Seiko landed and didn't take time to rest as he fling the sharp blade behind him, hoping the dagger like weapon meet its target. He was getting really tired of all these frogs running around. If he would have stayed in the village he could be drinking. Then again, it didn't seem like much anything was going on in the village so at least he was staying on his toes. Standing up he crossed his arms and rolled his neck. He hopped the shinobi around him weren't genin or worse chunin. They chakra seemed low so it didn't seem like it but seeing as much trouble as this village has come into there was nothing that would surprise him

((Seiko needs to generate damage against frog #5 before the frogs can attack again))
The weakened frog that had failed to latch its tongue onto Xyn was once again under assault by the boy. It did its very best to avoid the object that had been thrown at it, but its fatigue and injuries were wearing heavily on the amphibian. The frog that had managed to grapple the boy with its tongue faced the wrath of the noisy flying creature's squawk. In addition to this, it saw an object swinging down towards its tongue, but managed to easily hop in a way that prevented its tongue from being damaged, and allowing itself to get into position to begin pulling the boy closer. Before it could begin this, however, the frog was struck hard by the foot of a creature it never saw coming. Sukotto's kick managed to blow right through the frog, releasing its grasp on Xyn and putting an end to the infected creature's life.
Akiko's froggy opponent just barely missed its target after attempting to slam itself against her. As it turned around to reclaim its bearings and try again, the girl had already began to make her move. The frog would have been confused by her increased speed had its mind still been in tact, but many of its instincts were gone, so it didn't make much of an effort to follow her fancy movements, rather, it merely jumped out of the way when it was clear that the girl was making her final move. The shuriken thrown at the creature had been thrown with a shaky arm, and missed its mark. The frog would use this opportunity to charge at the girl once again.
Nadeshiko's opponent had its mind focused on her, so it didn't manage to see Sukotto's attack coming in time for it to make any sort of evasive action. There was a chance it would survive the Uchiha's assault, but only barely, as the Chuunin had launched a very strong kick against the frog.
Unfortunately for the frog that was fighting against Seiko, the Chuunin was quite skilled at evasion, when compared to the frog's skill with accurate attacks. The frog merely stared at Seiko with a cloudy gaze as the Jio spoke to it. It did its best to avoid the incoming blade that had been thrown its way, but things weren't looking good for the amphibian, worn out from the infection and from the fighting.

The frog that Seiko and one of the frogs that Sukotto attacked fell to the fierce blows of the two Chuunin. The frogs numbers were now less than half of what they were originally, and things weren't looking good for the infected amphibians. In spite of this, the enraged creatures wouldn't stop attempting to do their damage, as they had lost too much of their senses due to the infection.
The frog that Akiko was fighting managed to dodge the girl's fancy moves, and immidiately began a counterattack. It kept things simple by hop-charging at the girl, intending to throw a strong headbutt in her direction. It hadn't had much luck when it came to hitting the Tenmoki, but the infection had ate away at any sort of logic a frog could possibly have, so it didn't comprehend that things probably weren't going to end well.
After taking a kick from Sukotto, the now enraged frog that had originally been focused on Nadeshiko decided that it would attack the Chuunin. Like the frog that Akiko was fighting, it simply bull rushed the Uchiha, putting all of its might behind one attack in hopes of striking and defeating the human who had kicked it so hard.
While the frog that was squared off against Xyn had lost its advantage of working with one of the other frogs, it at least didn't have anyone to fight with over the bird anymore once the battle had been won for the frogs. It intended on taking each human down one by one, and started with the pesky one who had managed to save that feathered meal. It lowered its head and hopped hard towards Xyn, aiming straight for the side of the boy's head.

Akiko had to be careful. This frog was using the same tactics. Some would argue that this would make a fight significantly easier. However, while the frog's tactics weren't changing, Akiko's were. Where her moves were unpredictable, the frog's were both predictable and stable. It was always advancing forward, moving but still maintaining a stable base. Akiko had to use her maneuverability to her advantage. Speed was nice and all, but if she could attack from multiple angles, she might be able to keep the frog off guard. In the meantime, she had to keep dodging the frog's moves. It was getting more difficult; he was picking up speed, and he seemed to turn on a dime. Perhaps she could use that to her advantage, though... but how? She kept backing up, leading the frog across the battlefield. Then, she spotted something. One of the other frogs seemed to be on its last legs. Maybe... could she use her jutsu to do that? Well, there was only one way to find out. Hurriedly, she blurted out, "Sukotto-san, mind if I borrow this?" Then, under her breath, she chanted, "Kawamiri no Jutsu!"
Kawamiri no Jutsu vs. Frog 2, using Frog 4 1d20 (17) + Dodge (1) + Agility (5) + Chakra (5) = 28 DC: 18
CP: 16 - 5 = 11
Body Replacement Technique [Kawamiri no Jutsu] This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique. If the technique is successful you can use sneak attack to attack your target. CP Cost: 5 Damage: N/A Requirement: Must be taught. Seals: Ram Avoid: Dodge or Ninjutsu roll. Special: + Chakra Mod to Dodge, Sets up for Sneak attack if dodge is successful. Roll: 1d20 + Dodge + Chakra Mod

Pathetic.
The creature was on its last leg, almost literally, and it was still aggressive. Any sensible wild animal would have limped away to lick its wounds by now. With each passing moment, Xyn had less sympathy for the amphibians the group were cutting down. They most likely no longer had any type of mind of their own. He still needed to keep his guard up more now than ever. Any living creature is more vicious when pushed to desperation.
"Thank you." Not forgetting Sukotto's help, he made sure to show his gratitude before making his next move. Drawing his last remaining weapons in both hands, Xyn jumped back from the frog's attack and attempted to leap to a moderate distance. Now that there were fewer targets, he didn't have to worry about getting in the way of someone else. While the frog would try to close the gap, he'd strike it down.

Even Xyn was surprised at how easily he avoided the frog's attack. It was almost as if the creature wasn't even aiming for him. Maybe it had been injured more than he realized. On the other hand, Xyn seemed to stumble a bit while trying to take what he figured were a few simple steps backward. The ground was still mushy and he slipped a bit in his pace. His footing was still solid, so he didn't hesitate in tossing both his shuriken and his kunai at the frog's sides. He was sure that one would hit, or rather, the frog when get hit by one while trying to avoid the other. He had nearly cleared behind it after dodging the attack, so making sure he was a good distance away was no longer a priority. If he struck now, maybe he could return Sukotto's favor and strike down the frog he was fighting.

Thankfully, Sukotto managed to kill one of the frogs. In addition, he managed to get the attention of the one that had been pestering Nadeshiko, who was honestly looking a little worse for wear. The Uchiha hoped that nerves were merely taking over the girl instead of the infection. Before he had a chance to investigate further, the Chuunin was faced with another attack directed at him. It seemed as though he definitely had the frog's attention! Sukotto kicked off of the ground and slid backwards a bit, easily avoiding the headbutt that the amphibian had attempted to strike him with. He figured that he'd be able to destroy this frog with his next attack, which would only leave two more for the squad to deal with. It had been a tough battle, and the mission had only just started! As Sukotto readied himself for his attack, he heard Akiko ask about borrowing something. He wasn't sure what she was up to, but decided to hold his attack off, in case it interfered with whatever she was planning. The Chuunin also heard Xyn speak a word of thanks, and Sukotto smiled and nodded towards the boy.

After the enraged frogs failed to make a successful counterattack, they soon found themselves the target of quite an assault indeed. The frog that had been fighting Akiko suddenly found itself staring into the face of the frog that had been fighting Nadeshiko and Sukotto, due to Akiko's well executed Body Replacement Technique. Because of the infection, the frog that was now under assault by one of its own merely viewed this instance as a declaration of war, and if it managed to survive the attack, it would begin attacking the frog that had attacked it!
As for the frog that was battling against Xyn, things weren't looking up for it either. The boy had managed to dodge its attack, get himself to a safe distance, and then launch a small barrage of ranged weapons. The frog didn't really understand the nature of these weapons, but it did understand that it needed to move, and fast! It hopped hard in hopes of getting away from the speedy kunai and shuriken that the Douken had thrown at it.

Only one frog remained after the team of shinobi unleashed their counter assault against the frogs. While most critters would flee after discovering such a degree of strength in their opponents, the infection had rotted away most of the instincts that the final frog had, and it only wanted to cause harm. It aimed itself at Akiko, the monkey who had evaded its attacks so many times, and had recently somehow ended up switching places with one of the other frogs. If it was attacked by the other humans, it wouldn't care, this frog cared only about causing harm to Akiko.

Her plan... well, her improvisation, anyhow... seemed to work flawlessly. She appeared across the battlefield, right where the previous frog was standing. She didn't waste any time; she immediately flung one of her two remaining shuriken across the battlefield. She had a clear shot, and it seemed the frog had successfully bashed itself into the other one, causing it to... well, croak. However, no sooner had the scrap of metal left her hands did the frog suddenly turn around. She still had the perfect shot, but the frog would undoubtedly react to this. In fact, it would probably keep on charging at her, even with a weapon lodged in its back. Having watched these creatures, she could tell there was definitely something biologically wrong with them. They likely felt pain, but they shrugged it off and kept fighting. This disease... it could turn a person into an unbeatable soldier, yet at the very time it would strip them of their humanity. She could never imagine bringing anything so cruel upon another people; yet, she can see why, tactically, someone had done just that to their village. It was a formula for civil war. She had to be careful; the battle wasn't over yet.
