Substitution Jutsu -> Jibaku Bunshin no Jutsu -> Bigass Explosion!!! -> Ability Control = +1 Rank -> Chakra Control = -1 Rank of Chakra Cost -> I just blew you up with using very little Chakra and by now I would have already pulled out Bolg and blown up an entire village with my bombs filled with flamable gas.
How's that?
@Remedy: You're only allowed to have one Bloodline Implanted. You can get Sharingan, Byakugan, any other Doujutsu, or Chakra Mouths Implanted into you, but you can only choose one.

Hark How The Angels Sing @Orchid: Well the 80% of people who get it and die are old or really young so they have a high chance of death. I've done some research on it. Once you hit puberty, you're usually in the clear for most diseases or viruses. I'm not so lucky though. I'm highly prone to infection because I have a type of Eczema that open up my skin and allows viruses to invade me. I had Merca and Emphatigo at the same time. Then I got an outbreak of HSV-1 the next day. For those of you who don't know, that means Herpes.
@Shira: Well I feel ya there. I hate making new Characters, but I love playing as new Characters.

At that point, I would just slam four fists into the spine, and send whoever gets caught, flying off in a team rocket manner.
