Dante_Cross or I could just send one of my new characters after you. yes, thats right mods, I can keep secrets aswell! i'm a cynic, bro. i believe that EVERYONE has secrets. i say you guys go for it. slam those brakes and get out of hypserspace. with so many bounty hunters and assassins after triskal, you shouldn't have any problems picking a fight with her. not that you've ever had a problem picking a fight... hahaha! xd

i'm a little conflicted at the moment. i want to start posting on Degobah already but i'm not sure if i should start another thread or just post on the event thread.
maybe i'll start another one, just in case i piss off more people. if anyone else wants to join, i guess they can hit up my Degobah thread. ehwell.

Dante_Cross I heard about the writers guild strike, but i dont know much about it cos... well... i dunno. the brits dont get much info? well as far as i know, it's about royalties. basically, networks started showing episodes from theirs shows on their websites. there would be commercials and ads, but the writers aren't getting compensated for it. that's pretty much all i know about it, the writers want royalties from money generated online.

Yeah...it's all about the money. I don't blame them though, writers don't get as much money as they should. Come on now, when a studio gets paid in millions, writers only get paid in thousands.
But yeah...so Xbox get's Yoda for soul caliber IV? that's tight...hahaha...actually when I saw it I screamed pretty loud and woke my parents up...hahah...ehhh...

But yeah...so Xbox get's Yoda for soul caliber IV? that's tight...hahaha...actually when I saw it I screamed pretty loud and woke my parents up...hahah...ehhh... i sympathize with the writers, too. since the studios are getting added profit, it's only fair that they poney up for the added overhead, too. what i'm worried about who are affected. as part of the union, you get the same benefits everyone else does. but at the same time, there are those writers who have regular gigs that pay higher than others. my concern is for those who have to take part in the strike who will never get to partake if the studios give in. these people have families and mortgages as well, and taking part in a strike in which they're not really going to benefit in is unfair. getting caught in the middle sucks. in any case, the studios should just pony up already. maybe the courts need to intervene as well. it's just a sad situation for everyone.

What it all comes down to, in my opinion, is - The writers write the shows. Without the Writers you dont even get to the first rehersal, you have nothing without the writers.
Except Re-runs... but then the writers are getting payed for them aswell ^^;
