Triska Heather walked through the trees in a daze. She only felt this way once. And that was when ever Ethan came near her. Danger was coming. Either today or weeks to come. There were more than just Ethan out there. The question is how they would learn of them? Heather realized that she was headed back to the caves. She hated moments when she knew for a fact that something was about to happen. Ignoring them is what got her here in the first place. Or did she chose to be here? Heather ran her hand through her hair. There were times when she wished she was like everyone else. Compleatly ignorent to things to come. Seldem does she feel like she knows. Heather walked into the caves and saw Jack. "I take it everyone left." She said it more of a statment than a question. *Jack looked up at Heather* Yes everyone decided it would be a nice time to go for a walk...*Jack chuckled to himself* Is there anything I can help you with Heather?

"Na, I just," Heather paused in mid sentence. She's been wanting to tell about her gift. But she's been afraid of how people would react to it. "I was just down at the beach washing my hair. Seeing as how your here I would take it that you helped Boone with his injeries. How bad was he?"

MeriThranduiliell "Why would no one talk to you?" Boone is genuinely confused; Claire was a nice person, why would she be left alone? "As for your question... it was looking up, but I think ... I'm not sure how it's going to turn out." He looks saddened, afraid that what he did had been wrong, afraid that he had lost his sister. "I don't know why.. I wish I did. I feel quite lonely most times.." Claire sighed, but as usual, managed to smile. Then, she heard what he finished with and saw the sad look on his face. She knodded slightly once again. She didn't really know what to say or ask. "I don't think nobody knows how it will turn out. I mean it looks like everyone's lives are changing alot. I've seen people change a lot since we arrived.." She said as she remembered the others she had talked too before and after she had disappeared.

He was pretty bad... Sayid really went at him...
Yet he was well enough to go for a little walk...
*Jack laughs to himself and sits on the ground*
I just don't think we can go on like this...We have to learn to live with each other... not let just every little thing make us explode... Now granted I didn't get the whole story behind what happened with Boone, Shannon, and Sayid...I think Sayid went a little overboard...

Boone nods. "That I have, too. It's almost like... like the island is making everyone change. It's kind of scary, when you think about it- I don't know how I'm going to turn out, or Shannon," he stops there, mentally chiding himself. "Why is she *always* in my mind?" he thinks to himself.

Claire looked a around, still a soft smile on her face. Even in some bad situations, there was always a moment when she was smiling.
SHe looked back at Boone.
"I wonder how I will turn out.. I mean with the baby and everything. I sometimes wonder, get scared. But.."
She stopped and shook her head slightly, her smile was now gone.

"I'm sure it will all work out. I mean, once the baby is born, you'll have everyone around here to help out, right?" Boone noticed that Claire's smile had gone, and that she looked a little upset.

Claire forced a smile back on. She didn't really like talking about her problems. She always thought they were silly and useless. She was the type of person to listen rather than talk.

Boone smiled, trying to make Claire feel better. "I can think of worse places to raise a kid. At least here the weather's nice, and there's none of the worries of life out there, right?" This may not have been the smartest thing for him to say, but then again, Boone isn't the wisest person.

Claire smiled again, real one this time.
"You're right. Thankyou"
She was feeling much better now. As good as she did a couple of weeks ago, before werid things began to happen to her. She shook her head trying to get the thaught away.

"Any time." Boone wondered why he hadn't thought to befriend Claire earlier; she was so much nicer to spend time with than Locke. At least Claire didn't give him the creeps. "You know, if you ever need someone to talk to or anything, I'm around," Boone offered. He had noticed how everyone had been staying away from Claire recently, so he figured she could use the companionship.

Claire smiled, happy she had somebody to talk to. Now that Charlie wasn't around much, she had been alone all the times and that wasn't good for her. She looked around to the trees once more and took a deep breath in.

Boone was glad to have befriended Claire; like her, he had often been left alone by the others. It could be that when they had first crashed, he had often failed at helping, so lately he had decided not to even bother trying. Boone looked around, as well. "Isn't it a bit strange that no one's come out here yet? Normally there are people wandering all the time from the caves..."

Claire looked to the path she had taken to come here. It was empty. She sighed as she stood up slowly, holding on to her stomach with on hand.
"I need to walk, wanna come?"
She asked as she fixed her shirt and streched her arms alittle bit.

He just hoped that they wouldn't come across Sayid; he still wasn't sure what he should do about that situation.
