1. A Soldier's Strength - Due to the intense training Cryo has gone through he has incredible speed, rivaling that of a Jounin, as well as the stamina to back it up. Allowing for him to dodge much better than any shinobi of his rank, with the exception of a bloodline that allows this.

I completely missed that and I never would have approved it. That's god mod right there man. You can't have a ninjutsu user with that kind of speed. That's like demon level speed man. You're going to have to nerf that, and not just because I don't want to loose. I'd give you a ninjutsu power bonus for something called A Soldier's Strength, but having that unbalances the class system.
