Nightsnow Training.....tch. Is there anyone here who trained themselves and - didn't have a master guru to teach them the basics? Neope. Even with the basics- Asterisks, etc.- there was no one person that taught anyone. And even for them it was the kinda thing where one person started doing it, and everyone else just.. did it. No real instruction'. But, that was also a different forum than Gaia. 3nodding Aaaaand, I doubt we're even halfway through this tournament, Ertai. Barton Town still has about 75-ish slots open. There are sure to be others with the same level of detail- or moreso- as you. So, don't get all arrogant on us'. =P

I never had anyone train me, and I never really had to "wake up" either. Just got my a** kicked a lot, but had a hella fun time doing all that. I always had a pretty good sense of detail, and I actually feel my roleplaying got worse as I went on, as I started out on Gaia with a simple human character and then gradually got influenced by magic users, psionics users down the line, etc., etc., and I lost the "innocence" I had when I first started out.
Some examples of the people who were around to kick my a** in the beginning, and that "innocent", human RP, can be found in my fight compilation (under construction). lol

I know what you mean- A friend of mine's character was based on his Cat... And he started out saying "Wreeeooow!" and cleaning his ears all the time... But now he blows crap up with advanced black magic. xDDDD

It's a beta character confused I plucked some things out and changed some things around over the past month. I find it a nice change, and people find it creative...

Creative, yes, but very annoying in battle. And with your clay formation -- none of the weapons work at all!
...Other than fire.

His strength really depends on the area that he's fighting in. If it was composed of steel, he'd be much less powerful. On natural material, his power is much more magnified...
Jean's meant to be annoying. The entire purpose was to piss people off with something they haven't seen before. Just like when Julius was creative...although I will admit, he's less of a nusiance...until he's in his full form.
