I would say one reason could be that she is(aki that is) to Kasumi a less superior version of herself. As Kasumi has like the strongest metal all beneath her skin and like a metal arm of deathness She is pretty crazy. Aki has metal blood running through her veins which makes her powerful, but not quite up to the standard in which Kasumi is. So in a way to try to be her own person and unique in her own way she has a general hate for the person she doesn't feel is a pure metal user. Kasumi has had metal in her since birth basically like less than 2months without i think. Aki got it done later in her life.
