As this one was in a scene edit with me and Cardi. I'm convinced that the bottom of the dress looks a bit awkward...

My St. Patrick's day edit.
Tis me and the love of my life..
He's my pot of gold, per say.
I think the skirt came out REALLY well.
The shirt..not so much.
But I'm satisfied..for now..I also feel bad for asking about edit-in-progresses and NOT posting an edit in progress..the question wasn't pointless, I swear.

Jenn-I think it's awkward for two reasons: you have the sides ending in points, and the folds look more like tears in the hem because your shadows and highlights are barely visible.
Hanae is also shrinkable! Nifty...and potentially usefull....*plots*

I'm digging your fabulously-festive edit there girly. I think what might help on your shirts is some darker shadows. That will punch up the folds and creases rather nicely.
