"Can I name my kitten Steak?" Bakura asked, as though he hadn't heard Kira. The kitten had climbed up his shirt, and was trying to get onto his head.

Bakura shrugged, retreating into the Millennium Ring. The body stood empty for a moment, nobody taking charge, then fell forward, still soulless, both people in their soul rooms.

Kira quickly reached out grasping ryou "Why me..." she muttered.Taking yami into her arms with her own kitten she held up ryou.

There was silence, then Bakura took charge of the body steadying himself. "They're just talking." He said, arching an eyebrow at Kira. "Worry wart." He picked up Yami, rubbing the kitten underneath its chin.

Bakura glared at two old ladies walking past, who pointed at him and remarked about how awful boys behaved these days. "I hate people like that." He grumbled, crossing his arms over his chest, glancing down at himself. "It's as though--" They had entered the mall by then, and a shout broke him off. Atem stormed over to the two. "What took you so long?" He demanded, then did a double take, seeing Bakura. "And where's your shirt?"
