"I can fix one of those." The air around him heated up considerably; Nyl stood again, taking several steps forward. A long knife made of ice formed in her right hand - her left was basically useless. She awaited the ice thing's charge in a defensive stance, directly in front of Neko.
Get a move on, shojiki...

-=Thelonis swung in a downward slice at Nyl's good arm, laughing manically as she opened her eyes wide, her paralyzing gaze locked onto Nyl=-
-=Neko coughed violently, spitting up a bit of blood as he shivered.
Downstairs, Seph would be presented with a central office, with a large chair and elpty vats, along with various clutter, and four seperate hallways, which branched out into different rooms and more paths. Along two of these hallways, however, were aquariums and enclosures where exotic, alien species were held. Down the hallway marked "Beta", down about ten aquariums to the left, were fairly large fish, which looked more like blobs, to be truthful. It would be near this vat that Seph would feel his chakra being slowly drained=-

Nyl's eyes locked onto Thelonis'; her hand moved to block the blade. Heat radiated from the area where she was standing, and the ice knife Nyl held turned into a burst of scalding water.

-=Thelonis grimaced and sliced through the water as steam filled the air again. She quickly recovered and forced her sword into the ground next to Nyl, very quickly freezing the floor, and anything touching it. Neko had the sense and means (barely) to roll out of it's small range=-

Seph sprinted down hallways, and quickly came to a stop in front of the vat Neko had mentioned. He knew because this particular vat was a black hole. Byakougan saw absolutely nothing, and that was quite the anomaly. He dropped his bloodline technique and climbed on top of the vat.
He didn't realize it immediately. But not very long after he had approached the vat did he begin feeling the effects of these fish.
He had assumed the fish literally ate chakra, so their mouths would have to be somewhere on the person or item in question. That obviously was not the case. He quickly snagged a few of the fish from the water. Once he had an armful--he didn't count them--he was off again, sprinting back the way he'd come.

Nyl tried to take off, but her feet froze to the ground. It hardly mattered - the ice started to melt very quickly. This time, she went after the frozen sword with a whip made of fire.

-=The fish drained chakra at an alarming rate. Just a few moments holding that many of them, and Seph would be tapping at a dry well of energy. He needed to hurry if he was to make it back before the point of exhaustion=-

And hurry, he did. He'd never monkey'ed himself up anything before, but to scale up to the balcony Ninja-like would take too long. He'd already spent far too much time with these fish, and it was beginning to effect his mood. He forced chakra into his feet, sprinting up the wall. To conserve energy, he shifted the chakra from foot to foot as it came into contact with the wall.
Seconds later, he threw himself over the balcony railing.

-=The sword sizzled against the fire as Thelonis pulled it out of the ground and tried to yank Nyl over with her own whip. The effects of the leeches could be felt by everyone, now=-

Nyl was pulled forward. The whip of fire disappeared as she stumbled, hitting the ground and catching herself with her injured arm. She flinched, the noticeable drain making her take longer to get back to her feet again.

Seph wasted no time rolling to his own feet and running closer to the battle. He snapped his fingers, but got no response. That meant he'd met his limiters. That also meant to override them would mean a big headache in the morning.
He snapped his fingers again, a burst of fire engulfing the sword.

-=The ice turned to slush, then water, then it evaporated in another gurgling scream, the sword lying on the ground. neko began to concentrate, mustering up what chakra he could=-

Seph felt somewhat re-energized, and used that to his advantage. He forced himself to speed up. All he wanted to to was get as far away from these fish--if you could even call them that--as he possibly could.
He wasn't sure what exactly to do with the fish, but decided to go the most straight-forward route and physically place the fish on the sword. He stood up next to the sword and watched. Nowhere on this floor would be far enough away to not feel the fish. He was just happy to not have to touch them anymore.

Nyl backed away, as far from the chakra drain as she could possibly get. She was going to need quite a reserve still, when this was over; anything she could hold onto would help.

-=Neko rolled over to the sword, and batted the fish off after a moment. he closed his eyes and concentrated, forcing the last bit of his chakra out as he grabbed the hilt of the sword. After a moment, he passed out, and the sword went dormant. Neko fell unconcious, the sword held tightly in his grasp=-
((Time to go pass out. Gnight, guys, and thanks for the awesome RP!))
