Hibiki stayed with Darsis threw the night. In the morning, A guard was sent to get him. He was taken to the court room and several people were in the witness stands. Hibiki was in a seat right behind him. After several members of the 12th Div. explained what had happened to him, and the Captain of the 12th argued vehemently for him to be made into a test subject, He was told to stand.
“Darsis Cain, the evidence brought before us has shown you have been changed by an unknown third party. We see that you have had nothing to do with this, and are the closest to the target who committed this act upon you. The 12th Div. Have found that this change has also given you complete control over your new body, and the powers it has gained. Under these circumstances, we are letting you return to your former duties as 7th seat of the 11th Div. However, you will need to where this eye patch. It acts to cover your eye, as well as monitors your mental, and physical state. You are to keep this on at all times, and if you remove it, it will send your location to us.” He lifted his zanpakuto and set it down on the pulpit. That was the sing that he was finished and every one could go.
Darsis was sent out of the room, with his new eye patch on, and holding Hibiki’s hand. He received his orders and was sent back to the human world with Hibiki. They stepped into the gate, still holding hands.

Ashoru appeared behind Marechiyo and stabbed him multiple times in the back then froze him into solid ice.
"Oh your so weak." Ashoru said laughing and started to chop the frozen Marechiyo
into small pieces. "I guess I'm done here." Then he went back to Earth.
