Fenrir: Yes that rule is still in effect. It would be impossible for an academy student to beat any ninja 2 ranks higher then him unless the 2 ranked higher ninja was an absolutly terrible RPer which in any case he shouldn't be that rank if he's that bad. Yes I know naruto beats all these high rank ninja and he's only genin but technechally he doesn't have the ability of a genin he's more of a jonin or chunin and from the recent manga S-ranked.)

So now your spreading s**t that you would have killed me? 1) I can easily handle lightning since that is one of my elements and I have conductive ARMOR on. 2) I had 2 clones to pop to. 3) How in the hell can you fight a kage ranked ninja at chunin with a jounin? You can't.

no offence to you fenrir, but i'm surprised your rpc has the reaction time to block a hit from sypher, considering not even some S-rank peoples rpc's are fast enough to
