Well part of it is alot of the useres are teens at GMT time, which means it's about 2am there and they have school in the morning.

1) No one here can KILL anyone else. (unless it is planned)
2) Nemesis only attacks if you give him a reason. So don't do anything bad and he won't hurt you.
