I do agree to the reboot. I wouldn't exactly say HvH is a concept you can steal. It's technically as old as time. But as far as THIS storyline goes, I wouldn't steal it. I also agree with ze Rabid one. This place does need a major cleanup and a fresh line of action, but attracting the right RPers could be...agonizing.

I've been obsessing over Fairy Tail [LOKKE OWNS MY SOUL xO] (So much that I watched 83 episodes in three days), that I came up with an interesting concept for my character that ties in with being in Heaven. I think I shall work on that now... [ Scuttled away to sweep her profile into cleanliness. ]

Now then, I think for now we should keep things simple or at least try to.
I don't believe that we have anyone for Hell at this moment so we should focus on Heaven's side of things. With the small number of us here we can go a long way and flesh things out if we're all focused on telling the story of one side.

So with that said, here's one of my ideas: We each take turns guiding our characters through a small story plot or a mission. Nothing big or too complex so that we can get back into gear quicker. For example, we could all search for an ancient relic in some ruins or a cave. We should all be available to help with NPC's or secondary characters if we need to. But since there's a small number of us right now I think we'll be okay.

Now, to prevent getting stuck for too long I may have a solution. I know life can prevent us from posting or getting online-and that's fine, real life takes priority- so I'm thinking if there isn't any plot development or progression within 1 to 2 weeks that we all start back in our respectable realm in standby mode. Essentially we're all just back in Heaven, going about our own things. It would be nice to explain how everyone got back or why the current plot just ended so we can keep a feel of continuity, as this will eventually(hopefully) become a big story again.

So for example, we've been stuck inside a cave for about a week, our characters prevented from moving on. Someone makes a post "The cave starts to rumble, rocks falling to seal any entrance further into the cave. The party is forced to turn back and go home." Something like that.

However, there might be a plot that we're all rather interested in or the GM wants to keep it going but there's just little way they can post within a week or two. They should give us "free range posting" so that the others can keep posting, adding to the world of Heaven and Hell as well as adding depth to the overall story.

Again for example, we are put in a cave but the GM explains "that there are many paths and cavities to be explored as well as numerous traps and lurking enemies."

This way, the rest of the group can keep Role Playing without having to wait on someone. And if things are taking too long and we all decide to go back to "standby" we can always pick up a plot or story again later.


How does this sound? I'd like to hear some ideas from everyone else too. Even if you're okay with my idea, I'd like for us all to be more involved. And I'm talking about giving ideas for not just posting or for the story but for the Guild in general. Any and all ideas for this Guild I would like to hear.

Yes, there will be closure. It will tie in with our reboot rather well.

Also I can be the first to start off with the stories since I came up with the initial idea but if anyone else wants to go first that would be good too. smile

Search for Heaven Vs Hell guilds under all forum types and this guild is top of the list. If we do a reboot it definitly needs to be here. Plenty of people can already find it just by searching Heaven Vs Hell under guilds, we just need to change the forum type from hidden to private or even public if we want to deal with random people being able to post in the guild.

Other than that, go ahead and search for the guild under all forum types and see if you spot what I did.

It popped up as the top guild when I searched. But I also found a second Heaven Vs Hell Salvation guild. Not only does it have the same name as us, but they even stole out guild banner. Stupid Filipinos. No offence to anyone here that may be Filipino or related to any.
