You can't stop BULLDOZER.
And you can't just invent Levi Memes. They have to be created accidentally, or by constant use as a sort of personal catchphrase. Hence why BLOOD, RAILGUN, and FISSION BEAM became Levi Memes due to being used by Kraun as catch phrases.
WALL first came into use, I believe, in the first real Leviathan Stadium Tournament when a wall was used to defeat Akira, or something to that degree. And as the match went on, wall, became WALL, a symbol of power, strength, and unbreakable will.
