Alan just stared at Hitake, trying to figure out what happened. "Hitake, do you know what you just said?" He asked her, trying to stay calm.

A demonic voice boomed from behind the door. Cassandra's eyes widened, realizing that her presence might not be such a great idea, after all. She let out a blood-curdling scream, hitting her head against the door as she fainted.

Alan heard the sceam outside, and saw Cassandra out cold. "Cassandra!" He picked her up, and put her on the bed. "I don't think we'll be able to leave just yet. We need to wait for her to wake up." He said to Hitake.

The world seemed rather blurry to Cassandra when she opened her eyes. She blinked a few times, trying to hurry along the process of refocusing. Her hand flew to the bruise on her head as she rubbed it in hopes of relieving the throbbing.
"That voice... it sounded like..."

Pressing a cloth to her forehead, Alan sighed with relief. "Good to see you're awake." He said to her. He then looked to Hitake, hoping she wasn't being frustrated again.

She looked up at Alan and smiled as he applied the cloth. She reached up and put her hand on his before asking, "Do you have any water or brandy? I need something to drink after that horrible voice..."

Alan stood up to get Cassandra some water, then looked over to Hitake. "The voice you were speaking with." He said, coming back with a glass full of warm water.

Handing Cassandra the water, Alan tried not to look at eiher of them. "Well, the sonner we can leave, the better." He said to them both, trying to think of what the hell is going on.

Alan noticed Hitake glaring at Cassandra. "Anyway, we need everyone in order to make it through this." He said to her.
