((@Greasy: Just said they were all rigged and Vision is a guy (really a sexless android, but has a male build). He's just played by a female. xd
As far as cells, this isn't a prison (at least not a full on prision), cells that do exist are against walls, that way inmates wouldn't try that stunt your pulling now. Remember, aside from Jason's plannings, the building was worked on to keep people from being unnoticed (save for climbing along the ceiling. Something Batman or Spidey could easily accomplish, taking out the guards in a stealthy manner. Same could be said of a character with traits like either of them). Going to have to really think things through, this isn't so easy, not only because of the explosives, but because of the building itself.))

Firestar maintained her flight close to where Spidey was swinging toward Arkham. As the redhead saw the billowing smoke flowing into the evening sky, "Hey Spidey, I thought 'Arkham' showed up somewhere in a Lovecraft novel. Why would anybody name anyplace after something in a Lovecraft novel?"

"Dispatch to all units. Dispatch to all units. Code Bravo. I repeat, Code Bravo...."
The blood seemed to drain from Detective Bullocks's face. Scrambling for one of the squad cars, Harvey reached inside and grabbed the receiver for the police radio, "Bullock to Dispatch, do you say 'Code Bravo'?"
"Yes... Oh God, I think they're here..."
Bullock dropped the receiver and turned toward Commissioner Gordon and bellowed, "JIM!!! WE GOT ENEMIES AT THE GATES!!! FORGET THIS LANDFILL OF A NUTHOUSE!!!"
Both Bullock and Montoya start steering the other officers and SWAT to go confront the Commissar's minions invading Gotham.

Meanwhile, Arell and Hex bumped into each other on the main floor.
"S**t, Cajun. They're all set t' blast this thang sky high!" Hex growled as Arell scanned the area.
"I dunno 'bout you, Hex, but we oughta dig Vision out an' get de hell outta here. I know a lost cause when I see 'un!" Arell said, taking a drag off his cigarette as he went to the pile of rubble.
"Vision!! Can ya hear me at all?" Arell asked/shouted and turned quickly to Hex. "Gimme somethin' t' dig 'im out with . . . I reckon he's stuck!"

 Firestar flew straight for the fire from the wrecked portion of the asylum. Remembering a trick of the Human Torch, dive into the flames knowing that they cannot harm her. Angelica concentrates as hard as she can to build up a blast as much as she can muster. Blasting downward, Firestar detonates her blasts about ten feet above the layer of rubble. The fireball blast consumes the oxygen in the area. With the area temporary relieved of oxygen, the flames starved and died. When oxygen returns, there is no flames to feed off of it. Close to the burnt layer of rubble, Vision's still form lay. ............ In the water, a man in a burnt lab coat floats in the river.

Arell was knocked backwards from the blast. Regardless, he got up and tipped his hat at Angelica. Not only did the blast get Vision loose, it opened up a passageway out.
"Thank ya, ma'am. We gotta git 'im t' safety!" Arell said as he got Vision and hoisted him/it over his shoulder.
"Cajun! It's gonna cave in, we gotta GO!!" Hex yelped.

Angelica gasped and flew down cancelling out her thermal shield. Once Firestar got to them, she held out her arms, "Come on. I can get all of you out."

That was music to their ears. "Lead the way, ma'am!" they said in unison as they held on to her arms (with Arell keeping a good grip on Vision, still out cold on his shoulder).

Firestar held on tight to both men, occasionally glancing at Vision as they assended into the night sky, "Is Vision going to be okay?"
Before either man could answer that, Angelica looked over Hex's shoulder and saw that the majority of the police went back into Gotham, "... And where are they going?"

Hex growled. "God-Damn Yankee Cowards!! I'll pop 'em off!!" Hex drew his pistol and was about to fire but Arell stopped him.
"Hey! We're on de same side! Put that durn gun away, Hex!" Arell shouted and looked at Angelica. "He should be alright. Just gotta get 'im t' safety." the Cajun said.

Kesshou appeared from a black portal, it missed it's target and ported all of them to different places this just happened to be her stop.
She looked around, her large wings fluttering as she stood there.
She saw a man with a Cajun accent yelling at a man named Hex about someone that was hurt. She also saw that Hex had a gun.
She surrounded herself with electricity and solidified it to protect herself from anything that might hurt her.

It took a bit, but Arell finally got Hex to holster the gun.
"I think they're headin' t' Gotham!" Arell said.
Hell's over in Gotham other'n idjits in Tights?" Hex asked.
"Watch yo' mouth, Hex. She may drop us!" Arell shot back.

As Firestar stared into Gotham, she could see the energy rays from the Comrods. With her eye twitching, she replies to this, "And why are there power beams coming out of the city?"
....
The man in the water was still alive but badly burned as he lay floating face up gradually drifting out to sea.

Hex looked over and realized that Crystal might be in trouble! "This ain't good . . ." Hex and Arell said in unison.
