"Possibly. I would like to at least be able to get a halter on Konoha and lead her around." Colonel twirled Gwen around and moved to the window so that they could both see the horses. "I wonder if we take Path out of her view and make it so that if she let's us clip on a halter then he comes back. And once she's used to the halter we can try to lead her to him." He watched the two horses in their pasture. The mare had been never been out of the stallion's view for as long as they had been at the Fort.
Konoha nipped his withers. If it was up to her she would have gotten out of here in the first few days. "That won't be for at least another two months. They'll know I'm pregnant by then and will keep a closer eye on us." She grunted and nipped at her stomach.

"That might work. We got to be careful how much we work her 'cause that leg is still weak."Gwen replied watching Konoha and Path.
"Just trust me, ok? I'll get us out of here no matter what."Path snorted nuzzling her lovingly.
Kavik walked in a circle around Bella sniffing her. His tail wagged and he sat down in front of her.

Bella licked Kavik happily as she sinffed him before Amy threw down a banana for the 2 to eat. Bella ate half of the banana and offered the other half to Kavik.
Amy finished eating her toast and her egg and finished drinking her coffee that she ordered, before she got up and stroked Bella's silky coat. Amy patted Kavik and then walked out of the dining hall with Bella trailing along side of her after she gave Kavik a freindly lick.

If she gets too upset or stressed we'll bring him back." Colonel kissed her cheek and looked back at the pair. "Let's go and check up on them. The men might get supicious if we stay in here, alone, for much longer.
"I trust you." Konoha nuzzled his withers and dropped her head to graze. Her side brushed against Path's.

"Yeah the men might get a little jealous."Gwen said teasingly. She looked out towards Wildfire's pasture.

Bella trotted along side of Amy as she walked towards where Sundance was. She called the mare over and Sndance walked happily over to Amy. Amy stroked the mare and offered her a sugar cube. Sundance took the sugar cube happily and chewed it down on her teeth and nuzzled her pockets for more. Amy laughed. "Sorry girl. That's all for today." Amy waited for Johnson to finish his breakfast as she storked the mustang.

Colonel chuckled, "They'll just have to get over that." He watched her gaze go to Wildfire. "What are you thinking about?" He rocked her gently from side to side.
Johnson walked out of the dinning hall and waved to Amy. "Bring Sundance over here with a an extra halter."

Amy nodded an waved back. "C'mon girl." Amy said as she tied her rope halter around Sundance's head and tied her lead rope to it and led the mare out of the pasture and closed the gate before getting another rope halter from the fence and leading Sundance over to Johnson with the extra rope halter in her left hand.
"Bye Wildfire, Destiny. I'll see you guys later!" Sundance said as she was led out of the pasture.

"Wildfire's foal. I think if its a boy I might name it Maliki after Wildfire's sire."Gwen said smiling softly. She glanced up at Colonel.
Kavik ate the banana and followed Bella outside.
"Looks like Kavik's got a new friend"Gwen said chuckling.

Bella ear precked up and looked at Kavik. "Go on, Bella." Am smiled bending down to pat the wolf.
Bella barked happily and wagged her tail before licking Amy's face and trotting off towards Kavik.
Amy smiled and standed up and watched her wolf trot away before leading Sundace back over to Johnson.

Colonel chuckled again, "That's a good name. I'm assuming then you would like a colt." He brushed a strand of hair back from her face. "Let's go meet her." He gave Gwen a light kiss before tugging her towards the door.
"Alright I know you and Sundance work pretty well together but now we're going to try and get Kylspo to work with us." He tied Sundace to a hitching rail near the pen. "What we're going to do is ask Sundance and Rusher to do something like put on a halter or allow our touch and make sure he's watching. Then we'll try it with him."
Konoha raised her head and watched Johnson. She was used to most of the men coming close to the pasture and only watched them. She nipped at her stomach again and went back to eating.

Do you mean like their going to put a halter on or where going to put a halter on? lol. I know it's a stupid question. And i have to go. My dad is kicking me off the computer.))

"Not really I'll be happy with whichever it is I just haven't thought of a name for a filly."Gwen said with a grin as she followed Colonel outside. As soon as she stepped foot on the porch Kavik came running over barking for Bella to follow.

"I'm sure you'll find one." Colonel patted Kavik's head. "Looks likes Johnson and Amy are getting started on wroking with Kylpso." He laughed as Kavik barked for Bella.
Konoha jumped slightly at the barking. She looked up and watched Colonel and Gwen. She laid her head across Path's back and shifted the weight off her bad lag. Normaly a good amount of stiffness worked out of the leg by noon but so far it had remained very stiff and uncomfortable.
"The horses are used to Rusher being with them but not Sundance so bring her close to the fence near the stallion and start grooming her. Pick up her feet, play with her ears, tickle her belly. Make sure that she accepts your touch everywhere so that he sees that." Johnson leaned against the rail, just watching her.
