"It's not far, a mile at best." Kuro stated calmly, she drew her sword, hugging the intricately carved hilt with her clawed fingers. "We should go before our friend in the bushes decides to join us, something tells me that he's anything, but civil right now." She smirked, a fang peeking out from between her lips.

"Can you keep up?"

"And in that assumption my dear you would be correct"

The traveler said emerging from the depths of the bushes and trees. For as savage and violent as his mind had warpped him to be by now after three locales with nothing and now finally finding life he still seemed oddly calm and almost gentlemen like in his speech.

"How cute...you even brought a little sword to swing at us..."

Flexing his fingers he unfastened the cloak from around his neck letting it fall to the dirt below stirring the leaves and ground. He smiled with a grim delight at the two women. One was wounded and wouldn't be able to fend him off. That was boring. He was after the one that could defend herself.

"Ah and how rude of us to skip the introductions.."

He said with a sarcastic tone and smirk to match. With an even more sarcastic wave of his arm and bow of his head the traveler spoke to them once more.

"We are Yawgmoth. And we are the last thing you will see."

*Kaiori glances worriedly from one face to the other. Her icy blue eyes are calculating the chances of each person surviving. Striking a defensive pose she stays at the sidelines, she could hardly stand straight. Blood gushes from her wounds, only her familiarity with pain kept her from caving in. Panting slightly she rasps.* My name... by the way is Kaiori, Kaiori Eve Night. *She didn't want to die nameless.*

". . .and I thought Xol was bad." Kuro grumbled dryly at the man. "Kuro. . ." She said to Kaiori as she unfastened the cloak that clung to her body. She tossed it carelessly to the side.

Her eyes narrowed sharply taking in what was happening around her. Behind Kaiori was a pair of yellow eyes taking in everything and she could see the mass of the large wolf behind the shadowed trees. She shifted her gaze back to Yawgmoth, her shoulders tensing, one hand on the sword, the other moving into her sleeve.

~Makoto stayed silently only a few yards from Kaiori, glancing up at Kuro inquisitivly. So. . .she wanted him to take to woman back to the den? He gave wolf like snort, well fine. He moved forward silently, before nudging Kaiori's back silently with his nose.~

"Tell the wounded one to run then Kuro. We've no interest in something that can't defend itself. You however, are a different story"

Yawgmoth stated bluntly curling his lips into a grim smile. Flexing his fingers into fist his left started tapping on the ground in an almost hypnotic motion. Tap tap tap it went before on one tap it slammed into the ground and pushed him forward his large leg muscles expanding and contracting. The next step on his right foot crushed the ground beneath his feet and this pattern of movement continued accelerating the large man at a suprisingly fast rate for his size. Crushing the distance between himself and Kuro in only a few seconds he blatently ignored Kaiori whipping his tail like a spear towards Kuro's midsection turning on his side to complete the motion his foot digging into the ground to stop his great momentum.

*Not wanting the attention of this psychopath anyways, kaiori looks behind her. Noting the oddly friendly wolf, she pouts her lips.* Let me guess, you can take me somewhere 'safe'? *Her long white hair drags on the forest floor as she wanders to the wolf. She was still the very image of her angelic heritage, just without the magic.*

Kuro, momentarily preoccupied with getting Kaiori out of here was surprized at the sudden attack. She cursed, twisting to the side managing to escape with only a slight graze to her left side. Landing on all fours she managed to push herself up to flip back and gain a few yards of distance from the traveler.

He was fast, possibly faster than herself, which wasn't good. She gripped her sword tighter in her clawed fist before leaning down in a defensive position. It would be better if he came to her.

The large wolf kneeled down and looked to Kaiori as if to say 'well, are you getting on or not?'. Makoto growled with slight impatience.

*kaiori swiftly shifts herself onto the wolf's back and she lightly grips his hair in her ivory finger nails. She chews nervously on her lips, slightly afraid of the growling wolf. She forces her hair out of her eyes and shoves her fear down her throat.* Don't drop me.

The wolf snorted, and then stood, leaning back and then throwing himself forward into full speed, heading towards Kuro's waterfall.

Yawgmoth's tail slung back like a whip behind him and his head cocked in her direction. He had obviously suprised her with his speed. One would think, from his direct look of a tall muscular man that he would be slow and bulky but Yawgmoth had been around a long time and had long since learned to correct these,...flaws in his movements. With one turn of his body to face her he eyed her posistion. Attacking straight on while she held such a stance was a bad thing for him. But it was very unlikely she would come to him.

"Hmmm..."

He muttered in thought before realizing the solution to his problem was solved. In the same casual manner and grim fitted smile he held his left arm outstreched facing her. Dark energies gathered from his body concentrating in his palm to form a small black orb. Which soon launched itself from his skin rocketing towards the girl. Upon explosion the ball would corrode and decay what it touched. But Yawgmoth didn't actually believe anything was going to happen other then a dodge or some other form of defensive action.

Kuro smirked at the magical attack, in one quick move she had stabbed her sword into the ground and ancored a sheild around it. While this sheild would protect her it would also reflect the attack causing it to bounce off in many different directions, including back towards Yawgmoth.

While he was preoccupied with that she slid forward using her wolf like abilities, swinging her leg around intent on making him fall to the ground, ripping a dagger to slash across his chest.

Yawgmoth capitalized on her unknown mistake. The reflective shot from her barrier hit him but didn't do anything. Yawgmoth, as a master of darkness, was very much immune to darkness aligned elements and most certainly his own darkness attacks. His tail lashed down at her swinging leg and wrapped around it like a whip squeezing tightly. Without him falling there could be no dagger slash with the way she wanted since she'd have to get her leg free of his tail first.

"We're impressed. You haven't run screaming yet and you managed to reflect our darkness orb."

Using proximity to his advantage he jolted his closest leg at her in a stomping motion towards the leg held by his tail.

Kuro growled at her lack of judgement and swiftly turned her leg to slip free of his tail. She flipped back, yanking her sword from the ground. If he was darkness then surely he would not react well to a light attack.

"I never run from anything, especially someone like you."She said coldly.

The runes of her sword began to glow a white light and she began making swift swordlike strikes in the air. She muttered something, which triggered lines of gleaming light to rapidly lash down onto Yawgmoth.

Yawgmoth's tail was an appendage most people forgot about in battle and that often proved fatal on their part to not remember it. Yawgmoth arched his eyebrow in curiousity. A mistake on his part however, was to not sense by the gleaming light that it was to an attack based of light. The gleaming lines of light lashed down cutting through his dark colored clothes and leaving gashes in his massive chest. The dark one jumped back from suprise and pain as the light based attack burned with a pain that he hated feeling. Now, for him, it was a very different ball game. He hadn't thought someone like that would know any light or holy type spells. He would have to be more careful. His body started to glow with a faint purple light as he tore his ripped up shirt free of his now scarred body. Clenching both of his fists they seemed to glow with the highest concentration. Manipulating his dark energies he rose his fists into the air and with a furious roar smashed them into the ground below him causing the energies to fire off in that direction. The ground started cracking apart with a violent purple energy fueling the boom. The break shot off in a straight line for Kuro.

Kuro smirked at the surprized look of her opponent, who would have thought that being half-elven would come in handy. Especially being that she belong to a light clan. Her smirked diminished, though, when Yawgmoth gave an angry roar and the rising of power in his aura. She tried to sheild herself, but after her light attack her energy was slightly lower, so her sheilds were less powerful. She braced herself for the pain she knew would come, facing it dead on instead of leaping away.
