It's a hell of a lot more work than p2p.
She can't use any of the hundreds of thousands of advantages that p2p players have with their skill leveling.
If she wants 99 prayer in f2p she can't use the ectofunctus, or pc, or even dragon bones. She has to bury the big bones she gets from each and every mossie she kills.
If she wants high level range she can't power train on ogres with a ton of knives or use chincompas for insanely fast exp. She has to sit there with her steel or iron arrows training with a maple shortbow.
If she wants rcing exp she can't use the abyss of high level runes for quick exp. It's air runes all the way...
If she wants high level melee skills she can't use pc, or a whip, or even dragon weapons. It's a rune scimmy and moss giants for her. Try training with them for a while and tell me the difference in exp isn't a huge difference in time.
So yes, she has less skills to train but I would say the time it takes her to train those is miles more than it takes to train p2p skills to a high level. I'm sure someone in f2p could get all the f2p 99s faster than a p2p person could get 99s in p2p if they both had the same amount of money to start

SG FTW!   this mini game aims for good thieving exp once you have 25 sq'irk juice for osman and 60 farmining exp per run. or if hate doing that you can for the herbs and get 2 random ones. they have low and high lvl herbs. nice 51 hit! magyk

So I got a teeth half fromTrolls, and have like, 5 loops.. Now I went to get my uncut, and when I did I got this from the chest.. Thought it was pretty damn weird that I'd get a teeth half, not complaining though, got me another uncut thanks to it! xd

I've seen good merchants start off with nothing and end up making themselves a cool 200+ mill within a couple of weeks.
One guy made a thread along the lines of "from rags to phats" and he managed it in about 10 days and went onto get himself a blue about three days later.
once you're in the phat market you can make a fortune from merchanting.
