myth relined, thinking for a moment, "well.. we met in The Emeral Dragon tavern. i was there just because i had no where else to be, and cat walked in carrying my king by the scruff of his neck. at first i wasn't too sure of her at first, but we just sorta...clicked i suppose. we've been traveling together for a while now although, i feel she just likes me around as some kind of big toy... i only know she has had a mate and a sword sister, but her civilization was wiped out. something about a shattered soul, she wasn't too talkative about it and for good reason, and i know she was with so gypsies at one time." he looked over at esben as if asking if he had answered correctly.

*Esben steepled his fingers together, his expression changing as he listened to Myth, smiling at the description of Cat with Drake, registering surprise at Myth's comment about being Cat's toy, and his eyebrows drawing together in a serious expression when he heard how little Myth knew about her. He tapped his fingers together muttering to himself* " When did she become so tight lipped? Interesting....no no no, you're no toy to her....that's not Lily at all, not what i see in her either.....heh...i've heard about the young dragon king....fool.....hmmmm......*Esben got lost in his ponderings*

"perhaps toy was the wrong word..teddy bear would be more fitting. i'm her cuddle thing. she keeps to herself sometimes, but is very open at others. heh, i haven't seen drake in a while actually... it's kinda nice not to be ordered around." he drooped a bit, tail slowly sweeping the floor, ears and eyes drooping.

*Esben roused from his thoughts then chuckled* Huh? Lily's not that shallow Myth. She doesn't need a teddy bear. Her people were naturally and openly affectionate. They were cats. Sometimes it was the strangest thing you ever saw...piles of them curled up together.... *Esben refrained from saying he saw Cat unconsciously mimicing some actions she once used with her mate with Myth, worried he'd scare Myth off* And i believe the dracling is with yon queen over there....*points to Alida*

myth draws in the dust, "she's really broken me ot of my touch phobia... and i guess that explains why. i never knew too much about the cat peoples. sure i lived around them but never among them." he looked up at esben sadly "are there truely no more left but her? surely there are other tribes.."

*Esben regarded Myth seriously* She could be and most probably is. Someone had to drag her out of there though. Another may have survived, but by now is most likely dead. All the feline clans considered themselves related, even if not by blood. I'm sure they would have taken her in, if we had found her in time. But once she got to wandering, she never fell out of the habit. She's hard to keep track of, and for about 600 years has been a lone cat. Which makes me wonder why she's kept company with you and the sweet queen over there. I admit, i'm curious......" *Esben trailed off, watching Cat dance*

I walk two paths, know two worlds....l still talk to Gwydion, Lily's father. Call on them if you need them Myth. He wants you to know that. Lily is unable to see or hear them when they come back to this plane, but you'll be able to without issue. Her father is Gwydion, her mother Metea, her swordsister Adelphie, her mate Kellan, her cross mate Brogan....They're happy you're here, with her, and think of you very highly. *her ears twitch as she faintly catches Myth and Esben's words and smiles as she finds Ayla and Raine had returned to them, Raine's stormcloud pendant shimmering like a black snowflake as she stands and approaches them, her paw clasped tightly as she gives each of them a hug* Ohh, it is so good to see you.... Ayla, I have something for you..... *opens her paw to Ayla, revealing the sparkling turquiose pin carved delicately into a blooming morning glory* I hope you like it....

I'll try to theive them!! crying *fingers twitch at his cloak, bow and armor* eek oh, and drake's trying to get me to help him.... I want to AT LEAST get my other chars to lvl 40 AT LEAST..... crying I repeat, I hate me....)

" No, you're not an interpretor. They wouldn't put you in such a position. Just don't be surprised to see a spirit around her now and again, and they might talk to you. Lily can't see or hear them because for the most part it is simply torture to her. Being able to see or hear them but unable to join them. Being left behind again and again. One worries about her being driven mad. The exception is when they return to earth for one night every few years, when the stars and moon are right. Summerland is a place of perpetual twilight, so they come back to dance their sacred dance, a dance according to religious texts of theirs, under the light of a particular moon. That one night, Lily can see and hear them, and participate in the dance, as a high priestess should. Heh heh, i believe i've created more questions then i've answered for you, Myth my friend." Esben returned.

myth took this all in, thinking about every word esben had said, the mynd settling in he could understand things clearer. "that's very interesting... maybe i can pull a few strings and get them another day or two.." he thought again, questions bubbling in his mind "well, i guess as far as all questions go, 1. how is it that you have lived so long? cat's got a crystal thing, my body is a soul, but what keeps you going? 2. you're a brewer right? heh, i saw how much the guardians enjoyed your ale, do you by chance brew mead as well?" he looked to make sure where cat was "and 3. got any funny stories about cat?"
