chakra points and pressure points are different.
Pressure points cause pain or numbness, sometimes death if you hit the wrong ones.
Chakra points are used for the flow of energy in your body. When you hit them you can stop the flow of energy or make it flow better.
A chakra massage opens the chakra points so your energy flows easier and re-alligns your chakra.
