"I know I'm in New York. Anyone with half a brain would know where this is," the Comedian replied. Eddie spun the chair to look out the window, and noticed a problem. "There's more than one city stuck right next to NYC. Which one?"

Fisk checked the computer agian, pressed a button or two, then glanced back out the window. "That city." he replied, gesturing towards the on on the left.

"Thanks," the Comedian said, walking to the window and looking out the window at the city in question. Looking around outside, he saw that damage was done to the building, and a scaffold had been put up in order to fix it. Eddie had found his escape. The Comedian turned and said, "Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be leaving."

"Very well." Fisk said with a small smirk.

Without warning, the Comedian fired two shots just off to the side of Fisk's head, intentionally missing. As he did, he grabbed the window latch and opened the window, planning on using the distraction to escape.

Fisk didn't even flinch as the bullets shot past his head. His smirk turned a tad annoyed though. "Was that really nessessary?"

"Expecting that, huh? I guess I shouldn't disappoint you, then." The Comedian adjusted his aim slightly, and then fired again, this time aiming for the center of Fisk's head.

Fisk moved once the man adjusted his aim, with more agility than any man his size should be humanly capeable of. A bullet hole appeared in his leather chair seconds after he dodged it, where his head would have been.

"This is going to be more fun than I thought," Eddie said to himself, bringing to bear the shotgun he had slung on his back, holding the stock in place under his arm.

Fisk smirked a bit himself, though it was still somewhat annoyed. He stood from his seat and moved towards the corner of his large desk, picking up a walking cane that had been lying against the side of the desk. Nothing visibly odd about the cane...aside from the incredibly large diamond that sat on the top of it. Fisk's other hand sat on the corner of his desk, his fingers under the side of it. Most likely where selective buttons would be. "You're honestly going to try to shoot me? And for being cooperative?"

"Not exactly," the Comedian said, holstering the pistol and swinging around on the window frame to the scaffold, which he barely caught by letting the shotgun fall onto it ahead of him, freeing his other hand.

Fisk stood where he was and watched the man. Ready in case he did try anything.

The Comedian climbed onto the scaffold, and picked up the shotgun, promptly reholstering it. He then drew out the grenade launcher, and loaded a smoke grenade into the barrel. He aimed for Fisk, fired, and then pressed the descent button, forcing the machine to lower him to the ground.

Fisk sidestepped out of the way of the grenade, and it quickly went off, filling the room around him with thick smoke. Fisk moved his hand away from the corner of the desk and pressed another button near the computer. The venalation system kicked in quite loudly and began sucking the smoke out of the room, sending it outside through the roof. He glanced back over, and didn't see the other man, though that was expected. Well...he tried to cover his tracks. Though it was all wasted energy. Thanks to the new security Shadow Spider had somehow managed to get for him, he should be able to track the man as easily as he had the Joker. One of the buttons he had pressd on his computer as he was looking for the exact location of the city, triggered a tracking device to detatch from the chair the man was sitting in. Should he ever want to find the man, and provided he didn't discover the tracker, it wouldn't be hard to find him.

ENTER from Gotham
A shadow in the corner of Fisk’s office moved again, and Shadow Spider once again emerged from the floor and stood in the large room. Her ‘boss’ turned towards her and stared at her a moment. She gave a small frown, but started towards his desk. She didn’t bother to clean herself up at all, so she was probably beyond a bloody mess. Acid burned through the top of her costume, slashes in various parts of it thanks to the cards, the back of her was drenched in blood, but the cape hid that fairly well, and her face was most likely swollen if not bruised. Her healing abilities, as well as Warp and Sapphire’s, should have taken care of the major problems, but bruising and scars still appeared for at least a day after they were created.
”I need that appartment I asked you about earlier.” she said as she approached Fisk’s desk.
