I'm glad this laptop hasn't acted weird in these past few weeks at all. : ) it's all good for now. Raine, yes, I'm sure it'd help a lot. I'm going to contenue downloading things as usual. This one has time left of guaranty so i'm going use it the way i do, a lot. ^^ You're missing out a lot if you won't download anything.. how about internet? it's the same thing as downloading. It helps if you know where your downloading, like in livejournal communities the files are quite safe to download. but do as you like. : )
I drew a few more, you'll find them on my latest journal. ^^

I have this really old junk computer. I use it to download all my Ipod stuff and games. That way my laptop is safe biggrin I only use the internet for Facebook, Myspace, Gaia, Dictionary.com ( Its my bible now cause of my writing lol ) and other art sites like Tegaki E, deviant and youtube. I've never gotten any viruses from those sites...yet.
YAY! I'm not the only nerd here lol. *runs to check your journal* ninja

Oh boy ive been gone for too long, there where a bunch of invites i have accepted so perhaps new members will come soon i hope to be back n posting more on gaia and in here C: <3 though i doubt i will be asking for art, i feel bad doing so as i haven't done any in here for quite some time D:
I'm drawing again though which is great as i haven't picked up my tabby at all this year and some months before D: i'll post piccus in my thread after catching up a lil bit C:

tegaki e? and what kind of writing project do you have?
i really want to make some nice art pieces with the tablet, but i don't have the inspiration for it~ =_= last weekend i tried to make a replica of female torso though~
but i do have some school arts... ;] do you want to see?
I logged on to the guild mule today.. the daily chance gave a new jacket to her.. ^^ as for the invites... through the mule i could accept invites...but that's in the idea stage, not sure if it's ok to do so... as i'm not a mod here...
also as i watched korean tv series (short, those are called drama in Asia) i got a new idea. i would like to try a new hobby, making ceramics~ the way it was represented in the drama made me think of this... I'm not sure where this thought will lead me xD ; Next autumn I will have less hobbies = more time for new hobbies. ^^

I love tegaki E, there are very talented artists there, and its just fun. You make a drawing using the paint system they have, and other people comment on it using the paint system. You should have a look, it gets kinda addicting lol. Here's the link : http://www.unowen.net/tegaki/My hobby is writing novels but I've never tried to get them published or anything. Its just what I do for fun. I've never even shown anyone my stories. Recently I let my husband read one book and he thinks they're really good but I think he just wants to retire from work lol. So he's made me promise to at least try getting my book published. The one I'm doing now I've been working on it for 10 years now off and on. I'm just doing the final draft then sending it in. I would love to see your work. I'm so bad at drawing the torso female or male lol. maybe you could give me some points mrgreen Is there anyway to get in touch with a mod who would be able to accept requests. or at least give you permission to accept requests? I used to watch a japanese drama looong time ago. I forgot what it was called and it had subtitles so I could understand it. But that stuff was good too bad it doesn't come anymore. Do the ones you watch have english subs?

Sui has been on Tegaki E, and there are some great artists there - some doing wicked gud comics @__@
Someone actually asked me to illustraite a childres book they be working on :B Its very cute i'm looking forward to it yup yup and wow 10 years is a very long time @___@ Good luck with getting it published! that would be awesomeness !
@raises hand@ I am a mod here, and i have been accepting requests daily but im sure T, nobody would mind if you did it also, i mean... Its just making sure they have filled out the form and such.

That must be fun, its always a nice compliment when someone whats your artwork. Let me know when its done. I'll buy one for my daughter and tell everybody I know the person who drew the illustrations lol whee
I was wondering where we were getting these new people from. I don't think anyone would mind also. You guys are just making sure the guild is still up and running. I would hate for this place to close down gonk

If its too much of a hassle don't worry about it. I barely go on TE. Mostly I'm there just to lurk around the better srtists and get tips from them. When I get a tablet though, I'll be drawing everyday 4laugh

Ahhhh still no subscription button? D;
but I must say i love the new event banner <3 lively and colorful~
gaia felt so grey when I first found out soliaonline, similar site to this (i'm not there anymore, my avi there is a total newbie and the forums seem better but strict with their rules to keep everything tidy... )
For tegaki e, I should download something to make it work? That's my first thought when I saw oekakis, and I assume tegaki is similar? Do correct me if I got it wrong~
Writing for yourself is much better than writing and thinking only of publishing.. good luck ^^
Gaia is pg-13 (??) so I can't put it here xD maybe deviantart when I get it done. I'll tell you if when it's online. Advice? Just practise xD sorry i'm not much of help here~ and shade! and if you use only pencil, and your making a sketch or only outline of torso: then you could think of where the light goes --> very light and thin pencil trace & shadow areas --> lots of pressure while you draw the (out)lines and bold trace. That was one of our school assignments last year. :]
I know Sui is a mod~ ;] I was thinking of accepting invites when everyone else is busy, so the busy mods wouldn't need to think it's their fault or etc ... less workload to each of us? frankly put gomen~ & thanks for permission ^^
About dramas, I'm happy to hear you have watched some =D You can watch dramas from mysoju . com (the videos are of youtube quality however...) and if you have torrent then d-addicts.com would be good. Yes, I watch with subtitles most of the time.
Sui, that's awesome!! biggrin I wanna illustrate something like that too <3 You could ask for payment for it, since the workload won't be small. But it must be enjoyable~ :] (not including deadlines)
I want to buy one too ^___^ if there's animal characters i'd be thrilled x3…

Here's my february work... almost done!! this is from the middle of painting.
he's 170cm tall.
and other characters my classmates did
And these are from my 3d course. ^^
the room image is from internet, i didn't make it. biggrin Also this lamp should have had a wire but i missed the beginning of the instruction. so this lamp here works on battery. ;]
And this was my final work.. Replica of a random image from the web. i should have remover the arrow but forgot.
Jon images are on my phone, and i'll post them later if you're still interested.. : )

Tegaki E.. hmm i honestly cannot rememeber - i think it uses the same thing gaia does? but im not sure D: but most oekakies i generally don't have to download things , i tend have them on my computer already <3
and yes, its pretty easy accepting invites<3 just make sure they fil outthe form and such :V <3 Simples! its surprising how many people join and dont post XD
She did ask if i wanted paying but i said i would do it for free unless shegets it published xD it has dragons in it :B

Yeah, I didn't download anything for Tegaki E either. So I'm sure your safe. I was thinking the same thing Tervasulka, they still didn't make a subscription button for the guild updates gonk
Nice work Terv! I'm guessing its John from the Garfield comic right? He's huge, how long did it take you to do that? And the rocket lamp is adorable whee Does it really work? Thee grapes are making me hungry razz

thanks Raine~ ^^ Yup you guessed it right. The postman over there is running from Garfield, Garfield will be both inviting people to the house & scaring the postman. Jon will be calling the nurse... it was a course that was on february and lasted for a month. I wasn't very motivated to make Jon (never ever done these before & we didn't get much instructions) so I'm just finishing him now. :] His face is still undone but everything else is DONE.
No the lamp doesn't work xD I don't how to make it shine from the inside~ (thus work) that would look good though. Really? XD I thought the grape shadows were too dramatic to be realistic!
