"It's cute," Ryou agreed, patting the animal. "But some of the others might not like it. With such long fur it'd shed on their black pants."
Anzu popped back into the room, from where she had left for a moment to say something to her mother. "Have you decided on any yet?" She asked, not even noticing the change when Bakura took abrupt control of the body.
Bakura picked up the black one, glaring slightly at the white one on his lap, and nodded his head. "This one." He proclaimed, holding it up.

Kira gently picked up the white one in ryou's lap "I'll take this one.." she giggled "sorta like ying and yang." It was.black and white.

"Okay!" Anzu nodded her head, sticking the other four (as best as she could) back into the box. "I'm sorry to be blunt or anything, but my mom was mad when she found out that I let people into the house. I have to make some lunch right now. So... um... bye!"

"Just carrying them?" Bakura asked, thinking that they had to have leashes or shoestrings around the kittens' necks or something. He tried not to look concerned as they walked out of the house. "I mean... what if we drop them?"

"No!" Bakura pressed his closer to his chest, bringing a squeak-ish sound of protest from it. "It's mine." He added possessivly.

"thats so cute.." she searched her pockets and found a very long red ribbon.Taking out her pocketknife she cute the ribbon in half handing one half to bakura "here put it on your kitten" she said gently tying a bow around the neck of her own kitten.

Bakura glanced from the ribbon to the kitten, then tied a loop on one end, slipping it over the kitten's neck. Placing it on the sidewalk, having to bend over a little so that the ribbon wasn't a noose, he tried to drag it along. The kitten, however, mewed loudly in protest, sprawling out on the ground as though Bakura had kicked it.

Kira sighed and gently picked up the kitten "You cant drag it idiot"yanking the ribbon from his hand she untied it and made it into a bow on the cats neck "its still only a baby therefore you must treat it like one.You have to carry it"

Bakura wrinkled his nose, but carried the kitten. "Is it a chick magnet?" He asked, as they approached the mall. "The pharaoh may find use for it, seeing as I don't think he's ever--" Stumbling slightly on a crack in the sidewalk, Bakura let out a start of alarm, throwing out one arm to balance himself and holding the kitten tightly for protection. He didn't fall, though, but still held the animal close.

Kira reached out and grasped the back of bakuras shirt when it looked like he was going to fall. "Yes anything that is cute and alive is a chick magnet.And if you cant tell atem already likes sombody."

Bakura's eyes widened, then narrowed sharply. "Not my hikari again! I already went through that, and believe me, I won't have Ryou be with him." As an after thought, Bakura added, "I don't think I'll have Ryou be with anybody but you, Kira. I don't want him to go over the whole relationship thing with another person." He nodded his head, looking thoughtful.

Bakura thought, then shrugged, reeling off names. "Anzu? I know that she had liked him before. What about Joey? If that guy hasn't hooked up with Kaiba yet, I'm sure that Atem would go after him. No, huh?" His eyes widened slightly. "He likes Yugi, right? I always had thought that, with his whole attitude towards him. God, how creepy."
