Leonard scowled, flicked his wings, and whipped himself into a tornado of his own, pitching around to be upside down, his legs out, the wind being thrown out by the crystallis in his feet enough to cause the cyclone, canceling out the witch's, and as he finished the cyclonic cancel, he moved upright, and threw himself at the witch, in a flying kick, to slam into the witch with wind blades.

Chiasa grimanced as he touched her sore spot. "He was with Aegina last I saw."

The witch grinned at Leonard as a big area of slime dropped down from the ceiling, just as Leonard was coming towards her, in attempt to trap him under the slime.

"BREAK THE LOCK ON THAT BOOK!" Aegina shouted. The book looked peculiar. It was big, and thick, and there was a big lock on it. You could feel there was something inside, just trying to force itself out, although you wouldn't be able to actually sense it with any normal senses.

The witch then saw Gab and the book. "NOOOOO!!!!! DON'T YOU DARE!!" She screamed as she shot a lighting bolt from out of her hand at Gab.

A giant pool of slime appeared under Leonard's feet and Aegina's feet.

The slime climbed up Aegina's legs. Aegina tried to pull away, but she couldn't. She slashed at it, but her blade just got stuck to the slime. It was quickly creeping up to her, and soon it would engulf and suffocate her.

"If you open that book, I won't hesitate to kill your precious Queen." Illiene warned. She looked at Gab, for what he would do.

"DON'T LISTEN TO HER! OPEN THE LOCK! OPEN THE BOOK!" Aegina demanded. She was struggling. The slime was up to her neck.

"FOOL! DO YOU CARE MORE ABOUT DEFEATING ME, OR YOUR PRECIOUS FRIEND'S LIFE?" Illiene asked Gab.

Gab had his front claws, wrapped around the lock to the book, and his back claws sitting on the book, so he could literally rip the book open. He blinked over at Aegina then looked at the witch, "She's not my queen... or my friend... Though... Lin my get angry at you if you hurt her... And the idiot will probably make you die a slow painful death for killing her..." He started applying pressure to the lock, "Then again, If I try to keep Lin happy, how do I know you just won't kill 'Gina anyway? How do I know breaking the lock on this book won't save her?"

Barick threw his hammer-axe at the golem, hitting it with the top of the hammer-axe. The golem stumbled backwards again. It threw a fist at Barick from afar, but back caught it, taking in the impact and skidded back a bit from it. He spun around and threw it back at the golem, hitting it right in the face.

The witch frowned. She reached her hand at the book, and it stretched, trying to grab the book.

"Gab, quick!" Aegina told him before the slime covered her mouth and was spreading to her nose. All she could do now was watch and see if Gab would open the lock while she slowly suffocated.

INDENTThe book bursted open, letting out a blinding light, and loose pages, which flew everywhere. The slime let out a high pitched squeal as it dissipated when the light shined onto them. A robed figure appeared above the book. The figure had shackles and chains on his face and his wrists. He floated lifeless above the book for a moment before tilting his head up, looking like he was staring at Illiene.



INDENT"I warned you, Illiene. You can't change my prophecies." He said before raising his hand at Illiene. A spell circle appeared above her, contributing more light to the already amply illuminated room.

INDENTIlliene screamed as shackles of light rose from the ground to capture her feet and hands, not letting her move. "LET GO OF ME!!! DAMN YOU, ESPIO. DAMN YOU TO HELL!" She shouted, trying to struggle out of the shackles.

INDENT"Deliver the final blow.... your majesty." Espio told Aegina.




INDENTAegina had no time to figure out why Espio and Illiene were both regarding to her like royalty. She just nodded and then raised her blade as she charged at Illiene. Once close enough, she thrusted her blade right through the witch.

INDENTThe witch screamed as she was stabbed and she started to glow. Brighter and brighter until she exploded in a flash of light. The room was then dark again, aside from the minor light given off by Espio's book.

INDENTThe castle slowly drifted back down and went back in place where it was before.

INDENTThe golem turned into a heap of rock, it's glowing insignias dimmed.

INDENTThe cloud above the city drifted away, letting the sunlight shine on it's radiant walls again. As the sunlight moved over the city, something miraculous happened. Houses, homes, shops, inns, all the buildings in Noveus were repaired back to normal. The city shined with all i's glory again.

INDENTAegina stayed in place and panted. Her sword was still positioned where Illiene was. Aegina fell on to her knees and rested her sword next to her. It was finally over.

leonard had collapsed, the slime over his face, a full minute before gab ripped the book open, and when the slime went, he didnt move. he was still breathing though.
