmennisclíc."
After what it said, Kai saw another flying figure large looking much like a flying serpent with wings out of the corner of her sight.
Gar landed on the back of the creature transforming into a lion biting into it's back and grabbing tightly. He growled as he pulled on it trying to get it's grip off of Kai.
"LET... HRR...GO."
He growled deeply digging his claws deeper into it's feathers.
"þu you álæteest"
The other landed heavily onto the memorial knocking it over and started moving towards Kon and Robin. It moved quickly towards them. It appeared to be a black dragon. It stopped in front of them staring at them as if waiting for them to attack first.
((I have created both and the color of text for this one is #5D3954 if you want to control it from here soul they are pairing up to fight each of the flying demon's I though it would be fair. The dragon is saying that it will help it's comrade and the other is saying that it has found out what Kai is, and found beings with inhuman powers (Asking for help basically). This is going to be a tough scene to RP without making our characters seem god moddy to overcome these demons. Also I think that they might not like a person non-demon who can speak that language even a little of it. As far as I know demon's listen to those who speak their language and they wouldn't want her saying anymore.))

The looming serpant-like creature snarled, it's full mouth equiped with sharpened fangs that glistened even in the dim smokey lighting. A gurgle arose from its throat, and it made small 'croaking' sounds as if to attempt a mocking laugh.
"æftealoþ feorhcynn..."
The demon took a threatening step forward, and Tim could feel the vibrations through the ground. He exchanged a look with Kon, who had the same expression on his face.
What now?
Kon decided to make the first move- in drawing the demon's attention. He jumped up and levitated a few yards above the ground. When the demon's bright amber eyes focused on him, he felt his whole body shiver. Too much power for one being to have.

Kai struggled against the demon trying to get at least enough room to become intangible again. She felt her heart racing from the pain of it's claws. She disolved her wings making them disappear but she still had no room.
"Garfield... I still can't... get loose."
She said gritting her teeth.
Gar let go with his canines.
"Let me try something else."
He transformed into a blue whale above the bird using his weight to make it fall. It worked enough, they were falling towards shallow water near the island. Gar transformed into pterodactyl grabbing the demon trying to turn it before it hit the water.
The serpent demon then quickly glanced in the direction of it's falling comrade and shifted running in that direction.
"þu you míðest rnægdencild."
The creature stated right before his friend hit the water
The feathered creature hit the water sideways letting go of Kai. It then stumbled in the water standing up spreading it's wings out beating them against the water and it stomped around in the 5' deep water trying to find Kai who was still submerged.
Kai swam slowly under the water grabbing the rocks at the bottom pulling herself away from the demon. Kai tried not to create any sudden movements the demon might see. She couldn't see much but the deeper the water the safer she thought it would be for her to re emerge.
Gar transformed into a T-rex biting the feathered demon picking it up and throwing it towards the other that was coming towards him. He then transformed into an dolphin using his sonar to help find Kai.
Kai turned to see the dolphin and she grabbed it's back fin. When the dolphin took her to the surface she gasped for air.
"Thank you..."
She uttered. She then looked up towards the island the demon's were staggering, getting up and the bird demon crowed, the serpent roared loudly and repeatedly as if calling for help.

Once the serpant-demon was up and on its way into the water, it felt a yank on it's tail. Angrily it whipped it's head around to see Conner pulling hard.
"What am I doing..."
He murmered to himself before getting out of the way of the feathered demon, who had tried stomping on Kon.
Some explosives activated on the scales of the serpant and it reared around again to see Robin running up to join in. He kept his distance, pulling out more longer-ranged bombs from his utility belt.

The feathered demon turned to see it's partner being attacked by the two mortals on the island. It then got up into the air. It went into the clouds of smoke. The flare had lost it's strength and it became dark in the clouds once again.
Gar carried Kai and he began swimming towards the docks away from the serpent and hopefully out of sight just for a moment so that Kai and him could get to solid ground.
"Gar I can't see the demon again. My flairs are on the island."
"Hold your breath Kai."
Gar said as he dove into the water, Kai hanging onto his fin. He tried swimming quickly through the water, the demon could come out of the clouds again to get them and that is the last thing that they want.
The feathered demon spotted them go under the water and he dove towards hit his claws out. He hit the water his claws propelling forward in front of him he pinned Gar and Kai to the river bed in one swoop and gripped the both of them.
"héo sy sylfre, undéadlicne héo álæteest wæfledest"
"Mmph."
Kai lost her air as she gasped from the blow against the river stones.
Gar didn't want to transform into anything that close to Kai, and most animals he could use to escape would also hurt Kai along with the demon. He tried thinking through every possible option. He then morphed into a Plesiosaur hoping that Kai would not get hurt in the process. He reached around biting the demon's neck pulling it out of the water. It still had a grip on Kai for a moment out of the water before he let go of her from the momentum. Gar then tried to drown it by pushing it into deeper water.
Kai hit the water again she swam to the surface, and for a few moments was able to get air. She struggled trying to swim towards the island, it was the closest land. She pushed herself, forcing herself against her strength to reach the surface for air every few yards.
((For their sake since they have to fight more we can say that Gar drowned the demon))

The demon issued a painful shriek as it tried to riggle itself free from Beast Boy's long sharp claws. It threw its head side to side, and as a result the serpant's flight pattern was getting ragged and uneven.
Superboy followed Gar's lead, flying up to the underbelly and giving it a strong hit. He could feel how soft this part of the demon was compared to the rest of the scaley hide. The demon continued it's protesting and started for a violently steep descension towards the ground after Kon gave it another blow to the ribs.
(I think that the citizens in the city shouldn't necessarily be dead or knocked out... just really out of it, slow and basically doing nothing. How does that sound?)

Kai reached the island pulling herself up out of the water onto the grass. She was in Star's garden. She saw the demon going for superboy. "I can't remember. The demon told me not to speak... is it because they listen to those commands? Like when I told it to..." Kai thought to herself. She pulled herself of the ground standing up barely. "How do I tell it to stop? If these demon's still follow the old ways they would listen. what was it?"
"álynian, ic i ályne, þu you álynest, ástyntan, álynne..."
Kai whispered the possible ways to say it. She contemplated what it was, and if she said it wrong then it might not turn out so well for anyone.
"If only Nick was here... he knows better Latin than I do. And I was the one who chose to learn Russian...Почему я?"
Kai said to herself. She looked back as she saw gar disappear in the water. The demon gone as well.
Gar morphed into a manta ray swimming to shore after he was sure he had stopped the demon. When he reached the shore he transformed into a person looking up to see Kai standing near the edge.
"Kai, I don't feel so good."
Kai held out her hand helping Gar up onto his feet.
"Neither do I. You look really warn out from those big transformations, and we still have a ways to go."
Gar held his hand out his skin now very much a gray, with a green tint.
"I don't know how much longer I can do this, but we need to help Robin and Super boy."
"Agreed."
Kai grabbed Gar opening her wings. She flew towards the two to help in fighting the other demon. Kai went over the demon dropping BB on it's back. She then flew ahead and landed on the dragon's head trying to cover it's eyes.
"Attack it... NOW while Gar and I have it distracted."
Kai hung on tightly to it's horns while it shook it's head violently.
Gar morphed into a snake slithering around the creature to it's underside where he transformed into a velociraptor digging his claws into it's underside hanging on tightly.
((Excuse my grammar I am using soul's computer. No spell check. Also... Nick Six is a friend of Kai's I just haven't added him to her character profile since I was going to make one for him.))

((I take it that it's my turn since Soul accidentally wrote over her previous post before my last one. sweatdrop ))
Kai held on as tightly as she could to the beasts head. She tried to think of the words to day to the demon what she could say to make it stop.
Gar let go of the creature landing next to Robin in his human form. He took a deep exhausted breath.
Gar said looking towards Tim.
"These demon's are almost too much to handle... We need to end it, before more show up."
The dragon hit the water trying to get away from them. Kai still hung on tightly to its horns. She reached forward putting her hand through the dragons thick skull trying to grab it's life force.
"Calm."
Kai thought. The dragon began to slow up, he slinked out of the water trying to push Kai out of his mind.
"HELP... I Can't... keep him still like this for long."
Her hand began to burn from his demon aura. Kai found it difficult to remove her hand but hard not to loose it. She now had to concentrate her aura to protect herself from being taken over and to keep the demon's strength and movement suppressed.

((Tim could freeze it's underside... the least gruesome way to kill it. Reptiles don't like cold especially a demon I would imagine. Then Kai would be able leave it while it goes dormant from the cold, then whomever wants to finish it...))

(... okay, that sounds reasonable. I'll go with that. xp Tim gets to do something, woo hoo!)
Tim ran up to the slow-moving demon, approaching the mid-body. Conner kept a hold on the serpent, in hopes that if he did so Kai wouldn't have to work as hard to keep the demon still.
"You're gonna want to back up, Superboy."
He pulled a small disc-like device from the left side of his belt and pushed it against the higher-middle scales of the demon's softer underbelly.
"Come on."
After it's distinct beeping started, he jogged up to Kai, Kon following. Robin spoke quickly and urgently.
"From this range, this might get a little... chilly."
Tim was fairly sure she was alright from where she was, but since he wasn't 100% sure, he had to let her know so.

"Got it."
Kai said. She knew she had to try and leave. She pulled her hand out as Tim passed her. The creature was distracted enough that it's energy was not fixated on her. Kai let a small hya as she pulled her hand out of the dragon's head. She felt immense pain, and she was cut by it's scales as her intangibility began to give out on her. She held her scorched looking hand in with her other as she followed behind Robin and Super boy. She spread her wings and flew up a bit away from the creature as Super boy did.
Gar jumped up morphing into a pterodactyl catching Robin mid-way in his jump, flying away from the dragon landing on a higher part of the Island.
"Is everyone okay?"
Kai landed on the ground next to Conner. She nodded as her wings disappeared from view. Kai knew that she wasn't feeling too good, the energy they were loosing, the injuries they have obtained and working over their limits in these conditions was really pushing it.
"Kai..."
Gar said trying to point out her injured hand.
Kai noticed Gar and tried changing the subject. What was most important now was saving the people of this City.
"Robin, That won't be enough to stop it. Once we destroy it, the creature will return to the dimension it came from."

When Kai turned the attention to Robin, Kon realized his friend was leaning against a large chunk of concrete, his head bowed towards the ground. Even in the odd lighting he could see Tim's uniform and skin were far more dulled and faded than his own.
"Tim?"
He slowly nodded to Kai in understanding. It felt like all the energy he had not an hour ago was completely drained from him. His voice was drifting, as if half the sound coming from his mouth dissapited on exit.
"Funny... I did the least work out of everyone here, and I'm out of breath."
A very bad sign, and what struck Robin as even stranger.... he didn't seem to be concerned about it nearly as much he normally would.

Kai could see that his aura was disappearing faster than anyone elses. She walked over to him and held out her good hand setting it on his shoulders.
"We need to hurry, then head back down and recover for at least a moment."
Kai looked over at Kon and Gar, her eyes glared at them as though asking them indirectly to stop the creature. She then turned her attention back towards Tim. Her aura was much stronger than everyone elses for many reasons, and she felt that Tim could use some of it more than her. She began to let her extra aura surround Tim's, merging with his while still retaining the quality of hers to not dissipate as quickly.
"This should help you Tim. This worlds aura seems to disappear more quickly and since my powers dirive from an another dimension of another universe it is going away less quickly."
Gar walked jumped over towards Kon. Hopping over the rocks to get to him.
"I'll attack from the left and you from the right. We'll smash that popsickle."

"Sounds good to me."
Conner flew up and looked over to where the demon was... Tim's device had frozen most of the creature. He approached and landed next to the serpent's side, his arm reared back and ready to smash at the ice.
"Thanks... What did you do...?"
Tim felt added strength in his muscles, as well as everything else about his being.
