Looking up Lilly saw something going on at the power plant "at least I know where the excitement is now. " She stood there for a moment, making up her mind before starting off "well I might as well join in"

Archer Shifted down into the cab of the truck, next to the driver. She pulled out her pistol.
"I'm a reasonable woman. Stop the car and hop it and I promise I won't blow your head off."
The driver's face froze into a mask of fear. He braked suddenly and swerved along the side of the road. Ruth held on for dear life. It was like trying to ride a very very large metal bull. On drugs.
The driver opened the door, jumped out and kept running, while Archer Shifted up to grab Ruth. They were flung back into the seats. Archer fastened her seatbelt and floored the pedal. Tyres screamed, and the two were soon speeding towards the power plant, Shifting through the traffic.
About five minutes later, Archer crash-braked outside the power plant, bumping into a tree.
"Ouch! We're here!"
"Well, most of us! That was worse than the first time you drove! How many points have you got on your licence?"
"Don't have a licence. Don't need it."
"I'm not even going to comment."
Archer grinned and walked out the back of the truck.
"Wonder what's in there. Is it sofas or something?" Ruth mused, as Archer forced the doors open.
"Well, it isn't chinese cheddar."
"Is it televisions? phones? computers?"
"No. Better. Mmm-mmm, hello Nelly!"
"What do you mean?"
"It's stuffed full of weapons. Yeah baby! Ow! Let's get some proper gear and head in!"
They pulled out a heap of cardboard boxes, all containing high-tech government research weapons. Ruth ditched her old gun for a high-impact shockwave pistol, and Archer found herself a big, heavy sword that felt light and fast, and glowed like blue neon.
"Gimmicks. They can't help themselves, can they. Government people and their Government machines. Let's get ourselves a slice of the action!"
Ruth merely nodded weakly. She knew that something similar to yesterday's mess was probably about to happen.
Never one for subtleties, Archer kicked open the doors, shouting a loud battle cry.
Yep. Just like yesterday.

Rallyhn took down his barrier once the attack was over and saw that the area around them looked like swiss cheese except for where the few barriers were "His attacks evolved like him.. good thing he's offline so I can disable all of his weapons, bind him and keep him under surveilance" he looked over at the curled up dragon "a few holes from the attacks, but he'll survive, since he's already dead" He walked over to Death and used his sword to cut off his arms "Ana, he's secured, his energy is too low to reactivate himself for now, so he wont be a threat"

Imerius groaned as he shrunk. "I meant metaphorically. Not literally." Most of the damage was in the wings which would self heal while he was in human form. He was bleeding a bit, but otherwise, he didn't have too much damage.
Ana uncurled. "Well, glad that is over."

Rallyhn laughed some "well, now that he's silenced for now, Im going to take him somewhere to be held, coming Ana?" he said as he helped her up and placed her onto his shoulder.

Imerius nodded. He decided he would hijack the motorcycle. The demon and the Gifted didn't seem to mind. He picked up James and sat him on the bike. "I don't know too much about these things, but I think I might be able to pull it off long enough." He knew that riding in the open air wouldn't be the best, but he was grounded for a bit. He didn't have any other way to get around for now. He picked up the remains of the helmets. He put one on his head and on James'.

"So Imerius, did I do good for my first time?"He asked him.He had one hand on the seat , and on on his ribs.He had a faint smile that showed he was somewhat proud of himself.
Retto walked over to Ana.He changed his hand as he walked."So...what now?"He asked holding his hand close to his side."Are they supposed to take your bike?"He whispered in her ear.

Ana shrugged from her perch on Rallyhn. "It is ok. It is ten years old and low on fuel. Besides, we are walking away from this, they got beaten up pretty bad. I really didn't like that telepath bomber, but the drake seemed ok."
Imerius shrugged. "I don't know. It was my first time afield from the other side. But I haven't faced anything like that before. The closest was a crazed robot agent. She was attacking anything viewed as a threat, even other agents." He looked around. "Hey...does it look like those two are robbing that truck? Never mind. We don't fight crime."

"First timer too?..."He said"I wonder if brother Roma will praise us for defeating the machine, or condemn us for not capturing the gifted."He said to Imerius and himself.
Retto sighed"Yeah, think they'll be okay?"He asked her.He seemed slightly depressed.He was so weak compared to those that were fighting earlier. He had to get better, he had to get good enough so that he wouldn't have to worry about getting in the way anymore."Ana, you mind if I come over to your place?"He asked her eventually.He assumed that since she had weaponry, she would be able to teach him how to fight better.

Archer saw the others emerging from the power plant and groaned.
"Not again! I've missed the action! Again! Argh!"
Ruth grinned nervously.
"Guys! Next time there's action, please tell me before you finish fighting! I need something to do!"
Archer was furious. She stormed off into the distance. If she wasn't going to be given opportunities, she was going to take them.
Ruth, however, was simply happy to have found everyone again.
((Please can you like contact Archer next time there's a fight. Otherwise she'll go wacky.

Myria took deep breaths as she stood at the entrance to the power plant. She had run the last of the way , although she didn't know why. Looking up she sighed, it seemed the excitement was over. "Time to go then, agents will be coming soon" She turned and stopped, still a bit tired from her run.
